Dear Team,

I would like to share my review regarding a purchase.

By April I gave an order for 2 rings and locked the gold amount and as per the salesman I directed to buy it before May 10. By April end I visited the showroom(Karama Centre) for purchase as well. As per the salesperson the amount will reduce during the time(upto May 10) and unluckily it doesn't. So, I extended my purchase. I was unaware that the amount was locked for only1 month.

As per the idea it was not given exactly what it is. And at least they have to inform me that it is not valid from the particular date (whatever applicable) at least by a message. I Am losing 20 AED per gram for 14 grams. Still the purchase is pending.

It is really disgusting and disappointing as a customer.

    I purchase a gold ring against order id 906071 through their dgrp scheme and paid 2 EMI on time, but on 08/05/2021, they increase the EMI amount to current gold rate my 2nd EMI over period is on 07/05/2021and I already paid it by 05/05/2021 and also my payment is confirmed.

        Good afternoon sir we r from vijayawada we have taken gold scheme in vijayawada kalyan jewelers last month i.e on april . the scheme rule is to pay 5000 every month so in april we have payed 5000 directly and in may month i.e on this month on[protected] we have payed money through online the money has debited to kalyan jewelers account and we got even message that money has debited to kalyanjeweelers account but it is saying that transaction is failed so i want the conformation of message that my transaction is successfull or our money back to our account and we will go directly to jeweller shop and we will pay cash by hand mode itself

                On 24th March i done rate fix for 40 gm gold for Rs 4200 by paying 30K for a period of 45 days

                Today 07th April, i went to order new chain, your staff said if you pay 31k will get your order for chain,

                But bill issued 30K as rate fixed for 4265 and 1k for sale order.
                2 bills i got

                Why did you fix rate again for 4265 when i am already having for 4200 fixed for 45 days?

                  Today in morning I made a payment of Rs 10000 for my second installment as per the scheme opened in kalyan jewellers in month of March. I made payment using upi, Google pay and over there as well as in my bank account I have proof where it shows that the amount has been successfully transferred to kalyan jewellers. Now my moto to raise this complaint is either get the same amount reflected under my scheme as second installment and if not...

                  Hi,

                  I have been visited Kalyan on last Saturday(27/03/2021) for redeeming the voucher to purchase some jewels, which I purchased one Ornament in Chennai Kalyan for last year using Paytm-Kalyan vouchers and remaining some amount has been added as voucher.

                  When I made a request in Billing counter to check whether the Voucher amount is displaying, they literally not at all responding properly and telling it gets expired. Due to Covid all the shops get closed for a while and its a known thing. The Billing counter employees didnt even give any option and they making the conversation in a Sarcastic way by laughing themselves each others. Its like responding to a Beggar in a showroom. I have been maintaining the Gold Scheme for almost 2 years and still continuing it with Kalyan. Is it a way to respond to Customer? Am I begging for someone's money over there? I literally pissed out.

                  Before all this entire conversation I have already called Chennai-Kalyan employee(with whom I purchased the Ornament last year) and He clearly told that the Voucher amount is not in Paytm and Its with Kalyan only, so you can visit any Kalyan to use and Purchase.

                  The Next day I went to Erode Kalyan and they responded very Politely and send an email to Kalyan Office for Redemption without any further arguments.

                  I almost lost the Kalyan privilege's and even with this kind of employee's Kalyan may loss its credibility as its dealing with the Customer

                    After selection of jwellery it is disappointing as well as frustrating to inform here that vadodara jetalpur near alkapuri branch is too sluggish and has pathetic service in the billing section especially in this pandemic scenario.
                    We made choice of one earring, one bracelet and one finger ring in almost one hour but the billing took almost 45 min that too when from counter to counter we were following and pushing them to quicken it up.

                              I asked for a replacement of a stone which was missing in a earring.I was previously said that the company or the store will provide a lifetime service.Now there is an entire change in what I was told.Now I am being asked to pay for it.                                 72 grms gold certificate ( at approx 4650/- per gram)bought online with an assurance of gold rate protection and adjustment of making charge and gst paid for gold coin towards jewellery purchase. However store refused to honour the promise. Forced me to buy jewellery at current rate (higher i.e. 4775/-) and minimum 60 grms purchase to get discount on making charge... ordered on 4th oct 2020, incorrect product given after many months of follow up. Staff refuses to correct the design or honor gold protection... plus sold other schemes with false claims and now refuse to return money even after promising they will.
                                Very rude and rowdy like sales person. Scary. Please help in getting my money back. I dont want to do business with them

                                Attached is the certificate which promises gold protection & adjustment of making charges and GST against jewellery order.
                                Also attached is the bill with increased rate per gram i.e. 4775/- for 62 grams

After billing I have been informed that required changes will be done tomorrow as the person is on leave. Now again I have been informed that the mechanic is still on leave so I have to wait another day. I have not seen such a poor service in my life. Please refund my money having no option but to drag you in the consumer court.
