I want to bring to your notice regarding a recent jewellery purchase (Approx ₹4.00 Lacs) from Kalyan Jewellers, Sikanderpur, Gurugram which is detailed in the attached Invoice.
We have today visited store on 25th October response was very irresponsible & demeaning accusing us of deliberately breaking bangles. They declined to provide name and contact number of their senior store supervisor. As resolution they just offered current exchange price of gold weight (which a street jeweller can also give, then for what reason did we chose Kalyan Jewellers..we are still wandering)
The purpose of this email is to bring to your direct attention the substandard quality of the purchased item. This is highly disappointing and particularly concerning, as it directly contradicts the assurance of premium quality promoted in your recent marketing efforts and in-store materials. The quality of the product received falls significantly below the high standards that Kalyan Jewellers is known for and promotes to its customers.
For your immediate review, I have enclosed two essential documents:
The Purchase Invoice: Detail of the transaction.
Photographs of the Item: Clear images detailing the specific defects and substandard condition of the jewellery.
I request an immediate and thorough investigation into the quality control process that allowed this item to be sold. Furthermore, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, which should include either a full refund or an immediate replacement with a new, certified piece of jewellery that meets the guaranteed quality standards.
I look forward to your personal intervention and a swift response detailing the steps you will take to resolve this complaint.
I have highlighted the matter through your social media X-handle and also given 6 reminders but no response Was this information helpful? |
