Kapil Chit Funds — Deposit amount mature but original bond not sending

Respected sir,
I have a deposit in kapil chits at kothagudem post office branch. Actually deposit amount mature on December 2023, so I send the original bond but staff member Hanumantha Rao convince me renewal for one year so deposit renewed but original bond not sending, so deposit mature on December 2024 I call many times but responding. Actually unable to traveling long distance because spinal cord surgery is done also unable to walk without walker. So please solve the problem.
