Kapil's Salon & Academy — False commitment

Hi, I did a keratin treatment at maxus bhayander. The waves in my hair returned in just 5 days. When I visited the salon, they are telling me it should get smoothening done. When I said I don't believe in their service anymore, they say that's all they can do. The manager there was so rude, that she is telling me, there is no proof that the treatment was not done properly. I was aghast. I mean you are in customer service, and making such comments I would never suggest anyone to get the treatment done...as there is no ownership of the work done..
