Can i know for what you still waiting, are you waiting for this small issue to become bigger, the more you delay internal damage of solar tank go worst

Now solar panel also having damage, started green patch on solar heater pipe.

Kindly arrange senior technician to fix this leakage asap

Note :you can't expect customer to pay for this reported issue, which is created by your technician, so stop asking for customer approval for minimum amount.

With regards to the service done by our technician and the payment done, please provide us the cash receipt.

With regards to the payment, customer has to pay rs, 5, 000/- during dismantle of the tank. the tank after dismantle will be checked at factory what all the parts have to be replaced. the necessary parts will be replaced with any additional cost from the customer. incase you wish to see the leakage or damage, you are welcome to our factory and they will open the tank and show you the damage if any.

Please let us know how you would like to go about it.
