There's a rocky road patch from laxmi park to shankwshwar heights which is not walkable at all especially for senior citizens and children. There are approx 1500 people already living and have to travel daily using this road. Walking and driving becomes even more difficult after sunset. Please look into this issue on urgent basis. We're looking forward to get this road repaired before monsoon at least.

U call kalyan as smart city so why there is no cxtv cameras on chowks... Its highly needed to connect cameras in areas which is crowded such as sajanand chowk khadakpada circle and so on u dont even have cameras on streets... So pls accept my complaint and please see to it.. There should be cameras as many incident takes place bt no one is able to do somethingnas there are no cctv camera so instead of showing us metro construction do this first den do other thing...

Many many vendors sit on roadside in vasant valley region, they occupy the footpath and sides of the road, due to which people are walking between the road making them prone to accident and kdmc officials collect money from them in order to let them continue their work. This blunt act is going on in open.
Kindly take cognizance of it and take appropriate action on the vendors and responsible officials.

At Nilje gaon in Lodha Heaven I am a woner of agriculture property. I build farm house since 1986 and care taker living there with his family. But my nabour build inligel construction & block my reguler way.
Last 9 yerars i am as well as care taker family suffering for access to my property. Now that farm house was very old i neet to repair very fast orther wise it will collapsed & some one will died.
I had take many times followps with MMRDA deparment & now KDMC department from last 9 years.
Both the departments are in-responsless & Fraud.
I want proper access with approch road to access my property. Because of block the access the person who is staying in this property taking treatment in "Thane mentel hospital" from last 6/7 years. I am applying water & electrical connection still i didnt get ?? I don't know any body will stay in Loda heaven without light & water conection without access to approch the property.
How can any one live like this ?? How can they will earn money for there hunger?? I gat this from MMRDA & KDMC Department such shame on this depatments. From last September i am trying to meet KDMC commssioner till date they don't giving me an appoitment... no humanity remens..

I m resident of raunak city sector-c near db chowk... Here in our complex so many street and ill dogs give trouble to our children's while playing... Many time dogs attacks on kids... And they are available here in large numbers near punyodaya and raunak city... Childrens feeling fear while walking and playing... Plz do the needful as early as possible and accept my this complaint as urgent

I am resident of dombivli in pendse nagar, i live in 6 storey tower on 3rd floor & in front of our building there is 4 storey building which has installed mobile tower on rooftop of which the microwave antenna is directly facing our building causing health problems to residents members & families. Can you investigate this tower installation in blue jewell building in pendse nagar & take corrective action

कल्याण डोंबिवली मधील 27 गावतील गोळवली येथे सुरु असलेले बांधकामे अधिकृत आहे की अनधिकृत वा कसे? घर घेनार्यंचे भविष्यत होणारे नुक्सान टाळन्यासाठी आपली मदत हवी आहे . 27 गाव कल्याण डोंबिवली महानगर पालिका यांच्या अधिक्षेत्राखली आहे की कसे.?गोळवली तसेच सोनारपाडा येथे जिल्हा परिषद च्या परवानगीने 7 मजाल्यांच्या इमारतीचे बांधकाम सुरु आहेत ते अधिकृत आहेत का? जर अधिकृत नसेल तर कारवाई काधी करनार आहे याची महिती द्यावी . म्हंजे माझे तसेच इतर लोकांचे आर्थिक नुकसन टळता येइल. मी आप्ल्याक्डन योग्य उत्तराची अपेक्षा बाळगतो.

I salim khan complaining for drainage overflow and gutar chockup on bailbazar kalyan west ward 36 a. I am trying to complaint in kdmc.gov but the website of kdmc is unusable bcoz we can’t able to complain in kdmc website the nagarsevak prakash penkar of ward 36 is not looking the area. There is not only complaint for drainage, it is also for street lights not working, dustbin in the area are not there, broken blocks of road, illegally floor making etc. This is all done by under nagarsevak prakash penkar. Plz highlight this to all so that we can live safely and worry free

Dear officials we are facing stray dog menace near our apartment as well as nearby apartments, some 10-20 dogs are roaming without vaccination as there are children in the area who play during the day and it's unsafe to let them wth these dogs running around pls send a van nd take them away we don't want them in our area new vishal sagar apartment katemanivali hanumanagar kalyan east.

Sir/madam, i am living near g. R. Patil college of arts, science and commerce in sonarpada gaon, ward no.110, dombivli (East). The sanitation is very bad here. The roads here are not swept regularly. They are dirty with full of rubbish. Even garbage truck never comes regularly in this area. The drainage water flows all over the street, especially during the rainy days. There are many pits on the road. They are filled with drainage water sometimes. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed. So, people are often affected by fever. The children are often affected by dengue, malaria, etc. These issues need immediate attention which requires appropriate steps taken by concerned authorities.

Our society gokul vanrai chs, gawali nagar vijay nagar kalyan east is facing stray dog issues. They keep barking whole night causing sleep issues. Also they are damaging the cars and car covers daily. We are fed up of the stray dogs we had to use chemical to keep away from stray dogs, but we want to avoid this as it's highly toxic. So requesting you to take away all the stray dogs from our area as soon as possible.

I[protected], old property no 2963 online complaint no[protected] on september 2017 has not been resolved yet and the ticket is being passed on casually from one authority to the other. I paid property tax in good faith in january 2016 (Even while it was still not confirmed whether my flat in nandivli comes under kdmc or not). The amount has not been updated and is still showing as unpaid. Moreover you are charging 24% penalty. Is this how you provide service to customers? Please stop passing the buck and help.

There is heavy issues of kdmc water supply near dhanshree apt there are almost 15-20 chawl and building where water force is very low and we are only getting 20% water, also our boring has exhausted and we need to depend upon tanker water which is heavy chargable.

Request you to please provide the water in pooja colony and other chawl which is in heavy water shortage...

Please stop garbage dumping near sarvoday srusthi bldg 3 as kdmc vans are started putting garbage near nala opposite of our building entrance and because of it started stinking and breading mosquitoes and other insects and also blocking our building drainage water supply.

I was tried your customer care no[protected] regarding society verification, but they told me that you call on[protected]Tahsildar no). When i called him, he told me that this is not proper no and hand up the phone.

Dear sir,

I, chaitanya s. Kelkar resident of navrang apt, kopar cross lane, shatrinagar, dombivali (W) want to highlight that we are facing lot of problems due to unethical way of lifting garbage from metal bins by using poklane and truck.

A metal garbage bin is kept next to our building to collect garbage from nearer societies. To lift this garbage from bin, every time poklane first empty bins on road then take no of rounds to load garbage on the truck which is standing away from the bin location. Similar way poklane collects garbage from nearer area and load in the same truck. Ever time garbage spill out from poklane and spread along the road. This garbage is left unattended whole day and get spread all over the road.

Due to movements of poklane, creates lot of noise and traffic problems. Also south indian school have in & out gate on same road.

In view of above, several time requested to your concerned officer to start automatic clean up truck (9090) to lift the garbage from our area, so far we have not received any positive responses from ground level officers.

Kdmc is one of the reputed corporations in maharashtra and now becoming a smart city. I am very much sure that you will be more willing to comply all safe and standard operating procedures.

We now awaiting your positive response on above matter.
