Hi - I had ordered Year Ahead 2011 along with a free question for INR 1100 on 11th of April 2011. As I didnt receive any report I used the Contact Us Option from the KAMALKAPOOR.COM site. They replied back on the mail saying you will receive the report in 12-14 days through Email.

I waited for that period and started reminding using the Contact Us and also to the mail address...
