I purchased a ruby stone bracelet from kalyan jewellers hubli but it got damaged within two days of purchase. I went to kalyan for exchange of bracelet. But they din't respond properly. Very cheap quality of service. Never go to kalyan dey don't respect customers. Service men's are very rude. They act like a bouncers.
Actually dey had forced us to open a scheme. They don't full fill customers need.
It's my humble request don't waste ua earned money to purchase product in kalyan

We made a purchase at Kalyan Jewellers Lucknow on 27/02/18. We made the payment of Rs 40000 via SBI debit card. Then the manager told us about the HDFC cash back offer. He told us that he can abort the SBI payment and the value will be refunded in 7 days. So we made the payment via HDFC credit card and he aborted the SBI payment. It has been more than 20 days but the amount of Rs 40000 has not been reversed. I have made several visits to your branch post the incident but I have not been helped and have been asked to track the credit reversal with the banks myself for Void Transaction Receipt Id : 40135571, Invoice No: 003439.
Please help me in credit reversal as the store is not helping me out.

I remitted monthly instalment scheme of advance gold purchase schem of Rs.1000 on 11.03.2018 through online, sbi bank debitted the amount from ny account but not creditted in my advance god purchase scheme account of kalyan kewellers. Scheme account no.[protected].So I request you to convey the status of my payment through regixtered email. Thanking you

12-3-18 at 8:30 pm i have visited kalyan jewellers karol bagh store, diamond ring section on 2nd floor. After selecting one ring i asked, if you can provide me the estimate of the ring. Salesman said he can't provide d estimate but i can note d details n price and provided me paper and pen. But later on the salesman mr. K l subramanian refused to provide the paper and snatched the paper from my hand. When i argued why he agreed first and provided me paper to note he just started shouting that it not our policy. I asked him to show me policy or ask manager to come. He simply rejected and asked me to leave.
This is highly derogatory customer services by kalyan jewellers staff. If anything is against policy he shouldn't commit it first and afterward insult ur customer.
Management must look into such rough behavior of its staff.

I have purchased one gold scheme of instalment of 5000 and diamond scheme of 7000. At the time of purchase they told us u can shift either and purchase only gold i[censored] want or else only diamond jewellery. Now i dint like any diamond jewellery i would like to purchase only gold with those amount but they were telling u have to purchase only diamond with diamond scheme we cannot adjust in any gold item or else we cannot give u refund r else neither they cant give me gold coins.

What should we do as a customer. They were pathetic not even showing us gold ornaments. I don't understand why these sales person are rude. We waited for more than 2 hours there was no rush all staff were simply just talking and were not showing any jewellery to us and just urging us to take diamond jewellery

I, received voucher coupon from kalyan jwellers karol bagh on 28/09/2017 for 2n/3d all over india sterling holiday resorts for validity of 6 month but regarding this coupon i send many mail & telephonic call but sterling holiday are not given any response. I also send scan copy of voucher coupon. So i requested to all person please dont waste your time.

This is belongs to your company reputation so take immediate actions against this complaint other wise i will go to police station and give a complaint.

As per advataise manding charge is 3-8% but no where in the shop materials is avoilable which is haveing 3-8 %
Can you clarify this
And also weight is not proper that i have noticed ur person given back me the amount of 10 rs

They telling offers and making us customer but when we are purchasing also they are telling that offer is there but after some time while billing they are not giving the offer. Cheating while calculating vat. Sales are giving different statement to join us in scheme but after that they are not giving us the benefit. They are not explaining which is good for customer. Worst jewelry quality ever, it looks very good from the design but quality wise is not up to the mark. Not going to buy anymore kalyan products really feel like cheated. I brought 2 set of gold earrings 1pair diamonds earrings 1pair of silver payal for my daughter but unfortunately that gold earrings broke so many time and the stone also came out easily, and the silver payal broke 2 times. Very bad quality.

I bought i ring two months ago, and it got broken in a strange way, it didn't get damaged or it didn't get any scratches, it got broken alone, the seller in the shop said it had warranty when i bought it, and now the manager did not help me when i went to show him the ring, this is fabrication problem, gold shouldn't be broken easily, i am so disappointed about this quality, i never saw gold that gets broken this way.

Hii i bought a pair of earrings, studs from kalyan jewellers in ahmedabad cg road branch i bought them as a wedding gift from my family when i opened them to wear one of the lock of earrings was not fitting properly it was loose i sent my husband to get it repaired they told him that it comes like that only. Next time i went there and explained them in detail they gave me a repair receipt and ask me to come after 10 days saying that it will be sent to head office for repairing. After ten days when i got it back it's having same problem. First experience with kalyan but worst experience now again i have to go there it's a horrible customer service i regretted shopping from there

After few days ago i go too kalyan jewellers store. The manager fraudly calling me. Says please come to my store you gift is ready but i go to store and he says please fill form and giving your email i'd. I give them

I was as excited as a kid coming back to india for a wedding after 7 years abroad. We had to purchase a lot of stuff as my ammu (Niece) was getting married. Jimmiki kammal.
I did a lot of research and amma advised us to go to kalyan jwellers. Excited, we (Me, my beautiful wife, 2 daughters, ammu and amma) stuff ourselves in an innova and there we go for vivaham shopping, after seeing saks, macys, dbeers, etc, there was a big expectation and excitement. Mg raod, here we come.
It was nice cool evening. As we park and step in, i was confused. Did we enter a wrong shop for the place was stuffed with pressure cookers and lots of cheap pots and pans. And an appalling christmas display-real chaeapo for a premimum jewellery store. Are these guys not making money? Is the company on loss. I ask my mother and she whacks me for asking stupid questions. "ivar nallavar annu mone". Ok - maybe-lets see.
Next was a bumper - "endu venam" was a question, spit on my face by a ruffled looking guy, unkempt hair and unshaven face. "did he even brush his teeth" my lil one asked me later
My amma quickly reacts and lets him know our list and expectations. Credit card payment - she informs pointing at me. She even points towards the would be bride and my poor ammus face turned red
The feeble looking guy, not interested, vanished and we waded thru the store all alone to the next floor following amma. Many eyes of guys (Guys in blue) curiously staring at us. Am i not well dressed i thought?
We spent close to 20 minutes and we had yet not closed on anything. Maya, my wife, was silent. I sensed something wrong. Not wanting a scene, i ask her and she screams, “ no body is interested in selling here. I want to go”. And who can disobey an angry bhadrakali. Even my old amma silently gave her consent. “ dad, we will not come back here ever”, said rina, my elder cinderella.
As we pack, my mom says, “ yendo patti poyi everku. Evar aayirunnu yettavum nalladu”. All i could do was smile and hold her feeble hand walking out. Kalyan jewellers, you broke my ammas heart, my opinons about shops and service in new india and my ammus dreams of buying jewellery
A few meters away was tanishq store. After 3 hours there we were at “ the rice boat”, wellington island having dinner a lot-actually a lot lighter on pocket and happier heart. Yes, my amma, was upset that kalyan uncles shop used to be the best and her ammus wedding jewelry now is from tanishq.
I feel sad for my amma, who i have never disobeyed in my life
And then the background music was jimmiki kammal……which even the 76 old was enjoying
Is it time for my ammas kalyan uncle to wake up?

I bought a chain on 17.12.2017 with my parents & brother, it's come around 8 gm (Rs.25840), i saw your company advertisement frequently in the top most channels, they showed some offers (If you purchased above 25, 000, you will get some offers) but reality they cheated us, my bill amount was rs.25840, (Above 25 k) they didn't give any gifts, even they didn't give any beverages & water, this the way you treat the customers, you broadcast a public service advertisement with a star but really you are not respect a customer, so i am completely dissatisfied with your service

Today, in the evening at 4pm, i visited your stores @ panjagutta, hyderabad along with my wife.

I regret to inform you that nobody bothered to attend / identified that customer visited their stores.. Nobody wants to know our requirement.

I felt that everybody were busy for unknown reasons.

No attention from anybody. We felt embarrassed. Nobody paid attention. I do not know why management taking things very lightly. You can refer your camera footage for details.

When i asked for manager, everyone declared that they are the manager for the stores. I feel sorry about management.

I am highly disappointed with the behavior of your staff.

I convey details of the incident in and around our family and friends circle.

I went and completed my purchase in lalitha jewellers, which i find near to your stores.

Hello sir, i am sourav from ludhiana. Sir one month later interview at ludhiana, ludhiana interview passed but delhi interview i am travelling 5-6 hours spent time and delhi interview 3 second interview, one question put. Without sitting questions one question putting is not interview. I am experience of jewellery at reliance jewel 1year 6month. But kalyaan jewels can, t hire them.

I m trying to pay my installments for gold scheme online but if i enter the phone no it sends me a password and adter entering the password it shows the same thing again. I m not able to make online payment. Please rectify it. It is difficult for me to go to to store everytime to pay thr installments. My phone no is [protected]. As per the ad it clearly mentiones on tv and on the ad boards that there is a free gold coin for every purchase of worth 25k but i have made a purchase of more than 50k and when asked about this the sales person before sale told yes there is this offer but after payment he started speaking about some percentage... When it is clear on ad what is the percentage he was talking about... Just because people have to buy from their jewellery is it a scam or is it the way of marketing i just don’t understand.. When i posted on fb i was told that this case is escalated an i would hear from them soon but until now i have not heard anything... I really need an answer for this... As am really very unhappy customer and lost the trust in the first time purchase
