    My wife Pujarini Bhattacharya takes this Dhan samridhi scheme (scam) of Kalyan Jewelers on 17th Jan'21 with her small monthly saving of Rs. 3000/- for the 11th Month as the company committed the same monthly 3000/- amount to be provided on the 12th month and added discount on making charge. The scheme has been matured on 17th Dec'21 and on 18th Feb'22, she visited the same store in Ahmedabad to buy some jewels for our wedding anniversary on 20th Feb'22.

    But entirely different types of behavior were received from the salesperson and store manager once she disclosed to be redeemed the scheme and the rest amount to be paid. They have added absurd making charges amount on the chosen model and behaving with a bad attitude on this dealing with her. They only provide 1500/- as a bonus on this scheme and no discount on the MC. It seems that completely scams as taking money from the client saying something to makes bound to the client to buy Kalyan product with paying off out of the market making charge. This is not done.

    I request support to resolve this issue on a priority as she should not pay more to buy this scheme by trusting this renowned jeweler brand of Kalyan Jewelers.

        Hello Sir,
        I have very bad experience in kalyan from last 3-4 years in case of diamond jewellery. Around 3 years back i purchased diamond bangles from kalyan jeweller mohali. And after some time i have lost 1 diamond from my one bangle. then i gave them my bangle for repair and they repaired but again after some time between 2-3 months my 1 diamond from one bangle lost . Then i returned the bangle to the store and purchased any other item and they cut making charges that is not ok because the diamond lost is the mistake of company not fine, but i haven’t complained about this thing and i have purchased earrings. Same thing happening again one diamond lost n i gave them earrings and they repaired it after 1 month . Now again after 2 months my diamond lost . Same thing is happening again and again and tell me what is the purpose of my jewellery if i was not able to wear it and again n again i’m giving it for repair to you .
        When this thing happen one time i didn’t complaint n the. 2nd time i again didn’t complaint but same thing happening again n again then whats the meaning of purchasing your things .

                This complaint is regarding a purchase of Ring weighted around 3.80gm, I purchased it in the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras 2021 but with in 3 months o[censored]se at first I saw the American diamonds got damage & later on I found that even the ring got completely molded. I went to the store from where I purchased it but there was no cooperation from staff neither store manager was cooperative enough & they were not ready to adjust the making charge incase of exchange. This is something which is not expected from such a brand like Kalyan Jewelers which is being endorsed by big names like Amitabh Bachchan. I need a proper solution rather than servicing I want Kalyan Jewelers to compensate the making charge in terms of exchanging.                   I am very disappointed from your services I made the transaction online and the order seems not placed yet...and when I called customer care they're saying that they didn't receive any payment though the bank confirmed that the payment was made on the same day...why this issue occurred...noone taking this seriously...could you please check

                    Hi, i have taken memebership from kalyan in which they promised that we have to pay an amount for 11 months then same amount will be paid by kalyan for 12th month and additionally they will give us discount on making charges and all. But when i went to buy the product at end of the year discount ia minimal. Also i oordered a bangle with weight 24 gm they said minor difference will be there but there are 5gm differnece also the product qas delivered after 1.5 month instead of 1 month that too i had to take followups. Now they are charging more 5gm price which i did not want to pay. Its mistake by kalyan that they have increased the weight so much. The scheme they provide is useless as we would get interest on our money of we would depisit it for months. I am really disappointed and feeling cheated. As now they are saying this is different scheme etc etc. Even not attending my calls. Kalyan is doimg scam through scheme to cheat customer.

                      I bought gold from the Kalyan Jewelry Bur Dubai and it has been broken every day I asked them to return my money as I don't want their quality, but they didn't return the full amount, I call Consumer Rights to complain regarding my issue and they told The Kalyan jewelry must return the full amount that I pay because I bought it from the store itself!

                        I bought gold from Kalyan jewelry in Bur Dubai and it has broken every day 4 times it's broken and I just bought it within 4days aswel now I want to refund my money as I don't like to get a new one from them But they not return a full amount I bought on their store itself i want to refund because the gold from their is very low quality and the service.

                          We purchased two diamond bracelets and we were informed that for dimond they take making charge(VADD) per piece that is fixed, but they charged us more than the how much it KD adding up to. And while making the bill they didn’t inform us about it.

                            During my marriage we have purchased several jewellery from kalyan. Every jewellery we purchased was of good weight, no light weighted jewellery. And most of the jewellery was worn for hardly 1 or 2 times but got defect one or the other place. We went to the store as they provide free service for lifetime. Instead of getting it repaired sales person forces us to purchase a new one. No free replacement offered. Who will pay the VA we paid for all the jewellery. Such poor quality of jewellery. Gets broken within one or 2 uses. And they says good discount for scheme holder. But when we actually go to purchase the jewellery they hardly provide any discount. Just fooling people in the name of scheme.

                              I want to complain regarding Jewellery purchased from Candere. There has been a case of fraud. I have paid the money for 0.6 carat solitaire and the certificate given to me is of 0.3 carat. Never expected such fraudulent service from esteemed company.

                                Hi,

                                This complaint in regarding to the Mangalore Branch. The Branch staff have refused to accept the Kalyan Gold Jewellery E-Voucher which I have received from the SBI Credit Card Team.

                                I have asked for the same to redeem against the purchase of gold coins and they have mentioned I can purchase only Jewellers against the E-Voucher. As per my knowledge, the will apply for coins well. But this should apply for all the Golds.
                                In the counter they only decide whether they have to give 22 or 24 carat coin without customer consent. Who are you to decide about our choices?
                                I would like to redeem the same E-Vouchers for the purchase of Gold Coins. If this is the case why t=you have to tie up with SBI Card. This really a worst service.

                                This is my 3rd visit to the Kalyan Jewellers, M G Road, Mangalore Branch and all the 3 times I have disappointed with your staff behaviour ad attitudes. I have seen most the times they do not any show any respect to the customers. I we visit to the other Jewellery Showroom in Mangalore, they give lot of respect to the customers.
                                Your cash counter people will behave like they are the owners of the showroom. There is no politeness and not even a common-sense to greet to the customer. I never seen these kind of behaviour anywhere. Why only in Kalyan Jewellers team members behaving like that? Why other showroom people won’t do it? Will this work because of your staffs or from customers? This kind of poor service definitely will spoil your market and customer relationships.

                                This is not at all accepted and I urge you to fix this immediately and do the needful ASAP.

                                        I go to purchase jewel with scheme the amount of 22000 with bonus 2000. I Chose the jewel with in 15 min but the sales person give the bill more than one hour. i asked y u delayed and he is responding you are on scheme so normally they get delayed. i am really shocking but when i see the branch all sales people working like turtles. Otherwise he/she speaking respectively but if ask negotiable they sales people get delayed response more than half nour. I really disappointing to go this kalyan jewels in thanjavur.
