I placed my order with high expectations, given Kalyan's reputation as a respected company. However, the delivery was significantly delayed, and the reasons provided were unsatisfactory and unprofessional. After waiting patiently, I found myself frustrated and ultimately decided to cancel the order.

What has been even more disappointing is the delay in processing my refund, which has now stretched over a month. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and does not align with the quality of service I anticipated from a brand of your stature.

I urge you to address this matter promptly. Such a poor customer experience is unacceptable, and I hope you can take the necessary steps to rectify it.
