I paid[protected] online 5k using credit card. I got message not able to get your receipt at this time. My amount got debited from my card but not showing in my kalyan account. I took shema in chennai chormpeta branch. This is my 4 th payment. I waited for 3 days and raising this issue. Please help me to resolve this. So that i will be getting my peace of mind.

    Totally waste of time i ordered a small product its been close to one month not received the earring worst customer response never buy it online as a gift to your loved one's they wont deliver on time. I still did not received the product.
    I want refund i asked they are saying all useless policy 10% deduction with there negligence
    I will never buy anything from these people. Not satisfied

      Hi, i bought a bracelet for my wife and the sales men pushed me to buy the diamond+gold bracelet, whereas i wanted to buy the gold bracelet only..

      As i gifted it to my wife she said she just want the gold bracelet and not the one with diamond.. So today within 10 hours we went back to replace it..

      But they are saying they can't replace it with any gold item..

      This is ridiculous.. We never wanted a diamond item and only they tricked us into buying it.. Now they are declining to replace it..

      I am complaining about my installment amount struck... last time it was 5000 rupees. yesterday i deposited 3000 rupees... it should be 8000 total... but its showing only 7000.. kindly check and clear this issue. i have proof for this.

        Went to kalyan jewellers (Karol bagh) on 30/12/18, bought gold jewellery cost of rs. 38000, after bill payment they started to offer coffee for us (They mean only customers who pay cash).. Whatever we just asked about gift that they assured though their advertisement starring (Manju warrior).. They were telling that offer is applied only for south and we won't offer any gifts! Just thought for a moment whether i'm still standing in kalyan!! Thinks of a son with two father!! Fraud practice..!

            I pay an online payment of kalyan dhanavarsha plan of amount rs.2500 on november 1st through my sbi debit card. After enter the bank otp the payment was failed and cash was debited from my account. More than 10 days completed no cash refund. I receive a reference number from the kalyan on november 5th.

              Please look into this matter on an urgent basis as all other apps are working so why kalyan app requires unique kind of connection.

                I made a payment of rs. 5, 000/- online on 12.09.2018 due to inter-net problem i could not get my receipt online. The error[protected] appeared the payments failure. But the amount is deducted from my a/c of sbi bank.

                I purchase the bangle in gold scheme value 68639 etc we needed to pay 33249. In entrance they are putting add when you purchase 10000 worth gold we will give 1 silver coin free .I pay etc 33249 so I need silver coin. SR executive Naveen kumar.g told that this scheme not available for you .I asking why .he did not give responsible answer

                  I have open a monthly scheme over kalyan jeweller and i got completed in august 2018 and when i gone for purchase they have change the discount amount and 11 month installment amount over printed bill. I have received one hand made bill and post multiple reminder i got original bill and found fraud of 3000 which is marked as discount and reduced my installment amount.
                  I had purchased a 11 month scheme which promised zero making charge on gold jewellery

                  but on maturity they charged 50 percent making charge

                  on questioning them they said you had 2 or 3 days delayed payment in two or three specific months

                  nothing was as such written in the bond etc...

                  they cheated me in this case
                  I purchased nacklace from vadodara, i shock with this product, there is corrosion at join of thread. very disapointed for kalyan take huge price but quality is very very poor.

                    I has ordered a finger ring with emerald stone against a specific design shown by kalyan themselves. Several people from kalyan tried thereafter selling a wrong design after i had made an advance payment for the rign and full payment for the emerald stone.. I am yet to get the ring and the entire experience with kalyan has made me believe that they are a bunch of cheats. I hope the management does something about the people at the front of end customer experience such as these. The branch is located near commercial street, dickenson road, bangalore
                    I pay an installment of kalyan dhanavarsha plan third installment through online. after enter the bank OTP cash will debited in my account and the payment was failed. 24 hours completed no refund will be credited in my account. please refund my cash

                      I purchased a diamond earring last month which has a defect in shape which differs in both ear piece. I called velachery kalyan jewelers after noticing the difference. They asked me come to shop with the piece so that they can give the ear ring to the diamond brand company to repair it. I visited the shop today since i was out of station for past weeks. They really treated me badly. Very poor service. They just tried to convince me that both pieces look identical and finally gold smith admitted that there is a defect. I purchased the earing for 30k. But they are asked for resale value of 18k which i bought last month. I really got disappointed since i bought this earing with gold scheme in my personal savings. I have only used the earing 2 times for which they valued for 18k for their own piece defects. Finally i asked for repair. They din send it to brand office. They just gave it to smith and he was in hurry to leave soon. I didn't have satisfaction yet with the ear ring. Really much disappointed. Will never purchase again in kalyan jewellers.

                        Yesterday I purchased Gold from Kalyan jewellers. They charged me high making charges & cheated me. As Gold price is falling down they makes money with making charges and looting the Customers. As I have 6 months Installment scheme with them I have no other option to purchase gold from them. But t I request all the customers Kalyan is not good option to purchase jewellery.

                              We visited kalyan jewellers branch in vellore since my mom needs a new thalli chain she need it in extra length we visited vellore kalyan jewellers they took us inside very well we asked for ur own requirement they said they need 25 extra days to prepare it we were not sure about it and discussing it and one of the staff member murmured inside and saw in a rude manner that's not the way he should behave with costumers

                                  I taken kalyan jeweller gold purchase scheme in which i have to pay 11 emi @10000/= and on compltion 2 emi will be paid by kalyan jeweller.in addition i was told that any making charges below 20% will be free and above 20% the 75% making charges will be free. My total scheme amount was rs 130000/=
                                  My scheme matured on 14 apr 18. On 21 apr i went to there karol bagh showroom for purchase of ornaments

                                  They said that either take off on making charges or flat rs 30000/= off, both benefit will not be given.
                                  I made a purchase of rs 139000/= he forced me to pay rs 11500/= instead of rs 9000/= as per said scheme. After arguing they told me that neither i will get my money back as cash neither we will give you benifit of rs 30000/=
                                  Cheated by kalyan jeweller karol bagh show room. I will never go to kalyan jeweller and caution others please don't get trapped in their scheme, not to waste my hard earned money. They were acting like a bouncer and very rude behaviour.

                                    We have want to purchase a ear ring. I was already joint in 2 advance purchase scheme. One is for 11 months n another one is for 6 months.11months scheme expired n 6month scheme is not expired. I want to buy a jewellery by closing those 2 schemes. The salesman never said, "if you have closing accounts, you would have purchase jewellery individually not jointly.". He was closing my both scheme. While the time of billing he said, "purchase the jewellery as individually". What the non sense. Are you never educate n train ur salesmans??
                                    At last i purchase gold coins for what amount i invested in this scheme n decided to never purchase from your shop.. Poor service n full of disappointment.

                                      It's ridiculous the way this company has come down to. Charging such huge amount for making charges and not even mentioning it during the explanation of cost.

                                      I had to pay way more than what i would have paid outside. Lesson learnt hard way. Never freaking go this place ever again. You guys just lost a loyal customer of yours.

                                        I purchased a ruby stone bracelet from kalyan jewellers hubli but it got damaged within two days of purchase. I went to kalyan for exchange of bracelet. But they din't respond properly. Very cheap quality of service. Never go to kalyan dey don't respect customers. Service men's are very rude. They act like a bouncers.
                                        Actually dey had forced us to open a scheme. They don't full fill customers need.
                                        It's my humble request don't waste ua earned money to purchase product in kalyan
