I asked for a replacement of a stone which was missing in a earring.I was previously said that the company or the store will provide a lifetime service.Now there is an entire change in what I was told.Now I am being asked to pay for it. Futher, the behaviour of the salesman was at it's worst.He just tossed the gold over the desk.

    72 grms gold certificate ( at approx 4650/- per gram)bought online with an assurance of gold rate protection and adjustment of making charge and gst paid for gold coin towards jewellery purchase. However store refused to honour the promise. Forced me to buy jewellery at current rate (higher i.e. 4775/-) and minimum 60 grms purchase to get discount on making charge... ordered on 4th oct 2020, incorrect product given after many months of follow up. Staff refuses to correct the design or honor gold protection... plus sold other schemes with false claims and now refuse to return money even after promising they will.
    Very rude and rowdy like sales person. Scary. Please help in getting my money back. I dont want to do business with them

    Attached is the certificate which promises gold protection & adjustment of making charges and GST against jewellery order.
    Also attached is the bill with increased rate per gram i.e. 4775/- for 62 grams

      Purchased diamond jewelry from Kalyan store Jalandhar on 23/01/2021 & paid the full amount. After billing I have been informed that required changes will be done tomorrow as the person is on leave. Now again I have been informed that the mechanic is still on leave so I have to wait another day. I have not seen such a poor service in my life. Please refund my money having no option but to drag you in the consumer court.

        Mobile theft in kanchipuram kalyan branch. 10.01.2021. nearly bet 11.30am to 12.50pm... after 2 hours of cctv analysis... Just got a information that the camera focused us is not working properly..so, we are unable to trace.. is this acceptable!?... I am gonna.. complaint this in legal way...

              Hello kalyan jwellers team
              We are facing problem here there are very bad customer service treatment
              And they are not properly handle and we are waiting last 1 haur but staff are not response properly.
              Today litterlly feeling embarrassing.
              kindlly request to you please Maintain customer services .
              We are old customer of kalyan jweller. and if we are not getting proper response here, then we will have to think elsewhere.

                1 year back I gave 10000 in advance to kalyan jewellers, tirunelveli, tamilnadu... They said this is diwali offer for you.. you can purchase gold when ever you need ... But they didn't mention about due date... I also not noticed... Now I gave that offer receipt... They said due date is passed. Now I need my money... Or old gold price Jewell. If they told about due date... I will not wait or let my money to your company... I ask you.. what is the offer for me to put 10000 before a year... Because gold value increased manually... But what about my money value... I need best answer... 10000 is the biggest for us...

                  I paid 2 installment of a scheme out of which i received receipt of only one payment. The payment which i made of rs 5000 is not showing. I made payment through google pay and amt is deducted from my account but it's not even showing in payment column. I called the kalyan store where they gave me this scheme.                     I have purchased gold and I feel something is suspecious during payment.

                    I have payed the amount before taking the ornament when the gold rate is 4600

                    Initially they told me that they are charging 18.5% again they reduced it to 16.5%

                    During payment they asked me to pay for 18.5% and told told me that I was supposed to pay amonunt of today's rate for the 18.5%

                    Please call me so that I can give invoice details and others in details

                      19-sep-20: we were charged inr 3471 as insurance as part of total payment of inr 390, 000. But no insurance component appeared in the bill and no insurance document was provided. Mistake was acknowledged and we didn't get a credit note, just a sorry. First time buyer at kalyan and terrible experience.

                              Dear kalyan jeweller team,
                              I purchase 22 carat gold bangles on 27 july 2020, when the rate of 24 carat gold was approx 51820/- so it may be possible that 22 carat gold will be approximately 48k or 49k but the south ex (Delhi) outlet charge rs 50800/- for 22 carat gold.
                              My bill number is stegpsc00658 dt 27/07/2020 in the name of rajiv kumar.
                              Please check & confirm, is the rate of gold is correct or not?
                              We really trust kalyan jeweller so don't expect such type of thing.

                                Without informing customer they are providing insurance for jewelry

                                Kalyan jewellers Punjagutta Hyderabad.. Mr. Rama Rao sales man cheated us.. without informing us about insurance for the jewelry.. he added the premium in our invoice.

                                  We have ordered gold for marriage and was provided a date from a sales rep that they will come and collect the money. However when the date came, the corona pandemic was happening and the sales rep confirmed that he will visit us later to collect the money.
                                  Now, he visited us telling that we need to pay the gold rate of today (27 may 2020) as we missed the appointment (Which was rescheduled by the sales rep)
                                  When we called, he threatened us asking us to move legally if we want to.
