    I had a 2020 gold scheme in 11 months for you. I had 4 episodes. Again, I could not afford to build for months. Is it possible for me to continue to make money for the next month? No. Did I lose Rs 6000? Please help me in this matter

      This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an order for a GOLD RING on 01/09/2021 at Kalyan Jewllers India Limited, Bhopal vide Bill No. BPLGQOAG496 dated 01/09/2021 and had made a payment of Rs. 14000/- as advance. Till date I have not received any communication from the foresaid showroom in this regard. This kind of negligence was not expected from such a renowned group.

      Today on enquiring it was told that the order is placed on 03/09/2021 and is under process.

      you are requested to look into the matter and give me exact date of order done and the reason for delay and speed up the process to get the item at the earliest.

      And also it is expected that this kind of negligence will not be experienced in future.

            I am Mahesh Survase from Pune Maharastra, I am regular customer of Kalyan jewellers but I quit to purchase from Kalyan jewellers.it's very rude behaviour with customer & False commitment from them. This not acceptable from Kalyan. Because of your sales person bears 3000 rs loss,
            So thanks to Kayan & Sorry I Quit from Kalyan & In future I definitely advance to other people plz don't buying jewellery from Kalyan jewellers.

              Yesterday, me & my sister ( who deposits 20, 000/- pm) visited the showroom in Bhopal. Address: 17, Near, Rajbhavan Rd, Near Rajbhavan, Roshanpura, Malviya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462003.

              We bought one necklace by exchanging our chain. The sales girl informed that as per the prevailing rates & the policy, Rs 1985 shall be returned to us. Then we were told that a credit note shall be given to us & we can adjust the amount whenever we visit the showroom next time. When she brought the bill, there was no mention of credit amount. She went back saying, she will get it corrected. After 30 minutes, she did not revert to us so we went upto the billing section and found that 2 staff from billing section & the sales girl were continuously arguing about the confusion in the bill. Then we were asked to wait for some more time while the correction is being done. Then we observed that the Manager, Asit was explaining something to her and then she came to us and informed that actually there's no balance amount to be given as there was some error in the calculation. I called the Calci and did the calculation in front of her and found that, as directed by her Manager she was trying to explain anything to us. I was amazed to observe different values of GST (3%) mentioned on the printed slip & the hand written slip for the same amount. She understood that I can calculate & went to billing section again. While all this was going on the Manager was standing behind us & trying to observe if she can convince us or not. Then another accounts person was sent to me and when again I explained the calculation, he went back. Attitude of this person was too bad. As we had given time to someone else and as we had wasted about 1.5 hrs just for non-clarity of payment in a big showroom, we were frustrated and wanted to leave. I said OK, leave it I'll take up seperately through website. Then the Manager chipped in saying please do not complain. I said how can you say this, then he started explaining anything thereby killing our time. Then he agreed to handover the amount. He returned Rs 1900, again when I asked how much is the amount as per calculation, then he handedover the balance Rs 85. Then again he started saying please do not complain.
              My only concern was, why he did not try to resolve the issue when so much confusion was going on for about 1.5 hrs. Again in the evening he called saying- pl do not complain. Kindly observe our movement in your camera and check how much time we wasted unnecessarily.
              The unethical behaviour is wrt customer care. The Manager envisaged that we are uneducated and wanted us to get convinced by wrong calculations. This is beyond imagination, as there are many people visiting the showroom with different schemes and must be getting cheated, the way it was tried with us yesterday. Also, why the Manager reacted only when I said that I'll report on website, is there no concern of time of any customer. Also, in a Hindi speaking state & country, the staff should avoid speaking in telgu/malyalam in front of the customers, when there's so much confusion.
              My concern is why, why wrong calculation was being shared & explained to me. As far as we could observe, there's no fault of the sales girl, Namrata. Call on [protected], only after understanding & investigating the complain.

                Dear sir
                I have purchased two bangels from Kalyan Jewellers Pitam pura approx one and half month back.
                I am facing some band during wearing of these bangels as these are light weight approx 20 grms.
                Your executive told me that we will not face any type of problem during using our problem and he add some plastic support in that bangels.
                Sir I am a old and regular customer of Kalyan Jewellers.
                You can check my details of purchasings.
                It is my humble request as a old customer to replace my bangels for which I will pay the difference weight price and also the extra gold (Between new bangels and my purchased bangels) making charges as per new making charges of new bangels.
                Please consider my request sympathically so that I will never face any problem while using a branded shop product.

                  I purchased Gold Chain from Kalyan Jewellers Jaipur and after some time one of joints was opened and we were lucky that chain was not slipped. We went to shop where your executive informed us that this type of complaint is not coming in chains and he repaid the joints.                     I purchased Silver kadda on 8th Aug in night, On 10th i gone to showroom with complaint of Black coloured on inner side of Kadda,
                    The executive simply polished it and handover me by saying it's Original silver with S925 mark, I paid 4700 for it.
                    Again after 10days same problem, even worst then earlier arise, Showroom is 19km 1way from my residence.
                    It's not possible for me to go.
                    I purchased it by seeing the quality and brand of Kalyaan.
                    But now i need my full payment BACK.

                      Dear All,

                      My name is preema Donald almeida I am regular customer of kalyan jewellers since last 5 years.

                      I need your explanation on settlement summary against transaction no: MGRGQFC000491 date August 16, 2021. Account number: [protected]

                      According to scheme:
                      *Without fail I paid 6000 inr for 11 months to kalyan jewellers.
                      * As per scheme procedures kalyan jewellers will be liable to pay 1 month installment I.e 6000 INR
                      * TOTAL FINAL AMOUNT OF MY INVESTMENT WOULD BE 72000 INR (6000 *11 months=66000 INR and 6000 INR paid by kalyan jewellers)

                      At the time of redumption bill shows me redemption amount only 61752 INR instead of 72000 INR

                      Settlement summary reflect discounted amount of rupees (-4248 and - 6000)

                      Note: bill settlement done by old ornaments worth amount 8030 INR and cash amount 3400 inr.

                      According to bill I am eligible for the discounted amount I.e rupees 4248 inr and 6000 inr.

                      I paid total amounts of rupees 83430 INR.

                        Unsatisfied that lokhandwala market was listed for the store. When we reached the location, store does not exit.
                        After called the Mumbai number, we are relocated to the location opposite City Mall.

                          I have placed an Order Number : 937998

                          I have paid full amount at the time of placing order of .Rs. 1, 376.00 with coupon discount of 100% off on making charges and when I asked about my order shipping details, I was shocked and I asked to pay another Rs.1221 If I need the product. Now they are saying I have to pay 50% off on making charges.

                          I have talked with them on phone call and agreed to give me full refund. but till now I have not got refund and also now they are not picking up the call and replying in chat support.

                          This Kalyan Jewelers is a BIG SCAM Company.
                          I have all the needful documents to file a case in consumer court.

                          KALYAN JEWELLERS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, Don't place order with them else you will be trapped like me.

                          I have paid a full amount of Rs. 1, 376.00 using HDFC Credit Card.
                          There was a offer running on your website that 0% making charges with Coupon Code: "Birthday" on Jul 1, 2021.

                          Now its almost near to one month, So I called up your customer care on 23rd July regarding deliver of my order, at that time your support team surprised me and that I have to pay Rs.1221(Almost double) extra and told that there is a only 50% off making charges, Told me that due to technical glitch it shown wrongly on website as 0% making charges.
                          This is a pure misleading and fraud.
                          First you attract customer with offers and after hold order and ask to pay extra.

                          This was my first order on candere.com and placed it just because of the brand name, Now I realised that you are a fraud and cheating customers with discounts.

                          I will not pay a single Rs extra for this order. If You can't deliver the product at promised price then just refund my entire amount immediately.

                                Issue is not resolved, your customer care person Uday called me yesterday and he assured that I will receive the product on actual price 8430, as there was technical glitch and I do not have to pay 3k extra amount. But now your customer care has cancelled the product, they have sent back the partial amount paid by me. Now they are saying issue is resolved. How the issue is resolved when I did not get the product. Your system is fraud, customer care only give fraud promises. Kalyan Jweller is a pathetic company. Now please don't say that issue is resolved when you do not stand by on what you commit.

                                  We went to buy our engagement ring. A diamond ring specifically VVS1/VVS2, D/E/F, 0.60 and 0.70 Carats. We had everything clear in our mind. With particular parameters. However, we required quotation of all permutations and combinations to make a rational decision after discussing with our parents and would made final offer since our engagement is after 15 days. But sales representative were too arrogant to understand our situation and didn’t allow to take quotation. I don’t understand why would you hire such uneducated and untrained salesperson. Seems like we made a mistake by choosing to step in at “Kalyan” for our special occasion.

                                    The staffs especially the manager in the kalyan jewellery shop in palavakkam ecr., chennai, (its not the showroom, but the place to pay monthly installment for gold schemes) and his colleagues harass the female customers who visits the shop to pay their monthly installments and Crack double meaning jokes right in front of the female customer to see their reaction, when I went home and told this to my husband he got ready with his brothers to beat the .anger and his associates, my mother in law asked me to lodge the police complaint, so am planning to lodge the complaint

                                      It has been more than 1 and a half month the gold coin that I brought on 14th may 2021 online has not been delivered
                                      Customer care service agent ritesh is clueless about the wareabout of the product.
                                      They ask 48 hours and dissappear.
                                      They have only one reason of lock down.

                                      I want my refund back .
