First of all, they took full payment of the package before journey on puja vacation in the year 2022. It was a journey of Sikkim - Gangtok including lachen, lachung and pelling from kolkata. They took charge of only fooding, lodging, and transportation of two families. But the authority took no responsibility of our fooding during site seeing. I am Animesh Biswas,had booked a travel package from the private tour operating company Kalyani Tours and Travels, based in Sealdah, Kolkata(ph-[protected]/7293). The package included 2 nights stay in Vizag, 1 night at Araku valley. Our tour manager was Mr. Proloy Das. I am sorry to say the tour manager Mr. Das does not know how to manage a tour and also how to behave one. We are all tourist suffer many time of our tour due to mismanagement....
