I have purchased earrings from kalyan jeweller app name candere on 7th July for rs 8429 order number 940369 on the name of abha soni and paid 2108 as partial payment and after 3 days they called and saying that price is increased by 3000 rs u need to pay extra

This can be called as cheating as wasting time of customer and misleading information

Updated by Abhasoni Issue is not resolved, your customer care person Uday called me yesterday and he assured that I will receive the product on actual price 8430, as there was technical glitch and I do not have to pay 3k extra amount. But now your customer care has cancelled the product, they have sent back the partial amount paid by me. Now they are saying issue is resolved. How the issue is resolved when I did not get the product. Your system is fraud, customer care only give fraud promises. Kalyan Jweller is a pathetic company. Now please don't say that issue is resolved when you do not stand by on what you commit.
