Kalyan Jewellers — Cheating through Dhanteras offer of Oct 2024

As per their Offer I made booking and paid advance and as per offer if purchase weight exceeds 30 grams then
1. value addition upto 20% will be charged as 10%
2. If value addition upto 21.5% then 13%
3. If value addition upto 25.5% then 15% will be charged
Refer Terms and conditions printed on offer page Sl no 6 and their special marks note given after sl no 10.
How ever on final purchased they charged 1 slab higher than written of offer.
I have been constantly complaining them by email but they didn't replied except once by Kanpur Office.
