Kalyan Jewellers — Candere sales of digigold

I have sold my digigold on 21/05/2025 using my digigold online by candere.

Mentioned time duration for credit of the amount is 3 working days, today the date is 25/04/2025. I have received confirmation of bank account transaction on time . But so far i have not received any amount credited in my account for sales i made.

Despite of serveral attemps to communicate with customer care through email (24/04/2025 & 25/04/2025) and through watsapp on 25/04/2025, no replies for those.

I request the immediate action on it.
