In sunil nagar, dombivli east, Society member of Valencia Society has constructed a mandap for marriage ceremony in the middle of Road.blocking road completly..occupying road on 14th April and 15th april..no action has been taken by Nagar sevak or any civic authority. This is the second time, they have used public road for personal purpose.please take some action.

I am one of the complainant of same area
Now a days a compaign is continue against the illegal reti mafia and illegal demolition in retibunder govindwadi
In that lot of water connection suffered.
Now there is few are like alim naze, razu naze, abbas bori againt they have started collecting amount for illegal water connection and there derogative behaviour and abusive aggressive nature make the resident insecure due this nobody dare to complain against him
With great expectation and hope i am complaining sir and lot of risk to me also.

I open new ration card, but can't get any benefit. What can i do. Shopkeepers tell me 1st you come after 3th month(feb.) then u get ration. But after i meet shopkeepers then he told me that next week enquiry for ration. Every time he saying same and last he says that government do not give rice, wheat and kerosene oil etc. When govt. allowed in newpaper then u come, but yesterday i get surprised when i buy rice which is distributed through ration shop at rs.2 to 3. but i pay Rs.24 per kg.

Moral story is that can u take any action for this type activities.

I am resident of kalyan west wadeghar area.. Building name is vihang view.. Some unknown people are cutting trees near our building premises (Backside of building).. After requesting many times they are cutting trees... We park our vehicles where we used to get shadow of trees since they have cut the trees it is impossible to get shadow as well as fresh air.. I have photos n video of those guys.. Please take necessary action asapbr...

Dombivli has garbage collection issues. Garbage bins are not placed at many places where people could use them so as not to loiter.

Its creates a unhealthy environment.

The cleaning of the place makes no sense as within a day people again fill up the places with garbage as there are no bins.

Garbage bins for each area is required to be put up so as to avoid piling of garbage.

They have destructed our shop for development of road before 10 years but they did not developed the road yet and they did not pay amount any compensation to us. Also we have visited the local office so many times but they are behaving like irresponsible and not giving any answer. I am trying my luck here to resolve this issue. Kindly look into this matter and provide the solution.

Dear sir/madam,

I am living in Graibachawada, Hari Om Puja building C type near rickshaw stand.

here is lack of proper garbage disposal facility, Lots of garbage lying along the road. No one comes to clean and take away garbage, In our areaMunicipality Garbage Boxes are kept, but it is not properly cleaned.

This will spread contingent diseases like chickenpox, flu.

Kindly take action for it. Can't we start ghanta gadi...that avoid garbage boxes which looks very dirty. In dombivali east i never seen garbage boxes. Kindly do same planning for west.

Suffering from illegal cylinder usage from our neighbour(MR FAKIRA SHAIKH SAMOSE WALE) Sir, they lift their cylinder in such a way that it may lead to BURSTING in whole bldg and during afternoon they keep open oil lamp in front of running cylinder and their children creates noise which disturbs the sleep o[censored]r whole bldg members..they keep their Running cylinder on they way to our toilet wich results in going to toilet for our whole bldg members and they behave in a very slum and indiscipline manner with my family and our whole bldg members

Its a humble request please consider this very important.
Instruction of building secretary they have made an unauthorized structure near my bathroom window and toilet window and my hall too, once we used to have sunlight and now in the morning also we have to put the light for toilet purpose and bathroom purpose in the morning.
Our view has totally blocked as the construction half done please ensure that it has to be stopped. I understand there has to be some safety for water tank. But sir, why a nine foot pole for that and and blocking the total view and they have given the support of the pipe to my bedroom wall and hall too so to obtain a crack. I had request the committee member but no use, as they said we have the authority to do the same, are they.
One thing they have also blocked the exit gate with their personel belongings and its emergency exit for fire and so on.

Subject: This query is to inform you regarding the water crisis in our society for the past one month.
From Last one month we are not getting even a single drop of water through KDMC connection. We have given this complaint to one of kdmc officer orally.But no action has taken from the respective authority.
Hope from here you can identify problem.
Hence I shall be grateful if your goodselves give me a solution for this problem. I am sure you would accede to my request and confirm the same.

Sir In our locality the road resurfacing is going on due to which they have dug both sides of roads left us with no route of transportation and have shown no sign of blocked road due to which my mom has met with hazards accident and have got severe fractures..There has been no response on our complaint to contractor please try to solve our problem.

Clearing of all demolition debris and road resurfacing of Kalyan road is urgently required in Titwala east. At the same time I would like to inform that the phone calls from given numbers are not picked up and answered by KDMC authorities, the emails are not answered or replied, which shows negligence of KDMC staff towards their duties due to government job security. Are the higher authorities enquiring with the KDMC staff about the work done or they are also carefree due to job security ?

Dear Sir,
We have been made complaint to Encroachment Department of B ward on 15 of March 2016 that our shop owner members has been made encroachment on society premises since last 13 years without taken prior permission from then committee of society.Two of these Shop owners given their galas on rent to hotel business & one to home appliances repairer & one is using his own for his own business.They are also not giving Property Tax to KDMC since they have started to use the said premises.After our committee came in to exist in 2015 we have started to pursue the matter.We have also taken the Special AGM on 17/01/2016 for the same issue & all members of the society have decided unanimously to follow procedure with KDMC. Since We had submitted the complaint to KDMC B ward we are regretfully mentions that neither any interest has been shown nor any correspondence done by KDMC B ward officeials in this regards. We have also submitted all relative documents to concern dept & ward officer shri.Suhas Gupte on 3/11/2016. But no action has been made till date except visit made by ward officer.
We therefore request you to see in the matter & resolve it on urgent basis.

Mobile shop owner has constructed cement foot steps on road to block carparking...also shop owner is hanging boards for advertisement which is hurtable to public while using footpath..please make us resolved this problem as shop owners are talking rudly when they are asked to remove hoardings which are extra outside on footpath.we hope KDMC will solve our problem

I am residence of swarnrekha building at lokgram complex kalyan east .
I live on 6th floor there is huge tree grown on the external wall of drain pipe of my building .This has caused my bathroom to flood .I have complained to the society repeatedly but no cognisance have been taken by the building society. I have complained to local KDMC about this matter to remove the tree .But she too have failed take any cognisance . I am facing this problem from last 15 days and Iam helpless about it .
kindly help me in this matter.

I had visited titwala mandir with my family in car.. I parked my car in the parking area just at the entrance.
While leaving i saw that the so called 'parking attendants' we not giving kdmc issued receipts to the people but collecting the fees of 20 rupees.
When i was exiting the parking the attendant took 20 rupees but didnt give any reciept. I demanded reciept but he made excuses like " we dont have", " have to get it from different place". I stopped my car and created an issue on the same there, later the boy acted to go someplace and took out the reciept book which was in his pocket only and came back and gave me the receipt.
This must be happening with everybody.
The only conclusion i can draw is KDMC is losing money due to such cheating by these attendants since the collected 20 rupees per car is not reaching KDMC and going in there own pockets which is a considerable loss to KDMC.
I would request to kindly look into this and device some rules to prevent such things from happening.
