EAR RINGS WERE PURCHASED FROM MADINAT ZAYED SHOPPING CENTRE ROM KALYAN JEWELLERS. EAR RINGS WERE PURCHASED ON 16TH APRIL 2015 AFTER I CAME HOME I FOUND THAT THE PACKET PROVIDED WHICH CONTAINED THE JEWELLERY WAS COMPLETELY TORN ON ONE SIDE, LUCKILLY THE JEWLLERY DID NOT FALL OFF, KALYAN JEWELLERS DOES NOT BOTHER TO ENSURE THAT TTHE PACKET PROVIDED IS OF GOOD QUALITY.

    Hi There, Refer to account no 62001113, I had opted for your gold kitty and it has been 8 months now since it started. Few things happened that I want to highlight, first I went for a kitty of Rs 2500 pm, however took enrolment for Rs 5000 pm because there was a wrong entry done against my name and didn't oppose it even since I trusted Kalyan Jewellers name. Second thing I was never told by your team members that I have to do a selection from a booklet only and not from the display and neither this thing has been mentioned in the document that I signed. I was not asked to make selection on doing the first payment either. 2 days back when I went for selection of ornament, to my surprise I was told - I can't buy diamond - I can't do selection from display - And third the design displayed in the booklets don't come 100% as it is which I verified even, there is a design difference in actual product & the displayed one, minor or major whatever but there is. It was confirmed by your team as well Now I want answers to my few questions: - If the selection has to be from the booklet why it has not been mentioned in writing anywhere on document? - If diamonds don't come in this scheme, why it has not been written anywhere? - If designs are not going to be 100% then why they booklet is shown? - Why I am being given a solution of withdraw? You guys used my money for 8 months and when it came to paypack, it is on your conditions, why? I asked your local team to have a word with your management to provide me a solution, but since I didn't get any reply so writing this complaint. Looking forward to hear from you sooner!!       I have purchased gold ornament 16gm from Kalyan jewellers and sold the gold chain after some months. I have been told that the gold ornaments amount will not be paid by cash instead i have to fill RTGS form for online transaction. I filled the form for 39, 000/-rs online transaction but no amount credited in account for 4 days when it should happen in 2 hrs. I have been told 4th day that there is bank strike in Kerala when i sold the oranament in Vashi, Mumbai. I didnt understand the logic of online payment made by Kalyan jewllers and bank strike which are 2 different thing. I was given false information of bank on strike which is no were on paper or TV channels. I dont know they cheat the people this way. I want to take to high court on cheating scam.

        sir iam a ex-worker in kalyan jewellers in jayanagar bangalore iam a good worker in my kalyan Rakesh is a zonal manager he beaten me because he told that i have made the cash rolling he not yet proved me still now he called my father he said that your son have made a cash rolling so i leaved my job iam done monthly good target in kalyan jewellers i have done my job clearly they not given my security deposit my emp.code 17836

          I joined Gold coin savings scheme Acc No:24004367 in the month of April 2014 with Rs. 1500/-. In between they said coin scheme stopped so you switch to bangle scheme with less wastage. I changed to that scheme and I was asked to pay 13, 000 extra at the end of the sceme on Feb 2015. I totally paid 29, 500/- and after my maturity date the sales person is not giving proper reason why i am unable to get my jewel. No proper answer from kalyan jewellers.

            Dear All Concerned & Victims of Kalyan Jewellers, I am putting up my experience, rather a grievance. I had done an FD in their prevailing scheme in Aug 2014 in Karol Bagh, Delhi of INR 5, 000/- pm which I have just discontinued in Mar 2015. Following are the key points with their reactions over the same. 1. Firstly they had change the FD scheme in between without prior notice, written communication or any msg. While they record all such details on inception of the FD. Important point here is that they have given the bond but not scheme terms & conditions during anytime of the tenure. 2. Even on changing the scheme in between (without prior notice which they had forcefully done), they did not inculcate this practice even after I had told them to be transparent. Instead they asked me click a photo of an example in their illustration diary. 3. Since, 6th month installment they were after me to choose an ornament from their catalogue.Though I had a word with their management I will not be choosing the any ornament & I had clearly mentioned them I will be going for diamond jewellery & not anything from the catalogue. Also, I mentioned I will buying ornaments approx 1 Lac & will clear the amount instant. Imp point here is that they have never mentioned: a. That we need to choose the ornament in the 8th Month b. There was never a catalogue which I was briefed to choose from those selected items only. c. Best part is: they said after 11th month they will need 2 months to deliver the selected item d. Diamond jewellery is very selected & you cannot go for other ornaments. 4. This continued for 7th, 8th installment. On 9th installment after paying the installment they compelled me to choose an ornament else they will not go ahead with the FD & will forfeit the amount & on top of it they said if their so-called management is considerate enough they will repay the amount with a DD 2 months after 11th month with cost incurred to make the same from my money will be mailed on my mailing address. Imp point here is they had never told me anything about it, this was almost like a bully where in they were doing what ever they felt like with my money & I have been looking & suffering like a loser to choose the wrong place for investment of my money & to buy jewellery. 5. This led to a heated discussion & after I lost my cool on them & yelling at them on the floor and creating a fuss they decided to give my money back and that too in cash only. Imp point here are: a. They have utilized my money & I lost the interest on my investment. b. No compensation of my interest were discussed. c. All this scenario was never mentioned on any piece of paper d. Their hospitality is their prank to raise money from the people instead going public. e. No upper management came into picture to resolve the same & instead they were looking very cool & prepared to do all this as if they had done the same or seen the same in the past f. Best part came into being when they asked me fill up a form which mentioned that I am not able to continue the FD due to my personal reasons & financial crunch, this was never the case & I had clearly declined saying if i will sign this then they to sign on papers where in I will describe the whole scenario. g. Best part came in when they said 'agar aap nahi maanoge to hum apko yahan se dhakke maar k nikal denge' - 'if i will not cooperate with them, they will throw me out of their place'. I am not boasting here but just when I said who I am & what kind of conduct they are using, they were all on floors for settlement. All their Ads & brand ambassadors is a bluff & just a marketing gimmick and they are just another jeweller looking forward to pull money from innocent people's pocket. My certain request to you all is to stay away from these fraudulent people & stay invested in other tools. Hope my experience will be an eye opener for you all. And I confirm here that I have all evidences & I am not putting this up due to any grudges or non adherence & understanding of scheme.               On 7/12/2014 we went to Kalyan Jewellers, Karol Bagh for buying jewellery. The sales person introduced to us their monthly scheme - PURCHASE ADVANCE SCHEME for buying 1 necklace. We asked about collection of monthly payment and were informed that they have their office inear our residence in MV1 and the monthly cheque will be collected by them; we need not go anywhere. They further assured that payment can be collected by any mode including credit card swipe at our residence. On these specific clarification ( as we cannot go to Karol Bagh to deposit our monthly cheque) got the membership No 65002353 CustomerId - [protected] in the name of my daughter Ashima by depositing Rs10000/0- as 1st installment. Now every month we are calling at the given number of their office in MV1 but they refuse to collect the cheque on the pretext that we are not their customer and their office is not attached with Karol Bagh but related to Defence Colony. Alternatively, they compel us to take one more membership from them then they will collect Karol Bagh cheque also, otherwise they will not collect. On so many calls and complains they collected the 2nd and 3rd installment cheque that too after due date. But now they refused to collect the 3rd installment. We called the Karol Bagh, firstly the attending person did not understand English or Hindi and ultimately they said that you deposit the cheques here. This is clear way of cheating people by misleading and misrepresentation. Now we want back our money paid till date with interest.

                I had open a gold scheme in kalyan jewellers.At the time of opening they told I have to pay 3000 for 24 months and at d end dey give 6000 bonus. Now dey r telling dat dey wanted to close the scheme so I have to purchase only diamonds not gold.And they will not give bonus.That I cant understand because they r stopping this scheme not I. Then wat abt d interest of my 15000 money.Now they show their real face.After this I never want to go to their jewellery.They give false promises and never mind abt it after we started one scheme.Pl dont go to kalyan jewellers. I HAVE APPROACHED YOUR LUDHIANA BRANCH FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MY BALANCE AMOUNT OF SCHEME SO THAT I CAN DEPOSIT ALL MY BALANCE AMOUNT IN ONE GO, BUT NO BODY ATTENDED ME PROPERLY AND ALSO NOT TOLD MY ACCOUNT BALANCE.                     My wife has been member of Gold Schme had been depositing Rs 1500/= per month.Following is the details: Customer ID:[protected] Account No: 60001236 Matuarity Dt: 20/01/2015After Maturaity on 20/01/2015I have done atleast 6-7 calls to your Showroom in Kothrud, Pune, for enquiring about the delivery of my booked ornaments.Every time when I call, I get assurance that it will get delivered in next 7 days but now going to be around 1 month from maturity date still I am waiting for the delivery of my ornament.I had planned the ornament as gift to my sister as present on her marraige in Feb.But looking the response from your side, I have event lost the hope of getting the delivery.I have trusted Kalyan Jwellers and blindly invested in this scheme now I feel cheated by your firm.Please look into this and do the needful for getting the delivery of my promised ornamanet.

                      Hi, I started my scheme on Mar14 and its finished on Jan15 till know I have not get my ornament. As per the rules, It should get close in 11 months and in 12th they need to handover my ornament. This is almost 14th month and still the store ppl saying all cock and bull stories. Can someone plz advise how can i take a legal action on the merchant..?

                        I went to Vashi - Navi Mumbai branch to purchase some gold ear rings. One of lady sitting besides me was also looking at ear rings. When I touched one of the product. The sales person said, I can not touch it unless that lady finish her buying. I ll have to wait, he said. That was ridiculus, I just wanted to know the price which he could calculate it on Calculator as he was standing idol. I always buy gold from Waman Hari Pethe where in all the Sales persons are busy in attending 4 to 5 customers at a time.I did not like the rules of Kalyan Jwellers. Just because Mr Amitabh Bachhan or Ms Aishwarya Rai doing advertisement, people visit their shop. Dear Kalyan Jwellers people, please take the training of customer service / Satisfaction from Waman Hari Pethe or any other jwellery shop. Then only you would be able to survive in the market.

                          Advertising that their making charges are very less, but I had a very bad experience, levied 13% making charge for a simple earring. Never thought such things will happen because Manju Variar was casting the advertisement. When sought clarification they turns impolite. You are loosing the customer bank. Please do not advertise and cheat the customers. Dear Manju Variar Please refrain from such fake ads. Malayalis all over the world has accepted your coming back in an overwhelming manner. So when you tell something in an advertisement we trust that. Please do not get trapped in casting of fake advertisements.

                            I had visited Kalyan Jewellers, Pune showroom on 18th jan. for the first 15 minutes there wasn't a single salesman to attend us . later 1 salesman picked up a fight with us stating we are arguing for the wrong reason . for billing procedure they take 20minutes time . advertised by such a huge celebrity, this was really not expected . we have decided we would never go back to kalyan jewellers henceforth .

                              Dear Sir/Madam My name is B.Giri, This mail is regarding your brand cheating towards customer's, today I have visited your showroom at panjagutta, Hyderabad, to purchase gold worth Rs.3, 00, 000/- at arround 2 pm, we have selected 4 items from your showrrom and final bill estimation came to Rs.2, 86, 000/- and then i asked for discount and after 10 mins your people had given Rs.1000/- discount and lifted there hands further also but i i requested to further discount and at last they agreed to give at Rs.2, 85, 0000/- finally, but my mother was not accepting for it then i again requested your people and i didn't want to leave your showroom with our purchasing the gold because i am very attached to your showroom since 4 years but no use but to make my mother satisfy i went out of your showroom and visited Jos Allukas showroom which is just beside your showroom then i came to know what business your are doing, I am sorry to say this . I have selected the same worth gold items at that showroom and you will not believe i got Rs.18, 000/- benefit when compared to your showroom and I promise one thing that i didn't relieved anything about your showroom but i negotiated with them for best price . from the past 4 years i have purchased gold from you and i blindly believed on your brand tag line " Trust is Life " but today you people made that our trust on your brand is your company or brand life .                               The same situation has been happened to me. I am also existing customer to Kalyan. Yesterday we visited and selected an ornament and they said 24% wastage .asked for discount, very rudely they are saying no such discounts" then what's is the use of the tag" . Next min walked out of the store. Visited another shop got the same design with 17% wastage. Very worst exp this time with Kalyan. Definitely I will not suggest any more to friends and relatives

                                bill notvm ghc 036060 dtd 10 1 15 .kalyan jewellery faith losing activity.in tag 12percent making charges marked with further discount 3 percent.charged me 16% after discount12.90.when enquired salesman told we are changing tag and it applies.is there any sinceriety on kalyan jewellers advertising faith and levying making charges at 5%?Rs 278 was realised from me excss. also Rs 50 extra towards insurance on a small purchase meant for gift It will be good if you return the amount.Otherwise you are also like other jewellers.pl do not advertise that you are a gentleman dealer

                                  I have open a policy with kalyan with money 10000, they asked me change policy in between, i have change as per their suggestion, but they are not giving promised benefit, i lost interest, they are very good at the time to open policy but when policy amount complete, they show their original face.fully fake promises. time waste money waste. here after we wont get anything from kalyan.

                                      Zonal manager of my kalyan pajagutta is not a right person, he is blackmail ing staff that he will tapp their personal ceLl phones, and my kalyan shadnager manager, sanjeev, is miss using powers and forcing staff to bring cigaratees and wine, with staff money, in duty time, and forcing to bring schemes mental pressure, take action or I'll report in press and human right commission

                                        I have opted for Gold Scheme run by M/s Kalyan Jewllers vide account no 51014641 ; Rajkot ( Gujarat Branch) with monthly installment's of Rs.3000 ( Three Thousand rupees only) . The scheme was for 18 months wherein I have to pay 18 installments and 2 installments would be paid by the Jewllers After closing of the scheme I have purchased cold coins ; details are mentioned as below ; Bill No. PUNGHB003363 dated 23/12/2014 Purchase Items : Locket Coin 20.100 Gms & Locket Coin 4.00 gms Bill Amount : 65040 Rate of Gold /gm:2639 Vat @1.00 % : 643.96 Die Charges : 797 ( Not mentioned in the bill ) Kalyan Jewellers considers Gold rate as per Mumbai and not as per Pune Market which forced me to take 22kt gold coins as rate for 24 kt gold coins were higher by approx Rs 1000. Today ( 27th Dec'14 ) when I enquired at the same showroom to sale the Rate for 22KT gold coin was told to was Rs.2648 and buying Rs 2498 ( 6 % less than selling rate ). . I am not sure about the standard followed as regards selling and buying of the Pure gold. If I go with simple calcultaions there is no significant difference in the selling rate however If I opt for sale the overall loss is to the tune of 8 % which is cheating to the customer. This information was not given to me when I opted for the gold scheme . I had following concerns 1., Information on difference in Buying and selling not given to me at the start of scheme 2. Gold rate of Mumbai are followed in Pune Showroom 3. Die charges are not mentioned in the bill amount separately 4. No standards available for Buying and selling rate 5.
