I gave my car to free 2nd service on 6th of Aug 2022
The car was in good condition when I have given the service to kalyani service at nayandahalli
Bit once they gave me back saying service is done water wiper was not filled complained immediately but no response they politely said next time this won't happen

Now the concern is when there is a rain or we wash water is all over floor at drive ceat and rear ceat I really don't whether they have serviced the car or not still don't know what all the concerns will come up moving further

A street dog bite me and my friend on last Saturday and Sunday. The dog bite every day to someone which is very dangerous
I request you to please take off this dog and resolve this problem on urgent basis.

I took my car for general service, they created more problems than solving and very disappointed with service of my car.
Changed engine mounts, and during this course, they have opened the Steering rack.!
Started jerking issues with my car.
The problems started growing, after the service from them.

1. The performance of cleaning team is poor below the level ( the norms a service vertical supposed that follows)
2. My music system is n't working from the day after service.
3. When 🚗 crossing 100kms steering shaking as casters display.
4. General behavior of service staff is n't approachable ( to be taught by your administration for customers delight please. )

I went and said service agent to do test ride to deduct the issue he said to do wheel alignment which I have done 1 month back it self in suraksha motors because of this type of issue i shifted to kalyani motors but after doing wheel alignment also same sound it is coming he said slowly it will go sir but it increased now still I'm not at all satisfied for deviating the customer.
Now when I go and show the problem other services person took test ride and said 1 part need to replace sir and it close 150 rupees but labour cost 1500 he is saying now so what a fools your making everytime no proper resolution at all.

I have visited to purchase the bike bajaj ct 110 x in mathikere branch showroom there is one employee name Ramya she from finance department I think so please check it out her behaviour was totally rude to me and my wife the way of talking in arrogance and attitude and misbehave talk was not good at all in totally she was acting like she is the CEO and the behaviour was totally rude and non explainable I want to sorry from her mouth other wise I will go further and she is abusing like anything there is no manners and there is no response I need to short out as soon as much possible other wise I will go higher take the action soon

Please make note that I had given my pristine maintenaned maruti alto vxi k10 amt car for service to kalyani motors on 08.05.2022. The service is pathetic with jerks in the car which never was there when I gave the car. Even the steering has sound issues which is newly generated after the car was serviced by kalyani motors bannerghatta road. They pushed me to take extended warranty costing me rs 8458. Even after a full week follow-up every alternate day I still had not got the receipt and the print of the warranty.
After showing the car back on 15.08.2022, they took the car saying 15 min work for rectification of the jerk issue. I am being made wait and it is almost 2 hours, still the task not complete.

Pathetic Service AGAIN...at Kalyani Motors Service Center, BelakahalliBannerghatta Road Bangalore.

Firstly my Swift VDI car service was booked on 04/Feb/2022Friday, they took the vehicle around 7:45 AM and delivered at 9:30 PM and I was billed for 12.5K for the car service.

1. I was billed un-necessarily on the bulb which was still working good even the morning they took the car for service. (ok at this point, let's says it was actually not working).
2. Service adviser did not inspect the vehicle properly. (Agreed that Human error happens)
3. Left ACvent – adjuster (AC direction adjuster) was not working and this was not inspected during Service.
4. No proper Cleaning.

The Reason I’m escalating this concern starts from below.

a. Today 05/Feb/2022 Saturday, I noticed that onRight Back Tail light (Break Light) was not working.
b. I called the adviser around 12:50PM and informedabout the issue and I checked for availability and he asked me to drop into check the Bulb and AC vent issue.
c.I reached the service center around 1 PM – 1:10PMand they replaced the brake light bulb.
d. For AC vent adjuster check he (adviser) informedthat it's Lunch hour now. So I was ok with it and gave him time.
e. HenceI went and came back to service center againaround 2:30PM. From 2:30PM they tried to fix the AC vent adjuster with availablepersons (3-4 Person came and tried) as there was no dedicated Technician available (whoworks on Dashboard) (They mentioned there is only 1 person and he is intraining).

MISTAKE1: The service advice must havechecked the Technician's availability and informed me in advance so that I couldhave come back another day.
MISTAKE2: The persons who attempted to fixthe AC adjuster does not know how to remove the dashboard and put it backproperly. Only 1 person had some knowledge on it, so he did the most of thep art in fixing the issue. So this resulted in some marks on the dashboard and also they broke the Dashboard clip and put glue and fixed it.

f. Finally around 4:30PM they somehow managed toadjust and fix the issue. So I came back home around 5:30PM and found the ACvent adjusted again not working. So all the time I spent was a total waste.
g. So this is how they work in the service center andthey expect us to TRUST in them...

Adding to point 4: No proper clearing – not just outside, I expect it to be cleaned even inside.
Example1: when changing AC filter they remove the Dashboardbox but they don’t dust the place. Simply remove put the new filter and close it off.
Example2: when changing the bulb Why were the part surrounding not cleaned/dusting – Because they are not visible to the eyes directly?
Example3: My car battery was faulty and it had some fungal things (white discharges) around and it was not cleaned as well.

Service is Just NOT DOING THINGS on visible parts to our eyes (just rub polish everywhere). I as a consumer/Customer expect to clean things properly all around when it is removed for a certain issue. (Clean internal parts as well on inspection ).

Please Note: I'm not expecting to clean every nut and bolt but to clean when they work on certain parts of the car.
FeedBack: Try to increase customer satisfaction and not the bill (Money)...
Advice: Focus on Customer satisfaction and Revenu will automatically follow...

Hello Team,

After educating the Kalyani motors service team multiple time its certainty being 2 weeks i end up getting a call daily 5 times and they are literally giving me a torcher requesting to give the vehicle for service.

Ideally its customer which since we can allocate my vehicle for service any where and any time.

So why this annoying call and torcher over to the customer?

It's been more than 45days and still my RC card of vehicle is not delivered to my address since the staff had input a wrong address inspite of we addressing the same repeatly and then now he tells us to go to RTO is this the way you deliver customer service

Anil, from banglore I am customer of Kalyani motors from past 18 years. Even a small wire cut I get it resolved at Kalyani. That's how I respect and a valuable customer with Kalyani.
And recently on 10october have booked Ertiga ZXI plus model.
Till now I haven't received any delivery date.

Please help and deliver the vehicle on Diwali. It's a priority request.
I will be traveling out of country in November first week. That's the reason have raised the complainant nothing to do with sales executive.

Hope Kalyani motors will not disappoint an very old customers to company

I Am Really Disappointed With Service Level Of Kalyani Motors (Horamavu)

Firstly It's Tooo Much Of Charges On All The Service & Parts.

I Have Replaced 2 Tyre Of 165/80 R14 Duraplus

While Giving Vehicle For Service Advisor Said He Will Make It At Rs 3000 To Rs 3200 For Each Tyre, But After Service Done & Invoice Is Received I Am Checking Now, They Have Charged Rs 3645.44 For Each Tyre

Actually This Tyre Cost Is Outside Rs 3000 Only

Also Rs 301 + Tax Extra Amount Is Added In Total Of Parts Charges.

Without Any Complaint In Car, Service Cost Is Total Rs 19244

It's Worst Experience I Never Refer Maruthi Or Kalyani To Anyone, This I Will Post In All Social Media & Raise Consumer Complaint.

It's Nothing But Cheating To Customers

Ordered for a salwar and item delivered is a saree... that also a poor quality product. Need to return item and get refund.

I given my car for repair and the taken time delay for spares, they told me come 6days I get call on after 12days I agree but again called showroom person for service I told to okay take service . finally delivery time my car was door scratched and damaged showroom person. 2tims same thing the done so very poor service in Kalyani motors horamavu main road.still not repaired ...

Please this is to ur notice when car has left for 3rd service on 3/08/2021 they have removed the new stepni n has fixed the used stepni please do enquiry for this service center

Committed the time still due for delivery

Booked ertiga VXI on May22 2021, still not delivered even though car is lying in godown over 14days.

I done booking for Maruthi car on 11.08.2021 & committed delivery on 20.08.2021
today i went for pay the full payment they are telling that vehicle is not available
if vehicle is not their means how they will taken booking

I have purchased celerio and wagonr in bikekalli Bangalore showroom as per commitment I have not received 2 vaccum cleaner and one puncture kit.
