Address: Shivaji chowk Kalyan west

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today I have visited in KDMC office at Shivaji chowk Kalyan west for paying my outstanding Property tax which I don't know so asking the staff about the same
He had provided me tax Amount which is Total Amount was 92k.Approx i had fully shocked because property value still 5Lakh from since 2012 to 2022 No growth in 10 year I had paid property tax in 2013-14 the amount was Rs.5136 something
In 8 year 92k including penalty when I talked about the
Byfercation then staff said Every month charged 2% on principal which is two much
RBI never provided any interest above 8% then why they charged 24% why we pay higher penalty, it is your duty to remind me to pay property tax in SMS or email or call ?? Which they not doing ??

I want proper justification about property taxes ????

    Location: Amari Road opposite to jari Mari school.
    The garbage is not cleaned.
    A pile of garbage is on the road all the time.
    It is a residential area and school area.
    It has be kept clean.
    Please have a look into it.

      Address: Behind RiverView D wing

      Dear Ma'am/Sir

      For more than 1 month, 8-10 street dogs have created a nuisance behind the RiverView D wing building of Casa Rio, Palava City. People also are afraid of passing through this area and yesterday one of the dogs has cached a small girl who is saved when the guard ran to save the girl

      Multiple complaints and requests have been put up before the authorities but no action has been taken for 1 month.

      Please visit here and take away the street dogs to the required place

          I first lodged complaint no CN[protected] on 17.09.2022 on KDMC 24 * 7 app. Then I sent email to commissioner. From his repl, it was clear that my complaint was sent to respective dept for resolution. Till today, complaint is not solved. But from app, status is CLOSED.
          The broken manhole is extremely dangerous. The dept is not taking cognizance of commissioner's mail. So before going to media, I think of trying your services. Pl resolve it before any accident takes place.

                Around our company area Garbage is looking like Dumping Ground . so many times we have compliant to respected Dept. & Ward Office. B ut till know No response or taken action against It. I Can Share you Photos.
                Many times we are cleaning that area with out Money. But atleast we have to take strike action on people who put garbage outside our Company gate.

                  Address: Shivkalyan Apt.opp Gyan mandir high school.Ganeshwadi.ward "J"near Railway quaters.Klayan East.

                  Since May 2021 we have given a complaint against encroachment and illegal constructions of two toilets and a shed attached to our society compound wall but even after 16 months no action has been initiated as of yet.
                  Kindly take necessary action and demolish the illegally erected structure which has no permission.

                    We had complained earlier also that the garbage is not being picked up from me, the last time the garbage was picked up after the complaint But again it has been more than 2 months, no one is coming to collect the garbage, so it is a humble request to the sir's to solve our problem as soon as possible.We have uploaded the image for your reference.

                        I am resident of Guru Atman Residency. near Yoghidham, which is a big building complex with more than 500 flats. Nowadays a lot of foul smell is emanating from the drainage gutters especially the one adjacent to the common bed room of D wing where I am residing. The society office bearer informs me that the services of KDMC are required, in removing the sewage/garbage and cleaning the gutter . Hence I bring to your kind notice for corrective action. Health is wealth. Since Kalyan Dombivli comes under smart city, immediate action is required to clean the gutter.

                          I m residing in Sarvoday Residency Near Patripul Kalyan West 421301.
                          After lockdown.. Some dumper is daily coming and putting entire Garbage beside our Building. One can easily see...
                          Please take action.
                          Garbage is just beside our Residency it's an empty Space and now it's filling so action is needed... Plss

                                The condition of roads from chakkinaka (kalyan east ) to nevali naka onthe route to panvel is very bad .. not able to drive through the road . Please look into the matter asap.

                                  Hi, numerous big potholes have surfaced again at silphata MIDC pipeline road. The entire road was made just before the monsoons. And now due to the big potholes which are a very risk for bikers, traffic has slowed down a lot. Kindly repair those few patches on the newly laid roads so that the traffic can move freely.

                                      I have been a resident of dombivli from past 34 years. i would specially want to bring attention about a particular road which is in bad shape. From past 1 month, Bhopar road is being blocked for the construction of an entrance, and vehicles are requested to deviate go through Rotex Road. But Rotex road is in pathetic condition. I have never seen any road which is as damaged as Rotex road. I would request to please repair the road on an urgent basis.
