My wife has been member of Gold Schme had been depositing Rs 1500/= per month.Following is the details: Customer ID:[protected] Account No: 60001236 Matuarity Dt: 20/01/2015After Maturaity on 20/01/2015I have done atleast 6-7 calls to your Showroom in Kothrud, Pune, for enquiring about the delivery of my booked ornaments.Every time when I call, I get assurance that it will get delivered in next 7 days but now going to be around 1 month from maturity date still I am waiting for the delivery of my ornament.I had planned the ornament as gift to my sister as present on her marraige in Feb.But looking the response from your side, I have event lost the hope of getting the delivery.I have trusted Kalyan Jwellers and blindly invested in this scheme now I feel cheated by your firm.Please look into this and do the needful for getting the delivery of my promised ornamanet.

    Hi, I started my scheme on Mar14 and its finished on Jan15 till know I have not get my ornament. As per the rules, It should get close in 11 months and in 12th they need to handover my ornament. This is almost 14th month and still the store ppl saying all cock and bull stories. Can someone plz advise how can i take a legal action on the merchant..?

      I went to Vashi - Navi Mumbai branch to purchase some gold ear rings. One of lady sitting besides me was also looking at ear rings. When I touched one of the product. The sales person said, I can not touch it unless that lady finish her buying. I ll have to wait, he said. That was ridiculus, I just wanted to know the price which he could calculate it on Calculator as he was standing idol. I always buy gold from Waman Hari Pethe where in all the Sales persons are busy in attending 4 to 5 customers at a time.I did not like the rules of Kalyan Jwellers. Just because Mr Amitabh Bachhan or Ms Aishwarya Rai doing advertisement, people visit their shop. Dear Kalyan Jwellers people, please take the training of customer service / Satisfaction from Waman Hari Pethe or any other jwellery shop. Then only you would be able to survive in the market.

        Advertising that their making charges are very less, but I had a very bad experience, levied 13% making charge for a simple earring. Never thought such things will happen because Manju Variar was casting the advertisement. When sought clarification they turns impolite. You are loosing the customer bank. Please do not advertise and cheat the customers. Dear Manju Variar Please refrain from such fake ads. Malayalis all over the world has accepted your coming back in an overwhelming manner. So when you tell something in an advertisement we trust that. Please do not get trapped in casting of fake advertisements.

          I had visited Kalyan Jewellers, Pune showroom on 18th jan. for the first 15 minutes there wasn't a single salesman to attend us . later 1 salesman picked up a fight with us stating we are arguing for the wrong reason . for billing procedure they take 20minutes time . advertised by such a huge celebrity, this was really not expected . we have decided we would never go back to kalyan jewellers henceforth .

            Dear Sir/Madam My name is B.Giri, This mail is regarding your brand cheating towards customer's, today I have visited your showroom at panjagutta, Hyderabad, to purchase gold worth Rs.3, 00, 000/- at arround 2 pm, we have selected 4 items from your showrrom and final bill estimation came to Rs.2, 86, 000/- and then i asked for discount and after 10 mins your people had given Rs.1000/- discount and lifted there hands further also but i i requested to further discount and at last they agreed to give at Rs.2, 85, 0000/- finally, but my mother was not accepting for it then i again requested your people and i didn't want to leave your showroom with our purchasing the gold because i am very attached to your showroom since 4 years but no use but to make my mother satisfy i went out of your showroom and visited Jos Allukas showroom which is just beside your showroom then i came to know what business your are doing, I am sorry to say this . I have selected the same worth gold items at that showroom and you will not believe i got Rs.18, 000/- benefit when compared to your showroom and I promise one thing that i didn't relieved anything about your showroom but i negotiated with them for best price . from the past 4 years i have purchased gold from you and i blindly believed on your brand tag line " Trust is Life " but today you people made that our trust on your brand is your company or brand life .             The same situation has been happened to me. I am also existing customer to Kalyan. Yesterday we visited and selected an ornament and they said 24% wastage .asked for discount, very rudely they are saying no such discounts" then what's is the use of the tag" . Next min walked out of the store. Visited another shop got the same design with 17% wastage. Very worst exp this time with Kalyan. Definitely I will not suggest any more to friends and relatives

                Gold saving scheme- Not giving Ornaments after maturity.

                Hi, I have a Gold saving scheme with Kalyan jewellers.At the begining of the scheme they have told that I have to pay 12 installments and at maturity I will get one installment as bonus with that amount I can buy any ornaments/coin from their jewellery.But after 6 month they informed that they have changed the scheme due to some RBI rule and I have to pay 11 installments and I have select a gold ornament at this point and this ornament...

                I have open a policy with kalyan with money 10000, they asked me change policy in between, i have change as per their suggestion, but they are not giving promised benefit, i lost interest, they are very good at the time to open policy but when policy amount complete, they show their original face.fully fake promises. time waste money waste. here after we wont get anything from kalyan.

                      I have opted for Gold Scheme run by M/s Kalyan Jewllers vide account no 51014641 ; Rajkot ( Gujarat Branch) with monthly installment's of Rs.3000 ( Three Thousand rupees only) . The scheme was for 18 months wherein I have to pay 18 installments and 2 installments would be paid by the Jewllers After closing of the scheme I have purchased cold coins ; details are mentioned as below ; Bill No. PUNGHB003363 dated 23/12/2014 Purchase Items : Locket Coin 20.100 Gms & Locket Coin 4.00 gms Bill Amount : 65040 Rate of Gold /gm:2639 Vat @1.00 % : 643.96 Die Charges : 797 ( Not mentioned in the bill ) Kalyan Jewellers considers Gold rate as per Mumbai and not as per Pune Market which forced me to take 22kt gold coins as rate for 24 kt gold coins were higher by approx Rs 1000. Today ( 27th Dec'14 ) when I enquired at the same showroom to sale the Rate for 22KT gold coin was told to was Rs.2648 and buying Rs 2498 ( 6 % less than selling rate ). . I am not sure about the standard followed as regards selling and buying of the Pure gold. If I go with simple calcultaions there is no significant difference in the selling rate however If I opt for sale the overall loss is to the tune of 8 % which is cheating to the customer. This information was not given to me when I opted for the gold scheme . I had following concerns 1., Information on difference in Buying and selling not given to me at the start of scheme 2. Gold rate of Mumbai are followed in Pune Showroom 3. Die charges are not mentioned in the bill amount separately 4. No standards available for Buying and selling rate 5. Why we should lost 4 gram (50-Rs commission ok) . Upto date we purchased 95 gram in kalyan. Why I am telling this I am your regular customer.He is not treated as a customer he treated as a thief.Why?                           Hi Kalyan, I have opened a monthly gold saving scheme with Kalyan Jewellers Pune last year. This month on 8th Nov 2014, my scheme is matured and I visited Kalyan Jewellers Nal Stop, Pune showroom. I have surprised with the 24 cart Gold rates they were offering to me. Its 1400 Rs. (Per 10 gms) more than MCX and 1100 Rs.( Per 10gms) more than other branded shops in pune. In MCX prize was 26000 on Friday closing. I have checked prizes in P.N. Gadgil Jeweller, R.L. Jeweller and Ranka Jeweller, they were offering 26400. But Kalyan Jeweller staff asked me to purchased gold at more than 27400 Rs/10Gms. Please help, my 1.2 Lac Rs. Stuck at kalyan. Thanks, Amit

                            My name is Ramya. My in-laws purchased a bangle worth 32, 000 from Kalyan Jewellers Navi Mumbai on 16/06/2014. Since this bangle was a gift I got to use this only on 25/06/2014. On the same day we could see that the bangle was bent completely while trying to wear it. The next day we approched Kalyan Jewellers in Bangalore and reported the same. We spoke to the manager there and he was of no help. All he could say is that he can do nothing about this. He was not even ready to repair the bangle nor replace it. We also told him that we shall bare the making charges and replace us the gold with another product. This is the first product that we purchsed from Kalyan and it was a complete nightmare. Till today im not using that bangle jus bcoz of the damage nor i could replace it. The salesmen there complained taht the bangle is of light weight and that caused it to bend. In that case this should have been informed at the time of purchase rather than informing this after the damage. Kalyan should have taken full reponsibility about the ornaments that they sell, but in my case all they were trying to do is get rid o[censored]s from the shop at that moment.                               Respected Sir, Greetings. On[protected] th evening, we went to kalyan jewelers- tirunelveli, to purchase 2 gold chains. But we could able to choose one chain in 32grms. We requested the shop people that we have 2 girl babies, so that the same design we need another one more gold chain. The shop people replied that now we don’t have the same design in stock, if you like to order within 20 days we can give to you. So we specially requested them, the design should not be changed. They also conformed us, exactly we will give you a another chain like the purchased one. They took the photo and Xerox of the chain. We paid 80% of the chain cost as advance. Now, yesterday[protected], my parent went the shop to collect the ordered chain. They saw the design is not like the old chain. They don’t have interest to purchase the ordered chain, because of the change of design, however there is no way, so they purchased. They are extremely uncomforting in this purchase. My parent are regular and sincere customers to kalyan jewelers. They couldn’t get right reply from the shop people also. And they unable to send you, the old and new chain Xerox, because they don’t have the internet facilities and aged people also. I am also staying in north india for my works. I am requesting you to take needful action and give the same design chain, which we purchased from you. I expecting your favorable reply. Thank you.                                 Hi Sales Executive of kalyan jewellers asked me to start monthly saving scheme I told him I travel lot so can I deposit later he said yes before maturity you can deposit anytime and now when m doing the same supervisor says its possible only in special customers case so That's how you treat your normal customers ?? And no where it is written that you have to pay monthly only neither I have got any reminders anytime my account no is 56002719 kindly help to get the benefit of my policy else refund my money. Its at vashi store navi mumbai behaviour of supervisor Mr. Rajesh over the phone was not acceptable at all right training is reqrequired.

                                  From Umesh Meena, Customer cell NO.[protected] R/Sir, Yesterday on 27.10.14 at around 12.00 my wife Manju Meena went to your show room located at Kalawad Roda, Rajkot to get repaired her one bangle which she purchased around two years back with the same show room.When she gave her bengale to one of the staff member and requested to get the same repaired. Instead of asking about bill of the same bengle the staff members started behaving in interrogating manner with her after taking bengle in their pussassion.The staff neither asked for bill to her nor done weighment of bengal.The staff also behaved suspectedly with her. After long long hot discussion they manage to repair the bengle and return to her after weighment of the bengle. They have simply note down the weight of bengle after repair, on simple chit and submitted to my wife without sign and stamp on the chit.When she insisted for signature and stamp on the weighment chit, they refused to do the same even manager refused for doing same. Sir, here i complain for gross misbehaviour of your staff members with a lady customer which is highly concern with your reputed firm too. Second query is that is it rule of your firm to give unsigned chit of weighment of the costly gold articles to the customers as stated by your show room staff as well as manager ?                                     Today we purchased jwellery worth Rs. 1 lakh+ at your Trichy store, but the service we got by your salesperson was very arrogant and unprofessional. I being a regular customer at your stores and have purchased from your stores in different cities as well, but after today's experience i dont think so i can think of going to Kalyan again. Salesmen like this are enough to spoil your brand name and i felt so bad for my parents whom i took to Kalyan jwellers for the first time and they had to face such disgusting attitude of your salesman. All we asked him was scope for further discount, to which he responded very rudely and instead asked us to look for cheaper options or leave. It was so shocking to see such unacceptable customer service at your shop. And there was no in charge of the store available there to whom we could have complained. When we started walking out without purchasing only then some other salesmen came and asked us to not to leave. But this is not at all an acceptable behaviour of your sales person and because of whom now I will think twice before going to your any store again. I hope this complain reaches you and is read and you pass on the message to your Trichy store in charge that what happened today never repeats with any customer.
