Confirm when you sending your senior technician to replace the damage solar panel and solar tank.

now again don't make further delay for complete unit go in dead condition ...

Note: for your technician mistake you can't expect customer to pay for getting the issue fix by you, this is totally your "Kamal Solar" responsibility to make solar unit normal working condition, you can't put condition or demand customer if I want reported problem to be fixed by kamal solar I have to pay you for this.

now already stupidity done my your technician which has reduce the life spam of solar unit.

your every delay make my warranty period in loss day by day...

so kindly get this done @ my doorstep without any further delay..

Now I totally disagree on transportation charges if you just going to do below service, Kindly take required action and get this done by company cost or debit from the technician salary who created the issue.

what do you mean that you will service the unit, the product under warranty so, there should not be service for unit, that has to be replace, more over this damage is caused by your engineer who not followed the proper procedure to for unit cleaning you already know ...

you have taken 8 month of my warranty period without any action.

you already confirmed over phone that faulty unit will be replaced, and you have checked with your management already, you just need my approval for transportation charges Rs.3000/-, which I confirmed you.

what you mean you not accept the condition, as discussed over phone I have mention all in mail which you asked to send...

1) Confirm me pickup o[censored]nit and drop date, as it's winter session, I can't wait more then 7 day's...

2) Faulty tank and panel need to be replace, I don't want any service or alteration on same product as discussed and as you confirmed faulty unit will be replaced ..

3) Payment once I done, after receiving the replacement unit, after few day's, month or year any problem ocure, you will not ask any money as discussed today to fix issue ..

4) I want the QC report on delivery time of replacement unit ..

there is limit for taking your own time to fix the reported issue
