I go to purchase jewel with scheme the amount of 22000 with bonus 2000. I Chose the jewel with in 15 min but the sales person give the bill more than one hour. i asked y u delayed and he is responding you are on scheme so normally they get delayed. i am really shocking but when i see the branch all sales people working like turtles. Today on 18th sep 2021, I was paying my monthly installment through Google pay. The money has been withdrawn from my account. GPay customer service says, the money has been withdrawn and filed the complainant to merchant. Payment amount is 3000/-.

We went to shop where your executive informed us that this type of complaint is not coming in chains and he repaid the joints. I purchased Silver kadda on 8th Aug in night, On 10th i gone to showroom with complaint of Black coloured on inner side of Kadda,
The executive simply polished it and handover me by saying it's Original silver with S925 mark, I paid 4700 for it.
Again after 10days same problem, even worst then earlier arise, Showroom is 19km 1way from my residence.
