My name is preema Donald almeida I am regular customer of kalyan jewellers since last 5 years.

I need your explanation on settlement summary against transaction no: MGRGQFC000491 date August 16, 2021. Account number: [protected]

According to scheme:
*Without fail I paid 6000 inr for 11 months to kalyan jewellers.
* As per scheme procedures kalyan jewellers will be liable...

Unsatisfied that lokhandwala market was listed for the store. When we reached the location, store does not exit.
After called the Mumbai number, we are relocated to the location opposite City Mall.
At the store the staff are not aware of the offers listed on the website....

I have purchased earrings from kalyan jeweller app name candere on 7th July for rs 8429 order number 940369 on the name of abha soni and paid 2108 as partial payment and after 3 days they called and saying that price is increased by 3000 rs u need to pay extra

This can be called as cheating as wasting time of customer and misleading information

Amount debited in my bank account but not show in your Kalyan transaction, not received SMS on my registered mopbile [protected]. Please verify and solve this problem as soon as possible sir....

We went to buy our engagement ring. A diamond ring specifically VVS1/VVS2, D/E/F, 0.60 and 0.70 Carats. We had everything clear in our mind. With particular parameters. The staffs especially the manager in the kalyan jewellery shop in palavakkam ecr., chennai, (its not the showroom, but the place to pay monthly installment for gold schemes) and his colleagues harass the female customers who visits the shop to pay their monthly installments and Crack double meaning jokes right in front of the female customer to see their reaction, when I went home and told this to my husband he got ready with his brothers...

It has been more than 1 and a half month the gold coin that I brought on 14th may 2021 online has not been delivered
Customer care service agent ritesh is clueless about the wareabout of the product.
They ask 48 hours and dissappear.
They have only one reason of lock down.

I want my refund back .
And also compensation for hurting me mentally and giving me sleepless nights....

It had been more than one and a half month and the gold coin 5grm which I ordered online on 14 may 2021 has not been delivered.

I feel cheated .
I would like to get my refund along with compensation for hurting me mentally....

I would like to share my review regarding a purchase.

By April I gave an order for 2 rings and locked the gold amount and as per the salesman I directed to buy it before May 10. By April end I visited the showroom(Karama Centre) for purchase as well. As per the salesperson the amount will reduce during the time(upto May 10) and unluckily it doesn't. So, I extended my purchase. I was unaware that...

I purchase a gold ring against order id 906071 through their dgrp scheme and paid 2 EMI on time, but on 08/05/2021, they increase the EMI amount to current gold rate my 2nd EMI over period is on 07/05/2021and I already paid it by 05/05/2021 and also my payment is confirmed.
Then why this happened?...

Good afternoon sir we r from vijayawada we have taken gold scheme in vijayawada kalyan jewelers last month i.e on april . the scheme rule is to pay 5000 every month so in april we have payed 5000 directly and in may month i.e on this month on[protected] we have payed money through online the money has debited to kalyan jewelers account and we got even message that money has debited to kalyanjeweelers account but it is saying that transaction...

I didn't get reciept and confirmation message after payment through online and i have transaction id also. Mobile number is [protected]...

I have bought this gold jhumki but it’s kundan world has now faded away and moreover turned into black-ish colour... even after showing it to the store no appropriate result was found... please see through the matter and help me with it....

On 24th March i done rate fix for 40 gm gold for Rs 4200 by paying 30K for a period of 45 days

Today 07th April, i went to order new chain, your staff said if you pay 31k will get your order for chain,

But bill issued 30K as rate fixed for 4265 and 1k for sale order.
2 bills i got

Why did you fix rate again for 4265 when i am already having for 4200 fixed for 45 days?br...

Today in morning I made a payment of Rs 10000 for my second installment as per the scheme opened in kalyan jewellers in month of March. I made payment using upi, Google pay and over there as well as in my bank account I have proof where it shows that the amount has been successfully transferred to kalyan jewellers. Now my moto to raise this complaint is either get the same amount reflected under my scheme as second installment and if not...
