Iwas approach Khairatabad chitti office for my chitti process I pay him directly through phone pay and that time my father situation critical and told sir plz back me money iam not able to continue chitti but he was not responding properly and he saying now if you cancel chiiti the money will not refund firstly he was not tell me that matter if he tell that first I will never join in that chiiti but now he telling me like that I don't want any reasons plz back my money it's emergency if not I have bank transfer proof I will give complaint against this kapil chitti not informed any thing my money was not giving now surely
