It was worst experience with kalyan jewellers chrompet chennai showroom.. They r trying to cheat the customer is in everyway.. I went on to exchange old gold with new gold.. The quality of the jewell's r very poor.. Plz do not buy in that jewellery jus bcoz of ads.. They broke my trust completely.. Kalyan na nambikkai... They don't deserve this tag line

I have purchased diamond ring in July 2015, which contains 3 small diamonds on top. I lost 2 diamonds, one on Sep 2015 and second one on May 2016 in span of one year. We used only occasionally . While purchasing they took more than Rs. 500 for mounting for each diamond.
Its very disheartening for me coz I gave my 1st gift to my better half.
Itz very shame to me for giving gift as this diamond ring to my wife by choosing Kalyan jewellery diamond ring.

Itz very poor product .

Worst quality ring that i have ever came across... Brought that ring in first week of june and one of the diamond fell in the same week as the fitting was good.. Took that ring to the store and they agreed that it was there mistake and i gave it for repair... They kept that ring for more than 1 and 1/2 month... And when got it back it was the same issue with other diamonds in the ring ... They might fall at anytime... Show it to them ... They agreed to their mistakes but they are not ready to help me so asked they to return my money as i am returning my ring they said they will but as per their calculations i am at a huge loss... All the calculations were fraud ... Even then i said get this over and dont want to step in this shop ever in my life .. Till now i haven't got my money... Gone through soo much harassment... Feeling soo bad that i went to this shop and wasted soo much money..

Hey my name is shilpa I'm regular customer of kalyan I have brought 3 products here and making charges were 15-17 percent and I have made a investment of 7000 each month...

Today I had come to buy the mudhar collection which I had bought even previously for 15% told the same to executive about it and he sits there underestimating me... So asked for manager who I think he was another executive speaking the same again asked for manager and person came was named naveen who says I can reduce only 2percent if you don't want you can leave in rude manager... I even want to withdraw the investment of 7000 which is for every month he says directly get the bond and I'd proof so I'm not happy with the service provided I want to know if I can transfer the investment to Malabar jewellery... If no I want to withdraw the investments please

It's been a week since i was getting messages regarding 0% making charges offer by the company on 19 of june 2016. I live in panchkula and it's far away from mohali. So i called up on a no.[protected]Given in there website) and enquired about the offer. The person who received the call was firstly reluctant to give any details about the offer and later on he transferred the call to another person. That person assured me that the 0% making charges offer is available on the item [saharas] which i was supposed to buy.
I repeatedly asked him about the offer has i had to travel for about an hour by cab but that person assured me of providing me the 0% making charge offer.
When i reached the store there was hardly anyone to attend me and after requesting a lot a salesman came with 2-3 pairs of saharas and told me that there is no offer on them.
I told them about my telephonic conversation and he said they don't know that who had attended my call. To my surprise he asked me to call upon that number again and recognize the voice of the person. I asked them to call their manager but they said he is busy.
This unprofessional behavior of them wasted my cab money and my time. I was really disappointed.

I have purchased ornaments on May 1, 2016 from Kalyan Jewellers, Palakkad. The purchase was done in a considerable bulk quantity as it was a part of marriage purchase. Two of the bangles I bought is having very poor quality that it was damaged with a single use. Enamel was washed off and the golden flakes (part of the designs on the bangle) was detached away just like a local fancy material. It would be better to have a satisfactory refunding or replacement as soon as possible. I have complained about this to the customer care of the same firm but there was no response even after 2 days.

This concern is cheating the public in so many ways.when ever u go for exchanging your old gold they test it in the machine which shows less purity.Ex.i had taken my bangales for exchange with mangalore branch of Kalyan jewellers where it was showing 19 carat where as the same gold was showing 21 carat in the othere renowned jeweller there by reducing the rate of my bangales rate by about Rs.10000/.they manupulate the machine reading also.besids this they offer loyality points instead of discount which u can adjust next time.but when u approch next time to encash it they give some vague reason and further i[censored] insist they say your points are expired and ur not eligible for the points . customers care service is only eyewash and the staffs handing the same ate even more rude than the staff on the counter

People like us get lured by the big names and investment schemes. However, beware of what these cheats tell you and what actually you get.

This is what happened,

We had invested in this 11 month gold purchase scheme wherein we are supposed to select a necklace and at the end of 12 months, which is the maturity period you get some discount on the making charges. Now, were you made aware that you need to reconfirm the necklace after 8 months of the start of this scheme. And well, they don't care to call and remind you of this reconfirmation period, but they do care to remind you about the missing monthly payment. So, finally at maturity when you are all set to realise your investmentvyou have to go through a horrid experience. When you reach there you are greeted with the most unprofessional guys, who really don't give a damn about you. Next, they tell you since you did not come and reconfirm at the end of 8 months, which is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions of the agreement you are not eligible for the discount, which was mentioned at the start. So, if you actually want the discount, you have to order the same necklace and wait for another 30 days for the order to be delivered. Now, you decide to go for some other necklace and I don't know how they calculate the discount which is being offered to you and the customer service executive keeps talking about your eligibility for the same discount on purchase of any other item on display. Again, there is a lot of calculation that is involved and finally they give you some discount and you accept it and go for billing. Here, at the billing counter you are told that there was some miscalculation and we missed adding 1 hm to the grand total and you have the pay for the same. That too is agreed upon. So, finally you go to the collection counter where this guy writes 55.88gm and at the time of weighing the actual weight is 55.86gm. On confronting this guy says there is some air around and it might make a difference in the weight. However, on persisting this guy gives you 60 rupees for the difference in the weight but does not change the weight in the final bill.

Please do not get into this scheme. Beware of KALYAN Jewellers. These guys are fraudsters. They will dupe you of your hard earned money. Check the weight of every item that you purchase from them.

The worst ornaments, worst experience and worst quality. I have purchased a screw type bracelet from kalyan jewellers, kukatpally, hyderabad branch. The screw of the first bracelet was very loose and kept falling off my hand. I feared i would lose it sometime considering that i had spent 42k on it. When i went to them for repair for the second time, the man standing at the entrance did something to tighten it up. But it never worked. I again went for the third time, he agreed to exchange it with another screw type bracelet. This bracelet looked and fitted alright when i was in the store but 2 days after i purchased it, the same started to fall off again. The screw fitting of the bracelets is very bad in this store. I'll never purchase anything again from kalyan jewellers.

We went to buy some gold thing today.. A guy named shivraj bhaskar suryavansi employer code - 24081 was attending us. We asked to see brestleate he just said this is only we have in normal. We didn't say heavy or low range. Than we asked to show us chain. He had attitude check by yourself in display than i will show you. How is possible to see design from so far. Than we said you have no good option not even like small shop he said ok but from there.

Is that your policy for your employers not to give proper attention to customer who has low budget or who wants to buy 20 30 grams.

Your entire staff than had support to him only that he is rite we were wrong.

Ridiculous experience this was and shall never look back to your showroom. I will float this experience in social media and my entire circle as well.

Your sale staff has attitude like they own kalyan jewellers.

He has no apology for his misbehaviour too.

When i took picture of his id card manager said let him take he can't do anything he was so confident that complaint department will do nothing to him or staff.

This is really a cheat, they are really cheating customers with these type of schemes. I have paid 2 thousand per month for 5 months and in the sixth month i have discontinued and went to kalyan jewellers show room kakinada today. They do not even add an interest to my 10k and in addition to that they have charged me 20 percent of making charges. I do not have any other chance so i took the gold ring by paying extra 4k and left the showroom.

Ring cost + making charges = 15000 = ( 3 grams of ring with no stones).
Discount = (23 % - 3 % ) = 14600
Gift coupon = - 500

So do not believe in brand or brand ambasdors. Local gold merchants are far better than these guys.

This is sujith from trichy. Im a regular customer of kalyan jewellers trichy mainly because of the customer service. But tis time i had a very bad experience with ur staff. I hope ppl from kerala are literate but a person named mr prakash don't seem to be. Seriously the way he spoke with me totally made me annoyed. On 17.04.2016 i came to ur store in trichy to close my sister's kalyan bonds valued 6000, firstly they dint allow me close the bond, secondly i chose one stud for my mom which i was planning to gift it for her bday( today ) but it dint happen. I was ready to pay the bill amt plus penalty as well yesterday itself but he dint allow tat as well. I don't know what manager are doing there. Staff's are taking their own decision. There s no such control over the store as on whole. But now u have to give me solution for this prob as soon as possible. Please help me out in solving this issue as soon as possible. I'm ready to buy the stud by tomo itself but someone should apologize for this worst behaviour happened

We had participated in Gold scheme of Kalyan Jewellers and timely paid all the installments. Before 2 months of the yearly due date of the scheme we went there and selected the jewellery. On the due date we went to collect the jewellery and they informed us that its not made yet and there is a delay. Now there has been 22 day delay and Gold prices have gone up. Now they want us to pay today's price, while we want to pay the price of gold as on due date, becoz the delay was from their side. Inspite of several phone calls they are not giving our jewellery neither our money.

We put a scheme on 2015 March at kalyan jeweller chennai today we went to select the Jewell as per the scheme schedule but the jeweller says that "today gold price is so high so please come when the Jewel rate reaches 18000 or less because while at the time of joining into the scheme the price of the gold is around 18 to 19 thousand so we won't give the Jewell" others wise we will give 20 gram coin but we take the amount of 26 grm. We are really fed up with this finally the settled the sum amount no interest nothing and they lose valuable customer and here after we never and ever go with kalyan.

Dear Sir, My name is Jithender, I am paying monthly 6000 rupees in Kalyan Jewelers to purchase a gold chain, which I need to give gift to my child. I have planned this gift since one year. Agreement between Kalyan Jewellers and me is i need to pay 10 months, 6000 rupees per month. On 10th month i need to select the iteam and Kalyan jelwellers will take 2 month time to prepare the chain in their workshop. I had completed my 10th installemnt in the month of Dec and they agreed to give my seelected iteam on Feb 25th, I requested them to give on Feb 21st which i need to give gift to my child on his birthday.

Kalyan Jewellers have failed to give my chain in time and asking me to select readymade gold chain with discount price.

I am not interested on this and please do justification by taking my compliant and help me out to get compensation for loosing my confidence and my money.

I had visited a kalyan store in surat for purchasing bridal jewellery and the staff that was attending us i.e. Mr Imran, was pretty annoying. When I was checking out certain jewellery options and it came out to be a little expensive than what we were wanting to spend, he was making fun o[censored]s. It was very bad experience at kalyan jewellers and I would never like to go there again for purchasing any kind of jewellery. Just making good advertisements won't make it a good jewellery brand. Kalyan jewellers need a lot of improvement in their customer service.

I visited last week to kalyan jewellers mohali. There a salesman was attending me in improper way.. I questioned why?
his reply was.. Mam we are working daily 12 to 13 hours.. so I'm feeling tired. .. Kalyang jewellers is a big corporate company but there is no importance of staffs who is working daily 13 hours.. I have never seen anyone working 13 hour.. It is an offence.. plz make importance of your staffs and grow kalyan well

I kanchan bala went to ur kalyan jalandhar store with my friend on 8 jan 2016 between 2.30pm to 3 pm to buy gangles and chain.despite of showing the designs and change of staff dealing with 1 customer two of your staff bullied us and had a gossip that we beings ladies may not be interested to buy.that was enough see your video record for all issue.cancel my membership aswell.i am not interested to continue with you anymore.it was too insulting for ladies to bare such insult in front of public
