This complaint in regarding to the Mangalore Branch. The Branch staff have refused to accept the Kalyan Gold Jewellery E-Voucher which I have received from the SBI Credit Card Team.
I have asked for the same to redeem against the purchase of gold coins and they have mentioned I can purchase only Jewellers against the E-Voucher. As per my knowledge, the will apply for coins well. But this should apply for all the Golds.
In the counter they only decide whether they have to give 22 or 24 carat coin without customer consent. Who are you to decide about our choices?
I would like to redeem the same E-Vouchers for the purchase of Gold Coins. If this is the case why t=you have to tie up with SBI Card. This really a worst service.
This is my 3rd visit to the Kalyan Jewellers, M G Road, Mangalore Branch and all the 3 times I have disappointed with your staff behaviour ad attitudes. I have seen most the times they do not any show any respect to the customers. I we visit to the other Jewellery Showroom in Mangalore, they give lot of respect to the customers.
Your cash counter people will behave like they are the owners of the showroom. There is no politeness and not even a common-sense to greet to the customer. I never seen these kind of behaviour anywhere. Why only in Kalyan Jewellers team members behaving like that? Why other showroom people won’t do it? Will this work because of your staffs or from customers? This kind of poor service definitely will spoil your market and customer relationships.
This is not at all accepted and I urge you to fix this immediately and do the needful ASAP.

The complaint have been closed without my consent and I am surprised to see these kind of behavior from Kalyan Jewelers.
This clearly shows your irresponsibility.
I have to get an resolution for my Gift Vouchers.
This is not your money and it is my money.
Provide an solution for this immediately or encash the Gift Voucher Amount.
