Sir,
Myself Dr. Rashi Jain visited kalyan jewellers store in Jaipur at Sen Complex on 10.07.2022 to purchase a gold chain and exchange it with my old gold.
My old Gold consisted of a gold ring weighing 4.77 gm with 98.04% purity and broken gold pieces of a ear ring which weighed 1.93gm with 97.62% purity. The weight and purity was measured at your store only before melting.

Though I came with my parents and we were following process but missed to see the gold before staff put it for melting inside. Since, we didn't calculate the total weight (6.70gm), we couldn't know about the weight discrepancy at the time of purchase at store.
After coming home, we calculated and realised that after melting the weight reduced to 6.02 gm from 6.70 gm, i.e. around 11% weight (0.68gm) reduced and purity fell down to 89%.
Reduction in purity is understandable but so much reduction in weight is impossible.
Also, would like to tell you that my father got our old gold burnt under a flame at local jewellers to have an idea of price evaluation so in that process the ear ring got broken and this is a proof that my gold could not have 11% dust weight. Also, your X ray detector telling the high purity of my gold before melting is again a proof that so much dust is not possible.
I am also a science student and in my understanding, gold being a inert metal with low surface tension can never loose so much weight during melting.
I talked about this very next day (11.07.2022) at your customer care center and my father received a call from the seller we purchased (Neetu Bhavani) and the first response to our concern was same that weight can't reduce to this extent so she asked for some time and ensured that she would call back gher 15 min. Later on that day, neither they called back nor received our calls. Next day (12.07.1997), I again called at customer care center and they again told that my father will receive a call from store and he did but this time, they told that it was all because of dust. Today (13.07.2022), my father visited the store and they simply didn't pay any heed to my father's request of showing cctv footage and told that nothing can be done.
I am really disappointed by all this sequence of events which happened to us. A middle class family visits these stores just because of trust and strict guidelines which they apparently follow.
Another matter about the gold exchange is about the policy they follow. After melting, gold weight left to 6.02 gm which was tested with x ray detector and it showed to have 89% purity so they calculated the weight of 24K gold present in that which came out to be 5.358gm but they paid us with the price of 22K gold only even after they considered the pure gold i.e. 5.358gm.
Also, due to different purity levels of our gold, they should have done the melting process separately but they didn't so so but did the combined process.
No information about any weight reduction was given to us.
Though it's impossible to justify such weight reduction but they have no interest in satisfying their customer.
Lost my money, mental peace and time.
In the hope of getting justice, in the hope of a support to fight against such giants, writing this complaint here.

    I have paid my scheme amount of 10500 for the month of July (9th Installment) via razorpay, But its not getting reflected on ledger for July, 2022. Amount got debited form my bank and I received payment successfully mail as well.
    I have attached the screenshot of payment successful mail and debited amount proof. Can anyone please help me and update it on my ledger?

      I have placed order from kalyan website, I have placed the order with good discount and the payment completed successfully and also I got bill for that transaction, later kalyan jewellers denied to deliver that order, asking to make full payment with any discount then only they'll deliver that product

        I ordered a ring on 8th of June 2022, agreed to have a natural gemstone gold ring with certification as mentioned below;
        Gemstone to be certified where its needs to be natural, its should not be glass filled & untreated stone for astrological purpose. Where the official labs can get that done.

        While I was tracking the order through the manufacturing process till its certification, candere kalyan jewellers site is down for week now, I am trying to contact the salesperson through the whatsapp chat as the order discussed on the same, they are not replying AT ALL. I am trying to reach through the phone - call gets connected but no one talks, tried chatting on website option - the representatives do not know the head or tail of what I am talking about. Spoke to supervisor there name called VARUN/VINAY- he mentioned "dont keep calling from all different channels" - Seriously do not know how to answer on this. I feel sorry on myself to deal with such people in life.

        I have already paid an amount of almost 1 lac rupees to this company to get my customized order. There is not communication neither I am able to reach out to anyone to have this resolved on priority. It is SAD to see that a jeweler companies dealing in lakhs and crores of rupees are serving such a distressing/appalling.

        Previously as well they did the same thing when they delivered a wrong gold chain weight less than what was ordered. I should have highlighted this already but let go for it once.

        THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS/TIME/MONEY. They do not have a right to do business if the standards are like this towards the society with their unethical behavior.

            Bought a gold ring last year. It is made of more copper than gold itseems. Now gold colour on the ring faded and the ring looks like copper colour.

              He has only submit 1 month
              At the date of mautiry l gone to take my gold they told that you have only sumit 1 month installments
              I have done complain to kalyan jewellery they visited my house and tell that ur money will be returned rs 6000
              But after some days they told me to call kiran's family l also called them they told they have given the money to the company l called the manger they told you talk with them
              Now it has been 5 months the manager is not doing something
              It is not my fault the company has send the agent to collect l have given to them l have given
              But they not responding now l am going to write a letter to rbi and nearest police station

                I have ordered online on 29th March 2022. Payment got deducted quickly. Since then while checking my order, I get 'manufacturing in process'
                On April 19th I got mail, asking if I received my order, I mailed back saying I havnt and I havnt even received any tracking info
                Their whatsapp team, has stopped responding to my mesges. They previously said it will be mailed in week of April 18th and they will share tracking details. When I reached out again, they said it will take another 4-5days. I mesged again and they havnt responded.
                I dont know who else to reach out to. I reached out to their Instagram team, support team and whatsapp team. None of them are replying and I feel scammed.

                    I was told that this ring is a daily wear product. Now a stone fell out of the ring which is a diamond ring... If the person from the jewellery store told me about thr usage I would be more careful... Now wat is the solution for this... I bought this diamond ring on February 2022. This is not acceptable

                      It takes almost 1 hr for billing only where there was no rush in thrissur kalyan jwellers.. We are fed up of waiting here.. I am typing this after 1 hr of waiting and still not billed...your employees are saying there is network issue but we are ready to pay cash and bill can be sent to us in later time.. We had a long time relationship with kalyan jwellers but we are fed up..

                        Sir,
                        I had purchased Jewellery from your Perinthalmanna branch on 25 03 2022. The Quality of the bill print is pathetic. Its like a fine print, which is not supposed to be read by a customer. The Ink used for printing is faaed, . All in all, its not readable. Purchase bill of Jewellery is supposed to b ekept for a long time. also giving a bill in large, readable font gives customer a feeling of transparency . Giving such bill creates a feeling of being cheated and customers will mistrusting you. I can't even quote the Bill number in this complaint because it is simply unreadable.
                        The display table in front of customer in this showroom is not cleaned regularly and is unclean..it shows marks like oily handmarks, etc . This gives a bad impression to the customer.
                        Today I have personally gone to the showroom and given a written request for a more legible copy of the bill .
                        This mail is a feedback, just in case you want to improve.

                          On 7th march 2022 i sold a gold bangle approx weight of 10. Something grams
                          As per ploicy i had to bought something in exchange of that money
                          The told me that price may fluctuate after melting i was unsatisfied with the result they show and the amount they offer
                          Yet the bangle was melted and it wasn't worth of anything i had to compromise.
                          Then i told them to show me gold pendant or something in exchange of the amount
                          They were very big in size and not decent as per my preference
                          Then i told them to show me anything in gold but they showed me diamond pendant instead
                          I told them i had no knowledge about purchasing diamonds
                          They said u can just see i[censored] didn't like then we will show u gold ornaments as well
                          I liked a diamond pendant and it worth 33000 approx
                          At discount it was offered at 30000
                          I told them i have no clue about this
                          They said we will issue u a card bill as well
                          And diamond's amout will never change gold used in it and its price may fluctuate as per market price but diamond will be sold at same price whenever u will sell it
                          10000 amount of cash is handed over at the time but amount more than that is transferred to ur account whenever u will sell
                          Procedure started there
                          I signed some of the documents
                          Pendant was mine after that
                          The gold was sold at rupees 33500
                          And pendant cost me 30000 rest of the money made in a credit bill that on next purchase it will be deducted
                          On 30th march 2022 i went there to sell the same pendant i didn't used it wear it
                          I just wanted to sell it
                          Then they said 100% exchange on diamond rate is there but 80 to 90% at selling
                          Then on the bill a very tiny line at the end mentioned with same was shown to me
                          The issue is why didn't they showed me at the time of purchasing they didn't guided me properly
                          I am bery disappointed with this all mess
                          They told me it will be sold at 22000 only
                          I don't want to ever deal with kalyan in future
                          I want a quick solution as well as solution for that 3500 credit amount
                          Today i went to the market to at least 4 5 shops regarding the selling of that pendant
                          They just worth it of rupees 9000 to maximum 12000 only and even they asked me for igi certificate that i didn't got from the kalyan at all
                          Kindly stop misguiding the customers just to increase your sale
                          You should cooperate with new customers or with the customers who are dealing in jewellery 1st time
                          I shall be very thankful if my case will be handled positively by tomorrow as i am in need of money

                          Then i complained about the same with the executive dealing with me he told me that ma'am we didn't mentioned that as some customer may get irritated that why are you telling us about the procedure of selling it we want it for our personal use and not to sale it every customer is different that's why we didn't told you

                            The shop is collecting extra 1% as service charge for card payment, if I ask the reason they are reducing that 1% and increasing 1% in the making charge. Kindly advise me why the shop is doing like this. They are telling that they are collecting not only for me but for everyone. It's company rules.

                                    Today morning I paid the installment of Kalyan Jewellers Dhan Samriddhi through my UPI Id. Amount got deducted from my savings account but didn't get updated in the Kalyan portal. I double checked my account, money was deducted from my account but not updated on Kalyan Jewellers online portal. Screenshot of transaction details have been enclosed.

                                        Have purchased Tushi Gold Necklace from Candere Jewellery website, the product I received is different what is shown on website

                                        The worst quality product is received, in the necklace they have charged additional approx INR 1050 for gemstone, but no certificate received for the same, when checked with chat support staff Santosh, he said there is no refund option and I have to purchase another jewellery from them, they are not ready for refund and there is no update on return pickup, multiple mails sent

                                        Candere team is just fooling the customer, product received is worth INR 500 as per the quality and they gave charged me INR 29000, worst product.

                                        They are saying they will not give refunds,
                                        Please assist to get the refund, the product quality is not good

                                        Kalyan team is not bothered to revert or call on tue complaint, this is the worst service by the brand like Kalyan it is more than 48 hrs and non action taken
