There was no communication regarding expected date of delivery from your team, It was a very frustrating wait time.
By 28th October, I had decided to Cancel my booking.
I had given the cancelled cheque leaf to my RM, Akshay V reddy, at Kalyan Nagar on 30th Novemeber 2022, by whatapp.
From then till, today, every week I remind your team to send me my refund.
My money is still not returned.
One of the worst customer experiences of my life.
I want the team to take up the matter with the concerned officials, also to the omsbudsman and initiate my refund immediately.
This delay of 4 months is day light robbery.. and I expect the refund with 6% interest.
