Hello Sir,

On 9th February I have raised complaint about choked sever line & water is backing towards the home.
I have received the complaint registered details on 11th February through message whose details are as below:

After 4-5 days & so many calls he pick up the phone & talk in very bad manner. He says that complaint to any one but he will not do the work.

Till now no action taken in my complaint.
