Garbage collection money are increasing day by day ... firstly we give 50 rs per month and it was valid but now it increasing day by day We are live in a colony not in a flat so why we charges 100 rs per month ... Kindly resolve it and gives us an appropriate reason for the increment of money .

REFER COMPLAIN NO SR [protected] dated 30 May 2022 of customer care kanpur nagar nigam, Garbage is lying on the road last 15 days. After several conmplain no one has attended.

Sir/Mam,
I am resident of Rampuram Phase 1, Shyam Nagar, Kanpur-208013, the whole area is occupied by the monkeys and they are traveling in the area everytime and bite several peoples and break the things, car glass, bulbs, gardens etc. It's a humble request to you to rescue them as soon as possible.. They are harmful for the society . THANK YOU

My house number is E.W.S 28 i live where all type of people live some are giving their dust thing in nagar nigam dirt vehicle but some throw it in my local park. I am requesting to to please try to clean my park properly so we can put trees their and want our area clean please it is my request to help in this send someone to K.D.A calony sanigawan 208021 it is very dirty area i am having lots of issue their my request is that

1- Please put three to four dusbin in every corner of park so that people will through garbage in that
2 Please send some people for park cleaning and announce eveyone to throw garbage on the dustbin
3 Try to let know people that it is compulsory to keep our area clean
4 will try to put plants their
5 Please send your cleaner to my area atleast weakly
6 Try people to know that garbage cleaner people are taking only 50 rupees of charge so everyone have to give this
7 Try to alert people if any one had thrown garbage in park anyone can make video of them and can send it to municiple corportaion.

I made an Online payment from my sbi debit card on the JAL NIGAM ONLINE PORTAL for submission of my water tax payment of Rs 1436/- money got deducted from my account but I didn't received my bill and after rechecking It was also not updated in the portal .I also discussed with my bank they said money is with jal nigam tell them to update my profile.

This is on behalf of residents of Bhawani Nagar Daheli sujanpur kanpur. We would like to draw your attention towards the serious problem o[censored]nwanted/stray monkey in our area.

These monkeys are creating serious problems on daily basis by attacking the pedestrians, small children and old people. They've already bitten some people in our area. Sometimes they enter our houses and steal food items from kitchen and refrigerators.

It is extremely dangerous as we have small children who are scared to go out of house for school.

Request you to kindly take some immediate action and provide permanent resolution to this problem.

As the cleaning process is going on of the Sewers in Panki area, the Silt which is extracted has not been picked up by the authorities.

The Silt is on both sides of my house is giving a very bad smell and it's unable to bear. When asked about the pickup, Contractor has been arrogantly doing arguments and saying to complain to whoever we can.

Please take a strict action.

There is a dead dog in my locality lying on road for three days. The garbage van comes and go but nothing is done about it. Kindly see into this. Its unhygienic for people around as well as cruel towards a dead animal.

Here a street dog is creating a major problem whenever she gets pregnant then she start biting people.
She has biten many people across the street including local people...
We have complained earlier but nothing happened Pls look into the matter please.

I called up end number of times to JE and Executive Engineer but sometime they pick up the call and most of the time they don’t and whenever they Receive the call they says “Abi bhejte hain” and then nobody shows up. Once their workers came but then the situation is same nothing been repaired. And the hole is opened on the road, which is dangerous for everyone.
Now kindly suggest me what step should I take.
Is this the way to deliver the service from JAL VIBHAG.
