My attempt to withdraw funds encountered obstacles. Despite being instructed to meet additional requirements, complying with those instructions failed to resolve the issue. I ultimately made contact via email "Cruxcipherteam(àT)proton.me" and Telegram: @cruxcipherteam, and my funds were successfully recovered.
