Just showing the offers and attract the customers and cheating them. whenever they recharge full amount, without the proper reason deducting money from their account and not showing the proper details to customers and customers have to blindly believe whatever they showed or tell

    I bought pulsar 220 bike before 2 months it has so many problems from starting When I get it to mathikere kalyani motors They are not responding correctly really I am unhappy with this Pls don't buy this Bajaj bikes They are providing worst service Yamaha bike service center will be better than this Bajaj service center

    I left my old Maruthi 800 and they have done special checkup format, but after came back home, morining i noticed dent in the left door, and deck was not working. headlight signal was showing without switching on .

    when i enquired them i didnt get any response from them.

      High time the team in Kalyani change there motto from Customer delight to something more appropriate. Not once or twice but four times over and just doesn’t seem to end . The only way to end it is just say no to their service. This harrowing experience started out when we decided to shift from a Hyundai car to Maruti, Yes I second (after this experience) what is a known fact “ you cannot compare a service provided by Hyundai to a Maruti”. We decided to buy a Maruti Ertiga from the supposedly Bangalore’s best Maruti dealer KALYANI MOTORS. Met the sales rep and booked the car. The sales team promised that the car will be delivered within 20 days with add ons like free anti rust chasis coating, body Teflon coating, reverse parking sensors with cam if booked on a particular date and we booked it. After 20days when we called the sales rep and his manager they said the car is dispatched from the factory and is in transit. So we waited for another three days but saw no response. We called to check and they said the factory has not dispatched the cars yet and this is a usual & this is usual in Maruti . There was a discrepancy in the excuse given earlier and there was the usual cover up for this. Finally we got the car one day with none of the ( add-ons) promised earlier. When we checked the manager said no their was no such offer made etc and when we checked with the sales rep he said yes these were promised. After sales customer satisfaction & Service reminder calls – this is a pain, as different people call repeatedly and the comments are not recorded and action is not taken. Don’t expect your leather seats to be as clean as before as finger prints with grease and oil is a default find. After a few months my cousin decides to pick a car and I recommended Kalyani even though I had harrowing experience ( thought mine might have been one of an odd case). Booked a Swift Desire, again from Kalyani – Avalahalli branch & delivered at the Bannergatta branch. The same cycle started commitments made, date of delivery was extended & Finally car was delivered. This one came with a dent on one of the doors. My cousin was convinced by the sales team that the same will rectified in the first service. Being the patient guy he is he bought this excuse and took the delivery. First service came through and so did the second and the team said we don’t have the paint available and the same will be rectified in the next. I decided to step in and spoke to the concerned and the same was rectified immediately. One day on a casual check we realized that the reg. no. on the number plate and the engine number did not match. The team had goofed up and we this missed our attention on delivery. This number plate & engine number is checked at three levels before delivery. So you can imagine the quality of service. This doesn’t end here, an uncle of mine booked a car from here as we had two cars from Kalyani. H decided to exchange his Hyundai for a celerio. The delivery was promised within 15days and so he gave up his Hyundai. He was stranded without a car for over three months with the date of delivery being extended every time. The was delivered one fine day with no accessories (puncture kit & car care kits, Jack rod & wheel spanner. The same were give over a period of three months. We had to drive to the showroom and pick it one by one. This re instates the quality of customer service provided. After the second service the Auto gear in the car started to give trouble and the same was rectified in the service but the issue is not completely resolved. Luckily no customer satisfaction calls this time as they knew that they had not resolved our problem. A couple of months back we booked an Alto (after one of the sales rep re assured us that this time there will be no screw ups what so ever). I went ahead and booked the car at this showroom was the closest to my house. History repeats and this time with a twist. After ten ays of the booking I get a call saying there is a price increase and the car is on transit. The wait continued for a sometime each time with a new excuse. When we got the car the same was delivered to us without accessories, wheel jack, jack rod, spare and a damaged window beading. We were promised that the same will be resolved in a week and its been almost six months with no solution. To add to the issue we were called to the service station five times and each time we were sent back saying Maruti has sent us the wrong part. This time I decided to bring it to everyone s notice. The staff say Maruti doesn’t give us the spare parts and what can we do? If this is true then why do you call us to say you have received the said part? Any one with some money can be a car dealer its takes the extra effort to make customer service an experience.

        Hi, On Nov 17th, there was an event from Kalyani motors at our area. We approached them for returning old Alto car and buying a new Cellerio car. We asked for silver Zxi Celerio model and they said that it is in stock and they can deliver by 1st Dec.Next day itself they took my old car and promised that they will deliver new silver car by 1st or 2nd Dec.Now the torture started. Till now they have not delivered our new car and every day telling some stories that it is not yet dispatched. They started forcing us to take grey, red color car etc..Not sure why they took our old car so early without checking whether the silver Cellrio available or not. Now we don’t have old car and no new car also. Facing lot of problem. Very poor dealer and no supportive at all. Don’t go to this dealer at all.

          Delay in Car Delivery

I would like to bring to your notice that I had Booked my Car (Ritz ZXI, White Color) with Kallyani Motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore. At the time of booking they assured that they will give the delivery of the Car within 24th of October 2014. But it was not happened from them and I went to the showroom for the enquiring the same. They told that there is some issue...

          Worst customer response

          i had been to the service centre today morning to get my wagonr's wheel bearing changed.as it was in warrenty i had told to replace under warrenty.i was made to wait for 1 hour and that too the inventry was also not taken.after an hour when i asked the receptionist she just told me to wait and after that there is no response at all.i think this ave is the worst service centre i have seen in since i have bought the vehicle.thean compared to...

          I am somashekarraju purchased alto k10 vxi series used car from kalayani motors true value showroom kundanahalli on the date of 22.03.2013 during time of delivery they have delivered only one key to me which was not communicated to me before booking car. This is really miss guiding customers and there is no response on this, even though they haven't delivered my RC book almost two months now this pathetic customer service from you people really I will not recommended any kind of customers to your showroom.

            Hello

            My wife has booked Swift Dzire at Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd, 24/1, 25/1, Near Nayandahalli signal, 100ft Ring Road, Mysore Road, Bangalore Ph[protected], E-mail : [protected]@kalyanimotors.com on 15/10/2011.
            We informed them when they called during Dec-2011 that we would like to go for white colour and 2012 model as it was fag end of the year.

            In Feb-2012 there was new dzire which does not suit our requirement as for the same price they are giving the vehicle with reduced boot space.

            We told the dealer if old dzire is given we will take else no. However the dealer said the old model is stopped and either we have to take new one or cancel the booking.

            We went for cancellation as the new model does not suit our requirement and is not as the one promised / shown during booking. We voluntered several time to check on the status of booking but there was always answer of delay.

            Now that we went for cancellation, they are deducting an amount of R1,000/- as cancellation charges.
            We said the cancellation is not due to us but due to the company releasing a car which does not suit our requirement and loss of time and interest on Rs 10,000/- advanced paid

            However the dealer is adamant in cutting the cancellation charges and we do not want to except this. We are ok to take old dzire now also if they deliver. However we are lost and helpless.

            Can you help us in getting the full amount ?

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased used Maruti 800 5 Speed 2002 model, I have left this car for full service in Kalyani Motors _ Bangalore... Those really dont know what they checked, they charged 3900/- and said car is good. I was happy coz I its new for me and one fine day I left for 80 kms long drive, thereafter started my hell of life because of theses guys. While travelling coolant was empty and smoking was coming from bonnet and car stopped. I was feared what happened because I was with my family including my 19 month daughter... I filled the coolant and I came back by stopping the car for 10 mins and reached home 4 hrs for 40 kms.

              Once again I left my car to same service station, they said Radiator blasted and they replaced and charged me 2900/- but problem did not solved, the same thing all coolant evaprorated for 40 kms and vehicle was over heating for 10 kms.

              Same once again I left my car in same service station, they said head gasket should replaced, they did and charged me 2800/- and they confidently said nothing will happen, everything is ok...
              same day I driven the car till 40 kms towards Tumkur... there was some jerk in car.. I thought it may some other probelm, so slowly I reached Tumkur ( 70 kms from B'lore ).

              I stopped in Tumkur it was shocking no coolant in car, once I purchased 1 ltr coolant filled and called to Kalyani Service in Bnaglore, they suggested to contact Saketh Automobiles ( Maruthi service ) in Tumkur,
              They said hose pipe from Radiator to Engine was blasted, they said in Kalyani they used old poor conditioned pipe while replacing radiator. Finally they did some small work and changed the Pipe and charged only 140/-. I wasted my whole day in Tumkur for car service instead of my work. I lost the day with expense, petrol... I should get my losses....please help me.....

              I SHOULD GET MY LOSSES.... PLEASE HELP ME... THEY HAVE LITERALY CHEATED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGIENCE...

                Hi,

                I got my Maruti Swift serviced at Kalyani Motors (Mysore Road) last month to realize that the mileage has dropped drastically. Also, I had few complaints as to the gear box which always has some problem while shifting to reverse gear. Even that has remained same. The washing was also horrible.

                Few days back an executive from Maruti Regional office had called to enquire the quality of service. I had informed these details to her and she confirmed that one of the engineers from the Service centre will come and rectify the same.

                Finally an engineer had come to check the vehicle and he mentioned that how can I expect an engineer to tune the mileage on the spot and just handed over a washing coupon. He also mentioned that mileage can be checked only after I complete 10,000 kms and until that time use the vehicle in the same condition.

                I am just wondering what was this eye wash all about. If the engineer is not going to resolve the issue.... why was he sent to my place.

                Can you please suggest the next course of action.

                  As you know, I purchased Wagon R from Kalyani Motors and got insured along with Silver Ganesh Idol and Stereo system ( after a gap of one month)

                  Now while renewing the insurance, Kalyani Motors have refused to add the Silver Ganesh Idol for insurance

                  For your ready reference, last time scanned copy of the silver Ganesh Idol insurance is attached.

                  Request to take up with the concerned for the getting the Silver Ganesh idol’s insurance.

                    Have purchased BAJAJ WAVE form KALYANI MOTORS 2 years back. Since then my vehicle is been serviced at KALYANI MOTORS. First two services were good after that my misery started. With recent paid service and previous were worst of the lot. My vehicle after every server is becoming warser and worse. Even after complaints give to the concerned persons this trend is continuing with KALYANI.
                    Very basic problem noticed is no proper recheck methods after service. Worst washing (I dought they wash the vehicle). Most of the times when I complain about the problem not been fixed the reply I get is please get the vehicle we will fix it right. And this repeats. There is no measure take to fix these faults so that it won’t repeat.
                    We are spending hard earned money for keeping our vehicle in good condition trusting KALYANI people but they are cheating us with BAJAJ name. kindly I would request concerned persons to take action on KALYNAI MOTORS.

                      Bad Experience with Kalyani Motors Bangalore

                      Hi:

                      I recently booked Swift with Kalyani Motors Bangalore after taking confirmation from them that the Swift is readily available and i just need to go for registration. I was in hurry to buy the car and made the Cq payment, after i made the payment they started telling me that car in showroom has a dent and they need to book a new car. I was so pissed off with these people. They fully spoiled my plans.

                      I GOT MY CAR SERVICED FOR 1st FREE SERVICE AT 1000KM AT KALYANI MOTORS AT 100 FEET RING ROAD, PANTARAPALYA, MYSORE ROAD, BANGALORE ON 1.10.2008.

                      THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBJECT SERVICE AS PER THE INVOICE IS Rs7267/-. WHEN I PAID IT BY CREDIT CARD THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE 1.5% EXTRA IF THE PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD!!!. THIS IS QUITE UNUSUAL AND VIRTUAL HARRSMENT BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

                      NO OTHER MAJOR CAR SERVICE PROVIDERS IN BANGALORE CHARGE 1.5% EXTRA IF THE PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD AND THEY UNDERSTAND CARRYING CASH IS NOT ADVISIBLE, MOREOVER IT IS NOT KNOWN PREHAND AS TO HOWMUCH WILL BE SERVICE AMOUNT.

                      MY SUBMISSION IS
                      -REFUND THE EXTRA CHARGES OF 1.5% CHARED
                      -STOP THIS KIND OF TORTURES TO CUSTOMERS IN FURTURE.

                        Hi,

                        I had given my swift Vxi for paid service at Kalyani Motors at mysore Rd , they have delivred the vehicle when I am not at home and when i checked the car it was with flat tyre.... when called up the service guy he refused to consider my complaint.

                        Its been a bad experiance for me from kalyani motors, will not mind travelling little farther and giving my vehicle for service to either Mandovi or suraksha where i have had good service before
