I am submitting this complaint as a concerned observer of a serious incident that occurred at one of your outlets.
On [insert date/time], in front of a large number of customers, a manager engaged in harassment and displayed unprofessional behavior toward a female staff member. His words and gestures were arrogant, disrespectful, and demeaning. This incident not only humiliated the staff member but also created a hostile environment in full view of customers.
Such conduct is unacceptable in any workplace, and it is particularly damaging in a customer-facing environment where professionalism and respect are essential. Female staff members should not have to endure harassment simply because they rely on their jobs for their livelihood.
This behavior reflects poorly on the company’s values and reputation. A manager who treats staff in this manner is not fit to lead a team, and allowing such conduct to continue risks both employee well-being and customer trust.
