Hii i bought a pair of earrings, studs from kalyan jewellers in ahmedabad cg road branch i bought them as a wedding gift from my family when i opened them to wear one of the lock of earrings was not fitting properly it was loose i sent my husband to get it repaired they told him that it comes like that only. Next time i went there and explained them in detail they gave me a repair receipt and ask me to come after 10 days saying that it will be sent to head office for repairing. After ten days when i got it back it's having same problem. First experience with kalyan but worst experience now again i have to go there it's a horrible customer service i regretted shopping from there

After few days ago i go too kalyan jewellers store. The manager fraudly calling me. Says please come to my store you gift is ready but i go to store and he says please fill form and giving your email i'd. I give them
He fraudly giving package of kalyan jewellers i buying. But manager not giving me any tour package.

I was as excited as a kid coming back to india for a wedding after 7 years abroad. We had to purchase a lot of stuff as my ammu (Niece) was getting married. Jimmiki kammal.
I did a lot of research and amma advised us to go to kalyan jwellers. Excited, we (Me, my beautiful wife, 2 daughters, ammu and amma) stuff ourselves in an innova and there we go for vivaham shopping, after seeing saks, macys, dbeers, etc, there was a big expectation and excitement. Mg raod, here we come.
It was nice cool evening. As we park and step in, i was confused. Did we enter a wrong shop for the place was stuffed with pressure cookers and lots of cheap pots and pans. And an appalling christmas display-real chaeapo for a premimum jewellery store. Are these guys not making money? Is the company on loss. I ask my mother and she whacks me for asking stupid questions. "ivar nallavar annu mone". Ok - maybe-lets see.
Next was a bumper - "endu venam" was a question, spit on my face by a ruffled looking guy, unkempt hair and unshaven face. "did he even brush his teeth" my lil one asked me later
My amma quickly reacts and lets him know our list and expectations. Credit card payment - she informs pointing at me. She even points towards the would be bride and my poor ammus face turned red
The feeble looking guy, not interested, vanished and we waded thru the store all alone to the next floor following amma. Many eyes of guys (Guys in blue) curiously staring at us. Am i not well dressed i thought?
We spent close to 20 minutes and we had yet not closed on anything. Maya, my wife, was silent. I sensed something wrong. Not wanting a scene, i ask her and she screams, “ no body is interested in selling here. I want to go”. And who can disobey an angry bhadrakali. Even my old amma silently gave her consent. “ dad, we will not come back here ever”, said rina, my elder cinderella.
As we pack, my mom says, “ yendo patti poyi everku. Evar aayirunnu yettavum nalladu”. All i could do was smile and hold her feeble hand walking out. Kalyan jewellers, you broke my ammas heart, my opinons about shops and service in new india and my ammus dreams of buying jewellery
A few meters away was tanishq store. After 3 hours there we were at “ the rice boat”, wellington island having dinner a lot-actually a lot lighter on pocket and happier heart. Yes, my amma, was upset that kalyan uncles shop used to be the best and her ammus wedding jewelry now is from tanishq.
I feel sad for my amma, who i have never disobeyed in my life
And then the background music was jimmiki kammal……which even the 76 old was enjoying
Is it time for my ammas kalyan uncle to wake up?

I bought a chain on 17.12.2017 with my parents & brother, it's come around 8 gm (Rs.25840), i saw your company advertisement frequently in the top most channels, they showed some offers (If you purchased above 25, 000, you will get some offers) but reality they cheated us, my bill amount was rs.25840, (Above 25 k) they didn't give any gifts, even they didn't give any beverages & water, this the way you treat the customers, you broadcast a public service advertisement with a star but really you are not respect a customer, so i am completely dissatisfied with your service

Today, in the evening at 4pm, i visited your stores @ panjagutta, hyderabad along with my wife.

I regret to inform you that nobody bothered to attend / identified that customer visited their stores.. Nobody wants to know our requirement.

I felt that everybody were busy for unknown reasons.

No attention from anybody. We felt embarrassed. Nobody paid attention. I do not know why management taking things very lightly. You can refer your camera footage for details.

When i asked for manager, everyone declared that they are the manager for the stores. I feel sorry about management.

I am highly disappointed with the behavior of your staff.

I convey details of the incident in and around our family and friends circle.

I went and completed my purchase in lalitha jewellers, which i find near to your stores.

Hello sir, i am sourav from ludhiana. Sir one month later interview at ludhiana, ludhiana interview passed but delhi interview i am travelling 5-6 hours spent time and delhi interview 3 second interview, one question put. Without sitting questions one question putting is not interview. I am experience of jewellery at reliance jewel 1year 6month. But kalyaan jewels can, t hire them.

I m trying to pay my installments for gold scheme online but if i enter the phone no it sends me a password and adter entering the password it shows the same thing again. I m not able to make online payment. Please rectify it. It is difficult for me to go to to store everytime to pay thr installments. My phone no is [protected]. As per the ad it clearly mentiones on tv and on the ad boards that there is a free gold coin for every purchase of worth 25k but i have made a purchase of more than 50k and when asked about this the sales person before sale told yes there is this offer but after payment he started speaking about some percentage... When it is clear on ad what is the percentage he was talking about... Just because people have to buy from their jewellery is it a scam or is it the way of marketing i just don’t understand.. When i posted on fb i was told that this case is escalated an i would hear from them soon but until now i have not heard anything... I really need an answer for this... As am really very unhappy customer and lost the trust in the first time purchase

I have purchased a ruby/gold necklace /stud set on[protected] at Kalyan Mangalore show room, for which they had not issued certificate & assured of giving the certificate within one week. I waited for long time & First week of Sept sent a mail to their customer care for which mangalore show room person called & assured of solving the problem within two days. but till date they have not given certificate, after continuous follow up today I...

It is the worst customer services i have ever seen with executives with wrong promises of dates. 1st executive said there is no embose charges. Then he said 30dhm charges. Again thy said after embosing we will tell how much it will cost. Then they promised we will get the embose done in 1 day. Now they say almost 1 week. Wrong commitments!!! Worrrrrrrrrrst. Especialy the way executive talks carelessly without apologising is a bad experience that i will never again step into kalyan. Or recommend to my colleagues.

I received a call on 26 sep from kalyan jewellers karolbagh, stating they have an assured gift and special offer for me since i purchased good amount from kalyan on my marriage, the guy on phone urged me to come along with my husband else they wont entertain. I managed to somehow extract time out of busy schedule just only trusting kalyan jewellers name, however, as we entered, we were taken a commitment of 45 minutes, in which the guy from sterling holidays told that there is a corporate tie up of kalyan and sterling and hence the offer he will explain in 45 mins only then he will speak else we can g, we waited devoted our precious time only to hear that we can join the sterling membership for about 3.5 lakh for lifetime, offer is valid i kalyan premise only. We decided not to take any hurried decision and declined the offer, felt very bad for wastage of time, then thought at least we got the assured gift of 2 nights 3 days anywhere in india, with a promise to get an email which i never got till date. Sterling is fooling us but more than sterling i am shocked how can kalyan jewelers play with their brand image by allowing fraudsters sterling to enjoy the trust and loyalty of kalyan customers.

We regret trusting kalyan jewllers karolbagh, and happy that we declined the offer.

They are calling people on the name of ambhitabh bacchanji. At bhopal on net timimgs is 11 am to 11pm i went to the store at 9.20 pm first time with family .This stroe open on 6 oct at malviya nagar bhopal . Really their staff has typical municipal corporation type attitude .They closed the entry on 9.20 pm itself lots although main entrance was open and we saw some custoerms roaming inside . We requested guards to let us enter we would purchase tomorrow they replied store is closed better to leave place . I asked that already customers are inside and your doors are open we would visit only . I tried their customer care no 7 times which always returned busy and another just dial no which remained switched off . I am sure the attitude of dp jewellers, punjab jewellers even sajawat next to them are very courteous and well in response .This store i hope would not survive for long if staff /customer attitude remain so rigid and rude .

I lost a diamond in my diamond ring purchased from kalyan jewellers somewhere around 20th august. A repair in 7-10 days was promised. I have been calling them for last 30 days, they give some lame reasons, say strike in panchkula, floods in bombay, item not repaired, returned to delhi again etc... The jewellers sucks outside its main branches. A lot has to be improved in the mohali branch. The reception of customers is pathetic, displaying items is terrible, and moreover they tell trying nose ring will spread infection. Bull #...

Need your help in regards to the cheating "candere by kalyan jewellers" did to me. I brought through amazon.in online a gold wedding ring (Weigh 6.69 grams) order number:[protected] as per description shown on the website and i paid the entire amount of rs22880 advance. The vendor inovate lifestyles private limited shipped the ring which was different in looks than what was shown in the description and to my surprise less in weight only 6.58 grams. When i called the vendor and they said that it is the same product which was shown online, later they asked for photograph of the gold ring, when i sent the photos to them they said that it happens sometimes. I understand but now they are trying to fool me around and its been over two weeks that they are delaying the replacement and wants me to send the product to them than only they will send the replacement. I have completely lost the trust on candere by kalyan jewellers and their vendor inovate lifestyles private limited 601-602, om shakti samrat chs ltd., plot no 21, shakti niwas, kanchpada off ramchandra lane, malad (W) mumbai 400064, maharashtra india tel+[protected]. They are not ready to help and every time a new person calls and says tell me sir what happened. I really don't to know what to do now. I have invest almost my whole month salary in buying a cheap product from candere by kalyan jewellers. Please help me.

I had visited kalyan jewellers mg road ernakumam today 7th september 2017. Had to purchase a hand ring and few bangles. Due to the extra large size requirement they had very limited options. The sales person managed0 to push an old fashioned ring stating he will polish it for us to make it look brand new. The final bill was much higher than the computerized estimate bill given to us. And the billing process took almost 2 hours. And when we requested for an explanation they weprep rude. And forced upon the items. Will never visit kalyan jewellers.

I took a scheme (Dhanvarsha) of 10000/- month debit from kalyan store of pitampura with ecs mandate. Ecs could be processed only after 3 months claiming they were supposed to take one more signatures.. Which they failed to take. Now my tenure of debit is over in august 17 and i am asking it should not debit in sep.. They are not able to confirm. For each work 100 times follow up.. Very poor resonse and action...

Or jab mai onke showroom mai gaya to waha per ya to wo cheej de rahe the jo jarurat se jayada mahge the ya unke pass the he nahi. Or jam maine unse kaha ke paise de do to usme bhe wo kahte hai ke pahle koi item purchase karo fir usko bech do usme mere ko mere amount ka 90% denge. Yaane mere 33000.00 ke wo mere ko 29700/- denge.. Jab unke pass koi item nahi hai ya mere bugget se bahoot uper hai to mere ko kaya karna chaheye.. Maine kuch liya bhe nhai time se paise be deta raha ho or fir bhe mere paise ka wo 90% denge.. Or uske baad be wo kah rahe hai ke yaha nahi to kisi doosre showroom mai chale jaao ya next week aana.. Kuch paise bachane ke peeche maine waha invest kiya per. Mere saath he dhoka ho raha hai.. Please do me favor what i do now.. I am a normal shop keeper. And can't afford the 3300/- lose... Please do something..
