Pathetic indifferent inconsistent services

After being a regular at the salon for 4 years I finally give up on it. Though the issues - very poor management of appointment timings, chaos in assigning the service person, indifferent and arrogant attitude of some of them (raj, shridhar, Rajesh) has been there for a while, the convenience of the salon being close by was the reason I continued. But I feel they are increasingly becoming indifferent and disrespectful which is surprising...

T-shirt ruined while bleaching

Took Dtan- bleach service for my neck from them on 12/10/2014 but after bleaching, I noticed decolourization of my t-shirt around neck area which on asking service provider said "it will be washed away very easily by using any detergent". But on washing twice nothing changed. Decolourization remains. Also, no body told me to take off my t-shirt before applying bleach. Worse part is that after visiting three times there I havn't got any...

False commitment

Hi, I did a keratin treatment at maxus bhayander. The waves in my hair returned in just 5 days. When I visited the salon, they are telling me it should get smoothening done. When I said I don't believe in their service anymore, they say that's all they can do. Yesterday I visited Kapils SALON And Acedemy for a hair cut after almost 7 months. After entering the SALON, you will find all BABES and DUDES roaming here and there with no significant purpose. At the reception they will ask you who will do hair cut for you. They give you two options. 1. SENIOR (Rs. 100) 2. Master (Rs. 500+). Cheating client by giving promo offers

LYING TO A CUSTOMER

I'm a member of this special offer i.e pay Rs.999 & get 10 services free,but today when I visited the salon(Bhayander branch),to do pedicure Nimesh just lied to me saying the person who does it is on leave.Can you believe it??? There were two,three girls just sitting there whom I had seen doing pedicure before when I had visited the salon.Is this how you treat your customers??? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR YOUR SALON THROUGH BAD MOUTHING...

Very Bad Experience !!!!!!!!!

I had visited your oulet on 23rd July'11 @ Maxus Mall,Bhayender which had a kiosk on the ground floor.

The kiosk had an offer highlighted on the Glass facade which said we would be getting a (Hair cut+Shampooing +Blow dry) at Rs.110.

The moment i visited your outlet on the 3rd floor the offer changed to 165 for (Stylish Hair cut+Shampooing +Blow dry) for which i agreed to.
