After being a regular at the salon for 4 years I finally give up on it. Though the issues - very poor management of appointment timings, chaos in assigning the service person, indifferent and arrogant attitude of some of them (raj, shridhar, Rajesh) has been there for a while, the convenience of the salon being close by was the reason I continued. But I feel they are increasingly becoming indifferent and disrespectful which is surprising given the competition. Also service is v inconsistent so there's never a surety on how happy I'd be after a hair cut, blow dry etc. Please avoid going there as they tend to assign novices who might experiment on you.
