Ecs could be processed only after 3 months claiming they were supposed to take one more signatures.. Which they failed to take. We had purchased scheme wise gold. We have completed 11 months of payment and now we are in the 14th month and when we requested why there is delay in delivery. They have informed you have not given instructions for delivery which you should have done in the 8th month
