I received a call on 26 sep from kalyan jewellers karolbagh, stating they have an assured gift and special offer for me since i purchased good amount from kalyan on my marriage, the guy on phone urged me to come along with my husband else they wont entertain. I managed to somehow extract time out of busy schedule just only trusting kalyan jewellers name, however, as we entered, we were taken a commitment of 45 minutes, in which the guy from sterling holidays told that there is a corporate tie up of kalyan and sterling and hence the offer he will explain in 45 mins only then he will speak else we can g, we waited devoted our precious time only to hear that we can join the sterling membership for about 3.5 lakh for lifetime, offer is valid i kalyan premise only. We decided not to take any hurried decision and declined the offer, felt very bad for wastage of time, then thought at least we got the assured gift of 2 nights 3 days anywhere in india, with a promise to get an email which i never got till date. Sterling is fooling us but more than sterling i am shocked how can kalyan jewelers play with their brand image by allowing fraudsters sterling to enjoy the trust and loyalty of kalyan customers.

We regret trusting kalyan jewllers karolbagh, and happy that we declined the offer.

    They are calling people on the name of ambhitabh bacchanji. At bhopal on net timimgs is 11 am to 11pm i went to the store at 9.20 pm first time with family .This stroe open on 6 oct at malviya nagar bhopal . Really their staff has typical municipal corporation type attitude .They closed the entry on 9.20 pm itself lots although main entrance was open and we saw some custoerms roaming inside . We requested guards to let us enter we would purchase tomorrow they replied store is closed better to leave place . I asked that already customers are inside and your doors are open we would visit only . I tried their customer care no 7 times which always returned busy and another just dial no which remained switched off . I am sure the attitude of dp jewellers, punjab jewellers even sajawat next to them are very courteous and well in response .This store i hope would not survive for long if staff /customer attitude remain so rigid and rude .
    I have visited your Thane showroom on Diwali day for purchase of an ear ring. Waiting for more than half an hour nobody came to attend. While asking for service, one of the sales.person answered that, somebody will attend when it is free, After fed up we came out and visited joy alukkas and get the service done

      I lost a diamond in my diamond ring purchased from kalyan jewellers somewhere around 20th august. A repair in 7-10 days was promised. I have been calling them for last 30 days, they give some lame reasons, say strike in panchkula, floods in bombay, item not repaired, returned to delhi again etc... The jewellers sucks outside its main branches. A lot has to be improved in the mohali branch. The reception of customers is pathetic, displaying items is terrible, and moreover they tell trying nose ring will spread infection. Bull #...

        Need your help in regards to the cheating "candere by kalyan jewellers" did to me. I brought through amazon.in online a gold wedding ring (Weigh 6.69 grams) order number:[protected] as per description shown on the website and i paid the entire amount of rs22880 advance. The vendor inovate lifestyles private limited shipped the ring which was different in looks than what was shown in the description and to my surprise less in weight only 6.58 grams. When i called the vendor and they said that it is the same product which was shown online, later they asked for photograph of the gold ring, when i sent the photos to them they said that it happens sometimes. I understand but now they are trying to fool me around and its been over two weeks that they are delaying the replacement and wants me to send the product to them than only they will send the replacement. I have completely lost the trust on candere by kalyan jewellers and their vendor inovate lifestyles private limited 601-602, om shakti samrat chs ltd., plot no 21, shakti niwas, kanchpada off ramchandra lane, malad (W) mumbai 400064, maharashtra india tel+[protected]. They are not ready to help and every time a new person calls and says tell me sir what happened. I really don't to know what to do now. I have invest almost my whole month salary in buying a cheap product from candere by kalyan jewellers. Please help me.

          I had visited kalyan jewellers mg road ernakumam today 7th september 2017. Had to purchase a hand ring and few bangles. Due to the extra large size requirement they had very limited options. The sales person managed0 to push an old fashioned ring stating he will polish it for us to make it look brand new. The final bill was much higher than the computerized estimate bill given to us. And the billing process took almost 2 hours. And when we requested for an explanation they weprep rude. And forced upon the items. Will never visit kalyan jewellers.
          Kalyan jewellers thane closed before time they are just making fool to all customer in normal days they are closing after 9 but due to scheme they are closing before time hope you will take corrective actions otherwise will think by writing all this I m just passing my time

Or jab mai onke showroom mai gaya to waha per ya to wo cheej de rahe the jo jarurat se jayada mahge the ya unke pass the he nahi. Or jam maine unse kaha ke paise de do to usme bhe wo kahte hai ke pahle koi item purchase karo fir usko bech do usme mere ko mere amount ka 90% denge. Yaane mere 33000.00 ke wo mere ko 29700/- denge.. Jab unke pass koi item nahi hai ya mere bugget se bahoot uper hai to mere ko kaya karna chaheye.. Maine kuch liya bhe nhai time se paise be deta raha ho or fir bhe mere paise ka wo 90% denge.. Or uske baad be wo kah rahe hai ke yaha nahi to kisi doosre showroom mai chale jaao ya next week aana.. Kuch paise bachane ke peeche maine waha invest kiya per. Mere saath he dhoka ho raha hai.. Please do me favor what i do now.. I am a normal shop keeper. And can't afford the 3300/- lose... Please do something..

              I paid one installment of rs 2000 towards gold savings scheme and could not continue any more due to various issues. When asked for a quick redemption of the rs 2000 worth material (Other jewelry shops do) they said they dont have such procedure and told me that they will refund. I was happy and provided all the inputs like address bank account number and signed. However they wanted address proof and pan card (For rs 2000???) which too i provided.

              After 1 week i got a call from kalyan jewellers that they need cancelled cheque and 3 months bank account statement. I am surprised am i applying for a bank loan which i am sure thy too wont ask those many questions.
              Commuting itself from my home to shop is expensive and for rs 2000 how many times i need to spend? Why so much documentation and tedious process? They seems not bothered for customer delight. I am stuck here now as i dont want to waste any more money and also can not give-up my rs 2000.
              I am sure kalyan shop can not prosper with this kind of attittude

                I have purchased gold earrings on 2nd july. It got damaged and broke the day before yesterday without any reason. Stone also missed. I went to kalyan jewellers jalandhar model town branch to get it repaired. See attached images what kind of service repair they given to me. They just fixed it with gum. Seriously huh. They said its very light and little thing take it as now. If they want they can send it to company but they did not because for them its cheap product. Not that much costly. But for me its very precious. I am very disappointed from there service. I want full refund of my money. Really bad experience with kalyan for whom customer not matter prouct cost matter.

                  Complaint regarding sales rep bablu kumar from borivali branch.
                  On 27/6/17 during my last purchase in a scheme with kalyan i had a balance of rs. 930. I had requested that i would give it to my mother to use who also has a scheme with kalyan. At first it was declined and later agreed to do so and gave me a credit letter. I had asked for some kind of confirmation on paper so that she wouldnt have to face any inconvenience. However, i was promised that nothing as such would happen.
                  Now on 23/7/17 i came with my parents, inlaws husband and 1.5 month old baby to purchase gold (For the baby).
                  After selecting what i wanted i spoke to him about the credit letter that i had even before i could complete the sales executive bablu kumar interrupted me and shut me off by saying that it cannot happen. On that kind of a response i raised my tone and reminded him of how customer service works and one of the quality is to at least listen to what the customer has to say and to be polite. On this he was on guard and denied that my only frequest to him was that if a customer is saying something so confidently he could have at least acknowledged it and could have checked with the manager. The attitude of this guy was'nt right from the start. Laid back attitude while showing us options, slow service it felt that good customer service would be given only if the value of gold is high (I can relate to it cz the service provided when i purchased my gold was excellent (Aug 2015).
                  We did have a few challenges with our phone number being updated incorrectly and that led to a long wait time for the billing. It took me around 2.5 hours at kalyan to buy a simple baby waist chain and a small gold earring. Keep in mind with a 1.5 month old baby. During billing he came up to say we had to pay rs. 90 more (It is a small amount but that costed us a lot time)
                  He had some miscalculation on asking for the feedback book bablu kumar was shamelessly smiling and handed over the feedback book.
                  As a customer i felt that giving a feedback wouldn't impact him and as a customer i lost my confidence in kalyan jewellers customers experience.
                  I felt that the feedback book is a joke.
                  Manager gafoor is very helpful at all times. Special thanks to him.
                  However that doesnt mean that i can ignore a shameless behavior of bablu kumar.
                  This is my worst experience and i will no longer hold any schemes from kalyan or purchase gold only because of executives like bablu kumar.
                  I know loosing out on few customers may not impact you much but it will make a huge difference to me as i wont be dealing with a jeweller who would promote to keep employees like bablu kumar.
                  Because of sales executives like bablu kumar kalyan is loosing its face value.
                  I have taken time to explain this is because i am a customer relationship manager and i truly understand and value my customers feedback and opinions. I would never ever shut a customer even before i can complete or indirectly tell them that they are lying.
                  Your brand used to be famous and excellent that was the reason i chose kalyan for many things but now your employee (Bablu kumars) behavior is the reason for me to be disappointed and leave. Sarah dalvi

                    The sales guy called umesh in dickenson road showroom attended the customer rudely & mentioning that we forced him to take order. There are thousands compitator shops available in the city. Poor customer service & unacceptable behavior. Behaving pathetic
                    Need to take action & i am completely against buying in kalyan & also would like to lodge complaint against such a behavior.
                    First of all there s mistake in the order & on top of it this person s attending & challenging the customer mentioning about the behavior.

                    Felt pathetic about the kind of people handling the customer.

                      Had placed a order for gold bracelet online on candere.com a kalyan jewellers company on may14th & after few discussion changed the size of the bangle but, still was unsure as i was unclear about the sizing of bangle cum bracelet which didn't even have a safety locking system. Hence, i cancelled the order #80621 on 17th may & they agreed to refund my amt of rs.18, 531.00. As per their policy the refund should have been credited to the account within 15 working days & it's more than 25 working days still the refund is not done. Even after repeated follow-ups nothing has been done yet. Kindly help me to get my money back asap. Thank you.

                        Service provided by counter people is pathetic. They do not know how to behave with the customer. No manners. Not at all customer friendly. We shall never ever visit this show room again. Toll free number [protected] is on auto answer mode. This is suppose to be customer care number but of no use. Trying to register our complaint but no response.

                          We had joined a scheme on June 2016. After confirmation from My Kalyan we had gone to purchase. We had spent half a day for the selection and finally when we were to collect our jewellery they came up with excuses like cheque details have not been updated in their database and they tell us to come back another day till the confirmation is received. They give really pathetic excuses. This is a very bad experience with Kalyan, which we will never come back to Kalyan. They even insist us to pay extra money and take the jewellery.
                          No one reminded nor informed about our installment payments and now since we have paid only three installments we have been informed that we will be loosing around 9000 rupees as registration amount and balance amount only shall be considered as purchasing value which we feel that kalyan jewellers are deceiving us.

                              We had purchased scheme wise gold. We have completed 11 months of payment and now we are in the 14th month and when we requested why there is delay in delivery. They have informed you have not given instructions for delivery which you should have done in the 8th month

                              We told the vashi office we have done the same on call. They have informed us you should have taken in writing.

                              This is clear case of cheating by the jewellers. Now i am at loss of 3 months of interest for the payment already done,

                              Please do not buy the scheme linked gold its a cheat. Inspite of repeated confirmation from 8 th month onwards to provide us the jewellery selected. We are on the 14th month and Kalyan Jewellers Vashi has said you not confirmed on 8th month. The biggest joke is their Nerul service centre told us the Jewellery is ready you can collect at Vashi office. The Vashi office is informing us to collect after 45 days. What a coordination . Have i asked for interest payment which they have refused.
                              I did online payment for term deposit on 20th june, the transaction got failed but my money debited. So resolve my issue ASAP.

                                We recently bought a mangal sutra necklace. We were impressed by the time taken and the number of staff counters it passed through before making the payment and getting the delivery. The necklace had a dull shine, we thought it may be dull finish. On checking it again on reaching home we were taken aback as we noticed black dirt on the neck side/hooks.

                                We promptly visited them to bring it to their notice and advise them to at least polish and clean it before putting it on display/sell. They just refused to accept it and kept on trying to convice us that it was just some tag glue.

                                  Dec7th 2016, i have swiped twice debit card of 10, 000 rs towards a scheme payment and both the transaction got declined but the particular amount was been deducted from my account.
                                  In further discussion with your organisation one amount of 10, 000 was been reversed on the same day and another 10, 000 RS was not been reversed .
                                  Its been 5 months i have been struggling to sort this issue, as per the bank i need a statement from your organisation stating that particular amount was not been credited towards you.
                                  Please find the below mentioned transaction details of the non reversed amount for your reference and help me with the issue.

                                    Please do not purchase in kalyan jewellery, otherwise before buying please compare with other shop like GRT, etc.. kalyan is the totally cheating our money no value to purchase. Especially do not join in gold chit. Mr.prabu(actor) do not use the ward நம்பிக்கை(truth) for kalyan for stomach filling. One sales man only attend one person till billing and delivery(but take more time for billing and delivery. He will totally focus for cheating. Final during delivery time only we can know what is the wastage & everything.
                                    My best advise go and compare with other shop one time.

                                      We are regular customers of Kalyan Jewellerssince last 1 year. We made lot of purchases from South Ex Branch, New Delhi. We were getting satisfactory service from them.Almost the whole staff was so cooperative that they pursued us to buy a 6 monthly scheme of depositing Rs 5, 000/- per month. The next installments were paid by us at your Amritsar Branch, since we reside at Amritsar. The scheme was to mature in Nov-16.

                                      Due to demonetization, the purchase was postponed. But then in October one of the employees asked us to buy a Priority Membership card for Rs 2, 000/- assuring us Zero making charges after 11 months, i.e. after August 2017. This benefit, he told, can be availed even before 11 months on any festival day, then 15% making charges will be reduced. He clarified to us that before August the making charges will be reduced to 5%, against let us say VA is 20%, & after Aug 17 it will be ZERO making charges.

                                      Since we were in the process of purchasing some jewellary for the wedding of our daughter so finding this an attractive offer we were lured to buy that Priority Membership scheme.

                                      Today, we went to the Amritsar branch for purchasing a Gold chain for our son-in-law. We told them that we have misplaced both the maturity receipt of 31, 100/- & also the receipt of Rs 2, 000/-. One person took our Mobile number & our Membership number and got the details printed from the system.

                                      When the scheme details were explained to us, we were utterly surprised. We felt cheated. As explained above, instead of reducing 15% making charges, it was only 3% out of 20% VA. It means in place of 5% we are asked to pay 17%. Then we were told that this discount is available only up to 11 times the amount paid by us i.e. we are entitled to discount on maximum Rs. 22, 000/- .

                                      We are feeling cheated. Moreover one Mr Rajan Luthra refused to hand over the printouts to us. So was done by another guy Mr Inderpal Singh who said that in the absence of original receipts neither Priority benefit can be availed nor our maturity amount of 31, 100/-, lying with the company since Nov-16, can be claimed. Is it Fair Trade Practice???

                                      Is it the customer service expected from the employees of a reputed house of Kalyan? Even the customary courtesy of offering water bottles to us was not done. Such attitude is detrimentle in this highly competetive market.

                                      The matter may please be addressed properly & promptly. We are so upset with the callous attitude of both these employees that if no proper action is taken the matter will be taken up in the Distt. Consumer Court

                                        My Friend Bought a Mangalsutra from Kalyan Jwellers Magarpatta Pune. It was in 2 pieces just after couple of hrs of purchase. We went for replacing of Mangalsutra thinking it as manufacturing defect. To my surprise the Staff was so rude to us. They were not ready to accept their mistake and were blaming us for not handling the Mangalsutra properly. Also they claimed that "if you buy cheap stuff this will happen" and "people here are not gentlemen".. These words were spoken by Mr Mamidi Divakar the so called Salesman. After watching his rude/pathetic behavior, we thought of giving back the mangalsutra and taking the amount . We were bound to pay the making charges again and given the remaining amount. to conclude I would say no women in this world will break her mangalsutra. And if it breaks on the day of purchase it is manufacturing defect indeed. I need these guys to apologize for their behavior and we want the compensation.
