My first payment to the company was done on 18 sep 2019 for a full time maid. I was quoted 14000+18% gst of which i made a payment of 50%. I was looking for a 12 hours nanny for my baby. My criteria was clear that i needed someone between the age group of 25 to 35 years preferably above 30 since my baby is infant. I have mentioned that on the official form that i had filled. We did not get any services for 2days then we hired our old maid.
Again on 5th november we tell him to give service then they didn't pick call.
After that we had visited their office on 12112019. Then they said with in 24hour they will provide service.

After that one maid is sent who work for 5 days then we made full payment then she never come back. We had made serval request to her but she has not come.

Then one maid for one day. Thereafter they send one old lady who is not able to stand and sit properly and baby was also not going to her. She was not making efforts to interact with baby and always telling when nobody will be there he will come to me otherwise he will not. We were so afraid that she may even beat baby if he don't do as his instructions in our absence. With all these worries in our mind we left that lady.

Now they are neither providing service nor refunding our money. They looted our money. Their maids will come till u make full payment and after that they will send them to another person for interview. They are cheaters. We have also registered with some other agency and they are very prompt and professional and their registration charges are only 1000. Kamwalibai.com person will send anyone for interview just to increase no. They claim that the maid has worked with them in past but i[censored] inquire maid will tell she is working first time for agency.in our case they send a lady as baby sitter who was unable to make simple rice. How they expect that 20 yr old girl will be able to handle a baby and that also a watsap lady. She was whole day busy with her bf over phone. Don't ever trust on these type of people.
