I joined the Kapil Chit Fund for a chit of 3 lakhs and paid around 45 thousand in chits over 5 months. I did not like the policies of Kapil Chit Fund, so on May 25, I requested to cancel my chit and also asked for the money I had paid back. The branch staff is harassing me, saying that it will be resolved tomorrow. As per the rules, how much will be deducted from the money I paid, how much money will I get back, and in how many days will my problem be resolved? Do I need to go to court under the Consumer Rights Act? Chit Reference Number: KKHM22H-26.
