We have bought a saree of cost 3000, when we were not sure whether to buy it or not, all those staffs (Around 5 or 6) compelled us to take and and return the same if needed. I have asked the return procedure, they have only informed me that price tag and bill is enough for return, money wont be refunded but you can choose another one. The very next day when we went with tag and bill to get it exchanged they rejected my return by saying since...

My self pramod from mumbai, i had visited kalyansilk branch in kunnakullam, i had to purchse 3 shirts for this i had to wait the one shirt section for atleast 15 minutes.
No one is asking what requirment the customer is needed. I also told one staff of another shirt section to send any one but no one arrived...

Same thing also happened when my brother visited in kunnakulam branch.

Pls do care the customers arriving.

Myself and wife visited your branch at kannur..There we’re not much rush, still provided poor service.. showed normal items on discount section and when asked one of the staff told she can’t place things due to rush and the floor manager also behaved badly when asked the same... sitting long hours over there, they didn’t even provide something to drink too... and to take the cut pieces placed over there there was nobody with us to pick one.. and the staffs sitting over there was watching and laughing at us..
Now we feel discomfort to visit your shop again and again.. I believe your products are of good quality and made purchases from your other branches mostly ...

I'm Naizam Basheer. I'm a premium customer in Kaliyan silks coming from Alappuzha . I had met with an incident in Thiruvalla Kaliyan silks showroom which had effect me and my family. On 9 June night we had buyed some items in thiruvalla showroom. As we finished our purchase we went to the nearest Chickking and wetold to the watcher to look out car in the car parking. It was a heavy rain. We didnt have an umbrella to come to car parking. We reached at the showroom at 8.45pm but the car parking is shutterd. We asked to the staff to open but he didnt take much interest to this matter. He could solve this problem within 10 minutes but he didn't do. So we had waited with my wife and my two children for one fortyfive hour in front of the 9showroom for staff to open the shutter. Due to this incident my wife and children felt so many problems I felt regret to it.

We visited kottayam outlet last Saturday 30/03/2019, hence we would like to purchase bride saree and engagement gown, we finalized one dress material and we informed them we will come on Monday and purchase it partially booked that gown for my sister, but unfortunately we came on Monday they sold out the product without informing us. But it was ok for us we asked them about the same product is available on your thiruvalla and ernakulam outlet they told us to wait and they treated us like very badly and they told that none of your outlet has that particular product. We visited your thiruvalla showroom and looking for another dress and we asked about the gown surprisingly your thiruvalla outlet having that same product and they told no executives form Kottayam showroom called or enquired about the gown or something.. it's really pitty on the staffs who are in charge on the 3floor, they are like fooling the customers ... We don't know the lady staff name but if the stupid staff like this your reputation will be gone for surely. We are attaching the bill we got from thiruvalla showroom, we faced neat behavior from thiruvalla outlet and very pathetic behavior from KOTTAYAM outlet

Last week we bought a gown for my dil costing rs 17000 from your ernakulam shop. After doing the alteration i e stitching sleeves, we noticed that it is tore deep inside. Your people did not properly check it and we took away thinking everything fine keeping in mind your goodwill in the market. We spoke to your customer care but were informed that since alteration has been done it cannot be replaced. Is it the way you are dealing with your customers. First of all why such a damaged item was there in your store. Was it intentionally a clearance sale or there is no value of money of your customers. This stuff is supposed to be the costume of my daugter in law’s marriage reception on 7th april at perumbavoor and what reply you have in this regard. Your people said”bring it for repairing”. Should we use a repaired item after paying full amount.
Please let me have your reply before i take appropriate action and by such type of indifferent dealing dont tarnish your image

I have purchased a dooti from kalyan silks kochi show room on 12th march and after one washing the dooti threads where coming out and is getting teared in such a way that it cannot be used.
Attached bills and and pictures of the dooti for your reference. During the purchase the sales person told that the dooti is of high quality and price was also high comparatively.
Pls guide what is to be done?

It was a raining so after shopping when we get into the car the cover got a little wet. So when i reached home i saw the chudi bottom material which was blue in colour made the pink salwar material with some blue colour. If i stitched and washed the material what would have happened it would become such a disaster i can imagine. So it's a kind request to you people don't make profit like this by making cheap products like this.

I purchased 3 shirts and a belt worth rs 5500 at kalyan silks commercial street bangalore
2 shirts quality was not good so i went to exchange the shirts in kalyan silks commercial street bangalore. I took two kids wear instead of 2 shirts worth rs 1500.
The bill counter guys including the manager weee not ready to exchange the product, when i enquire about the reason. They told t me that in kalyan silks they dont exchange for the first customers instead i need to buy something. This was intimated to me in a very bad and rude way. I was totally upset by their behaviour. Customer service is zero. Being a regular customer didnt expect this rude approach fom them..

We purchased dress material for onam from kalyan silks ernakulam
Purchased to an amount of 11345
Took 3 sarees 2 churidars 5 shirts and 1 dhothi
One churidar was torn and torn part was kept deep inside so that customer cannot see that
One shirt which was marked as large was about a size of 39 only

Another shirt of zero brand which size was marked as 44. When we bought it to home we came to notice that it is only 42

Staff behaviour is completely unacceptable especially kids and men's ware section.

Please don't cheat customer and atleast try to recruit good staff with nice behaviour and also try to bring good materials don't cheat customer by bringing bad clothes and sell it in onam season by making discount..

We picked this saree for a marriage, the mantrkodi for 45000, just worn oncen in a years time the complete threading ia gone ans black patches have happened acrosa the dress, they took it and gave a dry wash and gave it back to me and are telling me thats the best they can do, and now they are telling they wont replace or give me any compensation for it. I will send them a summons officially, its not a 1000 ra saree, that they are acting so irresponsible, i think they should be asked to shut down for inferior quality products.

Yesterday during a quick visit to kochi with my wife i visited kalyan silks hyper market. The visit was just to see the collection of sarees and not prepared for a heavy purchase. My wife asked the sales girl to show the section at which cheap sarees are displayed and she was impressed and selected a saree of rs 282.00. But i noticed the face reaction of the sales girl of choosing a below par rate saree... It was in her face till she delivered...

This is Kalyan Silks' response to customers in every branch, especially in ernakulam. What is the use of complaining when none of them are resolved??

First of all, management should start from the basic people who work there to behave properly to customers. Many customers dont even enter the shop because of these useless staffs standing outside...they have no manners or even trained to behave to customers who come there...They dont care whether anybody even gets in the showroom. This is my second experience with your showroom staff...no discipline..., especially the people in the parking area... i prefer Jayalakshmi and seematti than Kalyan...very bad reputation...dont know how this showroom is still standing...

I have bought 2 silk sarees from commercial Street store on 29th June at 8:15pm.Both have defects in pallu.I have a request, since i have no time to choose any other sarees as i am travelling.Request you to refund the amount on my handing over the sarees at your store tomorrow.It would be helpful.Kindly consider.Awaiting for your kind response.thank you.

We selected a silk saree(for gifting purpose) and informed the staff that we would need to return this, in case, the receiver is not happy with our selection. They assured us that you can bring it anytime and they would be only happy to make an exchange. Now we payed the bill(7300 Rs) and got the saree home. As expected we needed an exchange and now they say, they cannot exchange the item since the blouse piece is cut. Well who asked them...

The kalyan silks at kochi are not giving enough discount to customers. They have gave 1500 Rs discount for making a purchase of Rs 57000. After giving this discount the packing section employees declined to give us a suitcase for putting purchased dresses.
After so much argument, they finally gave one.
The sale management is so poor. We have decided to never repeat this mistake again. I have compelled my relatives to purchase the dress materials from Ernakulam eventhough they have a choice to purchase from thodupuzha. Total disappointment for all o[censored]s.
Its better to purchase from chennai silks or seemas.

Dear Sir,
Having heard a big name/brand as Kalyan silks in Trivandrum, I went in to choose several expensive pant pieces and asked them to stitch there itself. As I am living abroad, I brought them all here and used it formally. With in a short span of time at least in 3 of those pants, the stiching near the pocket torn off.
Then again few others, its trousers metal hooks fell apart. This is a great disappointments as most of them are not be able to use. My last vist I didnt go there at all.

Kalyan silks- a nightmarish experience for customers
Last day we went shopping at Kalyan silks after reading about a lot of overrated puffery about the place and received the worst shopping experience of our lives .there was no variety in the sarees and all had the same glittery design, despite this we purchased three saree each costing 5000 .the next day when we went there we asked them whether we could exchange the sarees and the floor manager had assured us and spoke in the affirmative towards the exchange .So we went in with high hopes the following day and the fiasco that ensued was dreadful. When we tried to exchange the saree the same floor supervisor accosted us rudely and said that they couldn't conduct the exchange because it would violate thieir rules, when we reminded him that he himself had told us the previous day that we could exchange it if wanted, he tried to weasel out of the situation telling that he had meant it for only one saree.And he even put up a big show of shouting at the poor sales women standing around there.He acted in an uncouth and cultureless way in front of the customers.We took the matter to the main manager and we realised that he was also a good for nothing who couldn't do more than just sit there and ask us which staff member had assured us? We had journeyed all the way from cherthala along with a 5 month old baby to shop at kalyan silks.We had spent more than 4 hours in the shop and was forced to return home with a horrid experience and no solution to our problem . Kalyan silks was a fiasco for us and we would rather drown ourselves in a river than go shopping there ever again.

I got a grand salwar kind of dress from Kalyan silks, salem.I met with an accident yesterday on my birthday on which the dress is been damaged. I just loved that dress because it was a present from my mummy and daddy for birthday.i need a help from you people that is there any possible way that i can repair it, so that i would pay the repairment cost. if that is not possible i would request to help me getting the same dress with same colur .
