[Resolved]  Kapil's Salon & Academy — T-shirt ruined while bleaching

Took Dtan- bleach service for my neck from them on 12/10/2014 but after bleaching, I noticed decolourization of my t-shirt around neck area which on asking service provider said "it will be washed away very easily by using any detergent". But on washing twice nothing changed. Decolourization remains. Also, no body told me to take off my t-shirt before applying bleach. Worse part is that after visiting three times there I havn't got any positive response. Sometimes they say she (service provider) is on off & sometimes they so there is no senior member available to take the decision. Now its almost a month & nothing has come from their side till now. I don't want that lady to be penalised or want my money back. I just want proper explanation for this mess which they are solely responsible.
