I, received voucher coupon from kalyan jwellers karol bagh on 28/09/2017 for 2n/3d all over india sterling holiday resorts for validity of 6 month but regarding this coupon i send many mail & telephonic call but sterling holiday are not given any response. I also send scan copy of voucher coupon. So i requested to all person please dont waste your time....

As per advataise manding charge is 3-8% but no where in the shop materials is avoilable which is haveing 3-8 %

They telling offers and making us customer but when we are purchasing also they are telling that offer is there but after some time while billing they are not giving the offer. Cheating while calculating vat. Sales are giving different statement to join us in scheme but after that they are not giving us the benefit. They are not explaining which is good for customer. Worst jewelry quality ever, it looks very good from the design but quality wise is not up to the mark. Not going to buy anymore kalyan products really feel like cheated. I brought 2 set of gold earrings 1pair diamonds earrings 1pair of silver payal for my daughter but unfortunately that gold earrings broke so many time and the stone also came out easily, and the silver payal broke 2 times. Very bad quality....

I bought i ring two months ago, and it got broken in a strange way, it didn't get damaged or it didn't get any scratches, it got broken alone, the seller in the shop said it had warranty when i bought it, and now the manager did not help me when i went to show him the ring, this is fabrication problem, gold shouldn't be broken easily, i am so disappointed about this quality, i never saw gold that gets broken this way....
