I am writing this to share my deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience with Candere. I placed two orders on their website on August 29, 2025, for a total of ₹54, 000. My experience since then has been a complete nightmare.
Here is a timeline of events:
1. August 29, 2025: I placed the orders and the full amount of ₹54, 000 was deducted from my account instantly. I received the payment deduction alert, but that was the last piece of proactive communication from Candere.
2. No Order Confirmation: I never received an official order confirmation email for either of my purchases.
3. Complete Silence: For nearly a month, there has been a complete wall of silence from the company. I have not received any updates on my orders being processed, manufactured, or shipped. The order status on their website has not changed.
4. Unresponsive Customer Service: I have sent multiple emails to their customer support team asking for a status update, but I have received zero replies. I also attempted to call their service line numerous times to cancel one of the orders shortly after it was placed, but was unable to get through.
5. Failed Delivery: Today, September 23, 2025, was the promised delivery date. As expected, I have received no products.
