Reg.: Correction of House Tax Bill No. 1880116 dated 28.05.2022 (Online date 05.06.2022) for my house addressed as above with Property ID No. 6020NSD03486001, Zone No. 6, Ward No. 20 in the name of Pramod Kumar Gupta.
We request reference the house tax bill as per details above and would like the following facts for your kind notice:-
1. I am paying house tax of my house regularly as & when demand rose by your office.
2. In the above bill amount of arrear shown Rs.2073/- & an interest amount Rs. 42/-, however I have paid all the previous bills in time as per demanded by your office. The same would be clear with available records in your office and is also showing online.
3. I request either clarify the arrear amount or arrange for necessary rectifications in the bill.
4. I request for an early response to enable me to pay the bill at the earliest.
