    Pathetic Service AGAIN...at Kalyani Motors Service Center, BelakahalliBannerghatta Road Bangalore.

    Firstly my Swift VDI car service was booked on 04/Feb/2022Friday, they took the vehicle around 7:45 AM and delivered at 9:30 PM and I was billed for 12.5K for the car service.

    1. I was billed un-necessarily on the bulb which was still working good even the morning they took the car for service. (ok at this point, let's says it was actually not working).
    2. Service adviser did not inspect the vehicle properly. (Agreed that Human error happens)
    3. Left ACvent – adjuster (AC direction adjuster) was not working and this was not inspected during Service.
    4. No proper Cleaning.

    The Reason I’m escalating this concern starts from below.

    a. Today 05/Feb/2022 Saturday, I noticed that onRight Back Tail light (Break Light) was not working.
    b. I called the adviser around 12:50PM and informedabout the issue and I checked for availability and he asked me to drop into check the Bulb and AC vent issue.
    c.I reached the service center around 1 PM – 1:10PMand they replaced the brake light bulb.
    d. For AC vent adjuster check he (adviser) informedthat it's Lunch hour now. So I was ok with it and gave him time.
    e. HenceI went and came back to service center againaround 2:30PM. From 2:30PM they tried to fix the AC vent adjuster with availablepersons (3-4 Person came and tried) as there was no dedicated Technician available (whoworks on Dashboard) (They mentioned there is only 1 person and he is intraining).

    MISTAKE1: The service advice must havechecked the Technician's availability and informed me in advance so that I couldhave come back another day.
    MISTAKE2: The persons who attempted to fixthe AC adjuster does not know how to remove the dashboard and put it backproperly. Only 1 person had some knowledge on it, so he did the most of thep art in fixing the issue. So this resulted in some marks on the dashboard and also they broke the Dashboard clip and put glue and fixed it.

    f. Finally around 4:30PM they somehow managed toadjust and fix the issue. So I came back home around 5:30PM and found the ACvent adjusted again not working. So all the time I spent was a total waste.
    g. So this is how they work in the service center andthey expect us to TRUST in them...

    Adding to point 4: No proper clearing – not just outside, I expect it to be cleaned even inside.
    Example1: when changing AC filter they remove the Dashboardbox but they don’t dust the place. Simply remove put the new filter and close it off.
    Example2: when changing the bulb Why were the part surrounding not cleaned/dusting – Because they are not visible to the eyes directly?
    Example3: My car battery was faulty and it had some fungal things (white discharges) around and it was not cleaned as well.

    Service is Just NOT DOING THINGS on visible parts to our eyes (just rub polish everywhere). I as a consumer/Customer expect to clean things properly all around when it is removed for a certain issue. (Clean internal parts as well on inspection ).

    Please Note: I'm not expecting to clean every nut and bolt but to clean when they work on certain parts of the car.
    FeedBack: Try to increase customer satisfaction and not the bill (Money)...
    Advice: Focus on Customer satisfaction and Revenu will automatically follow...

      Hello Team,

      After educating the Kalyani motors service team multiple time its certainty being 2 weeks i end up getting a call daily 5 times and they are literally giving me a torcher requesting to give the vehicle for service.

      Ideally its customer which since we can allocate my vehicle for service any where and any time.

      So why this annoying call and torcher over to the customer?

            Anil, from banglore I am customer of Kalyani motors from past 18 years. Even a small wire cut I get it resolved at Kalyani. That's how I respect and a valuable customer with Kalyani.
            And recently on 10october have booked Ertiga ZXI plus model.
            Till now I haven't received any delivery date.

            Please help and deliver the vehicle on Diwali. It's a priority request.
            I will be traveling out of country in November first week. That's the reason have raised the complainant nothing to do with sales executive.

            Hope Kalyani motors will not disappoint an very old customers to company

              Hello

              I Am Really Disappointed With Service Level Of Kalyani Motors (Horamavu)

              Firstly It's Tooo Much Of Charges On All The Service & Parts.

              I Have Replaced 2 Tyre Of 165/80 R14 Duraplus

              While Giving Vehicle For Service Advisor Said He Will Make It At Rs 3000 To Rs 3200 For Each Tyre, But After Service Done & Invoice Is Received I Am Checking Now, They Have Charged Rs 3645.44 For Each Tyre

              Actually This Tyre Cost Is Outside Rs 3000 Only

              Also Rs 301 + Tax Extra Amount Is Added In Total Of Parts Charges.

              Without Any Complaint In Car, Service Cost Is Total Rs 19244

              It's Worst Experience I Never Refer Maruthi Or Kalyani To Anyone, This I Will Post In All Social Media & Raise Consumer Complaint.

              It's Nothing But Cheating To Customers

                  I given my car for repair and the taken time delay for spares, they told me come 6days I get call on after 12days I agree but again called showroom person for service I told to okay take service . finally delivery time my car was door scratched and damaged showroom person. 2tims same thing the done so very poor service in Kalyani motors horamavu main road.still not repaired ...

                      Committed the time still due for delivery

                      Booked ertiga VXI on May22 2021, still not delivered even though car is lying in godown over 14days.

                        I have booked the vehicle in Kalyani motors Bannerghatta branch. At the time booking sales persons will talk nicely by telling wrong information and promising about vehicle delivery dates. Once the booking is done then you will face reality of Kalyani motors.
                        Connecting through calls/ mails never 👎 respond.
                        They won’t give any updates about vehicle.
                        Sales person and Managers are same about the response to customers,...

                              There was a scratch on the left side back door and had asked for painting. Charged 12 thousand rupees and the job was poor done. Now there are bubbles where the painting was done.

                                I left my car for 2nd service and the service was not done properly the car and given without oil change and also I have driven my car just 790 due to lock down so the second service was 5000km but they did nt mention abt this they said after 6 months u need to get 2nd service done

                                  On 18.6.21 i submitted a service request through kent ro android app stating that my kent ro is not working.

                                  I emailed to your service helpdesk aslo twice.
                                  I booked my service request through phone call also.

                                  But no service person is attended my service request and your office people not giving the answer reason for delaying service.

                                  Drinking water is an essential to every life in this world. I do not know why
                                  My service request is not fulfilled.such a big company cannot fulfill a single service request. I wait for some more days then i take this issue to consumer redressal forum

                                    I wish to complain about the recent service I had taken from Kalyani Motors, Bannerghatta Road on 14th April, 2021.

                                    I am dissatisfied by the service provided to my car (MARUTI CELERIO VXI (O)) bearing vehicle number : KA05 MT7343, at Bannerghatta Road, since they convinced me to get my car serviced by providing various offers and discounts.

                                    At the time of departure of my vehicle for service, my vehicle was in a good condition. By 12'o clock, Service advisor Nitesh B, called me and he spoke of minor problems without commenting anything about clutch. At 4 pm, he called me and said Clutch has to be replaced, else the Vehicle will be break failed and I will not be able to travel in my vehicle long distance.

                                    The same issue was faced on 19th February, 2020. But I did travel Interstate without facing any problem.

                                    By summarizing, I would like to tell that I did not receive my vehicle in the same condition as it was before. It seems like the Clutch has been destroyed on purpose and I am not able to drive my vehicle normally.

                                    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
