Kamla Landmarc Developers — Cheating and Fraud by builder

I have purchased flat in Kamla Landmarc Atlantis project and builder is now been in police custody and their accounts have been frozen into receivership. Seeing the news I am shocked and seek help on what to do next.

Description: Builder sold Flat number 505 measuring 1275 Sq ft
Site: Atlantis Goregaon Mulund Link Road, Mulund Mumbai I had booked on Feb 17, 2012 and has not delivered anything yet. I have letter of allotment signed by builder.

Desired resolution : I want full refund with interest. Builder had agreed to pay 12% interest if project got delayed beyond March 31, 2012

Amount Paid is : 43, 31, 812 Rupees
