Kalyani Tours and Travels — I'm complaining about money refund from the tour company and giving us false assurance to pay money.

First of all, they took full payment of the package before journey on puja vacation in the year 2022. It was a journey of Sikkim - Gangtok including lachen, lachung and pelling from kolkata. They took charge of only fooding, lodging, and transportation of two families. But the authority took no responsibility of our fooding during site seeing. They did not provide any food or lunch in the way. After returning to the hotel in the evening, they asked for money for giving food. In each case, we had to contact to the tour operator for the problem we had to face and he told us for paying the money for food and assured us to send the money later. We had to pay money for lunch three times and once for breakfast. In the same way, we paid taxi fare once for returning Gangtok, and the authority pretended to give us the money as usual. I'm really very sorry to say that we didn't get back no money till today, i.e, the month of February, 2023. They continue giving us false assurance over phone. In case of fooding, only tea and bread were our breakfast. They made opportunity to take nominal dinner. Now I want to share about lodging. Unfortunately, we had to stay in the hotels of inferior quality. Somewhere we had to roaming for an hour to seek hotel for night staying. They didn't arrange rooms before our journey. The full of journey had made a hell and such type of worst and cheat company I never had seen. I want to give absolute zero star to this third - graded tour company.
