I am really surprise to share that, the famous sweet brand like Kamdhanu's is now compromise with the quality..
Today(12th March) morning(11:06 AM) I visited the retail counter of Kamdhenu Baruipur Padmapukur branch & took 5 PCs of KHERER CHOP & 5 PCs of AMRITI ( Billing Amount 175/- paid through UPI) for my guest but at the time of consuming the KHERER CHOP one of my guest found a piece of plastic inside the said sweet..It was really embarrassing for me today.
More surprisingly when I took the half eaten sweet along with the plastic piece to the same retail counter the (timing 7.05 PM) they took this very casualty & replied we will send the complain to work shop & don't bother to say sorry at all. The behavior of the cash counter person in front of others employees & customer was not proper.Expecting will take the complain seriously & take the necessary action on this

Hi, I’m here to inform regarding an incident that happened at my Local kamdhenu shop located at Jadavpur 8B bazaar, I’m a regular customer to this sweet shop and prefer this shop per any other for their unique taste in sweets, given my athletic background maintaining restricted diet, my cheat days are offer powered by kamdhunu and their rosogollas, just like anyother day I want to the shop by myself and purchased sweets worth 400 bucks so I offered a 500 rupees bill which in turn received a torn 100 rupees bill, so naturally I requested to change the torn bill which in return the shop keeper lash out at me, yelling and shouting in a loud argumentative voice that he doesn’t have time for such issues and to accepts to what’s given or return the sweets by, he spoke with such ease that I immediately realised that this isn’t the first time he has misbehaved with his customers so as an outcome I rejected the sweets which he couldn’t contemplate and then lowered his voice and lied that he didn’t have change in the first place, he was trying to play it safe when I immediately peaked his money drawer where he had countless numbers of change which he just lied upon, sadly no matter how much I liked the sweets of this shop I’ll never even visit this ship again, offering quality doesn’t mean you’ll misbehave in return and shops like these much learn to place customers needs in priority, I’ll take necessary step to escalate and educate this issue to all the fellow consumers as I herd this impudent behaviour being done with many people from this shop and now I know it first hand, I’d request to shed light on my grievance and realise at the same time that such impudence will not be tolerated by fellow customers specially the regular ones .

Today I visited one of your sweet shop in Gariahat, I told your employee why he didn't wear the mask and why he didn't tell customers to wear a mask, ata akta khawarer dokan
He said " akhon to sobai erokom e korche, vitor a khawar permission ache"...

I took chocolate pastries worth 60 rs each and he gave me orange colour pasteries my home is 10km from shop

In lake mall kamdhenus sweet shop Today I went to buy 2 baked rasgullas of rs.30 total I didn't had change money so I gave him a note of rs.100 and he told no change I told him to give change but without asking anything from me as a customer my daughter was going to pick the food and he took it and kept it inside... Never expected such a bad behavior from kamdhenus very bad experience ... And we are a regular customer of the shop and before 2 weeks we had a family occasion and booked for many sweets of more than rs.3000... And got this behavior from kamdhenus... I am really angry 😠 😤 and very unsatisfied from this behavior 😑 😒 s

As per ticket restaurant kamdhenu sweets accepts ticket restaurant card, also kamdhenu accepts this fact and has put up a sticker of ticket restaurant outside the shop. Then why does the shop can't accept the card? Even on being complained the shop attenders behaviours, and reply was not satisfactory. The behavioral of the manager of the kolkata zone was rough in replying to this fact on being informed. If these are the cases to be faced by customers at the renowned kamdhenu sweets, then where does the question and meaning of customer satisfaction lies to the company? Or it is the unfair policy in the hands of the company and ditch customers?

I purchased 250 gm of "Makha Sandesh" from Kamdhenu sweets Ranikuthi on November 06 evening for Puja offering on the day of Kali Puja. It was distributed to guests as Prasad. It was found to be fermented. It created Stomach Cramps for everyone who took it and later on some had diarrhoea.

It should be investigated and proper compensation needs to be provided. We have kept "Sample" of the Sandesh for necessary Lab Test.

Kamdhenu Sweets outlet at Netaji Nagar/ Ranikuthi is refusing to accept Sodexo Meal Passes during the festive season ( Durga Puja). No notice regarding this has been passed out by the shop outlet. Moreover the salespersons do not accept the passes when sweets of higher amounts are purchased. Please resolve this problem,
