I have recently bought a pizza base from Karachi bakery kompally that has been manufactured on 21.05.2022 and it said the product should be consumed before three days of manufacturing but the product has fungi and mold and was in a very bad condition way before the expiry date.Its not about the money but about the quality of the products being produced, I sincerely hope they'll look after this and do a better job at whatever they're doing.

I ordered biscuits on 18th Jan and I haven't got my biscuits because of covid. RTO was initiated and I haven't recieved my refund still. I tried contacting the shop for more than 20 times and they are not responding. Do something and help me get my refund back. Contact me for order details

This is the second experience at Hyderabad airport Karachi bakery stores near Shoppers stop counter. I travelled twice a month from Hyderabad and bought few packets of biscuit from them. First time there was a lady at the counter.We offered 1000 rs she said we don't have change pay by gpay . I requested her that I don't have gpay.she said leave the product.
Any how by requesting nearby stall inmanged change and took.
Again today i faced the same issue.My bill was 540 and I offered 1000 rs. The guy at the cash counter refused to give change and said the same thing.
On request he started speaking roughly .I told him give in writing you do not have change.then he opened his cash and gave me change. But he spoke so rudely. All change I have collected only for you. And other things ..
Request the Karachi bakery why don't you make it mandatory that only who has goay can buy not the cash customer.
And teach your staff how to speak to customer. You are not distributing biscuits for free. In fact you are charging much higher then your normal rates.

Today i went to karachi bakery in Vijayawada to buy a cool cake. but the service staff are telling only 1K above only they have cooling and remaining all they are saying Just now we kept in refrigerator it will take some time For cooling.. Post one hour also they r telling the same. means they are thinking today is New year na customers will come Wantedely For Cakes.

On Christmas day we bought 6 pastries of flavours butterscotch, chocolate mousse, black forest 2 pieces each from Karachi bakery Tarnaka. Sponge of butterscotch and black forest was too watery as we cut the pastry water was coming out of sponge and there was no sugar in black forest. It is shocking that such a bug brand is selling products of such low quality on festival. They completely spoiled our festival.

I have ordered one Pineapple cake flavour through online portal of Karachi Bakery  on 8th December 2021 on Wednesday at around 2:30 pm which is located at Sindhi colony in Mayfair Building .Since the order is online the payment transaction is to paid through my Debit Card .The detail of items mentioned in online will followed below for your info below. As items is to reach around 1 hours or by  4pm . I haven't received the items  i called to shop owner he told me he out of shop once i reach i will make a call through delivery boy who is suppose to deliver the item.  Since its around  4.55pm  I called to shop owner  he told me that he hasn't received
any message on its transaction he told me to contact the karach branch which is looking in online portal the contact details of the person name is Shanti Priya once i called there they told me that we aren't concerned were you placed  the order  you to contact that shop.
At last i called to shop owner once last time he told i haven't received  i can't deliver the item. Since i lost hope i once  again placing my order the birthday cake  some other portal i received call from Rapido  delivery boy got message to collect the item cake once he went to collect he some other delivery person had taken it the items . What all this confusion i haven't under standing there is no proper communication and coordination at last i lost my amount can i get my refund amount of RS 642.00.

Recently I had fig rolls from Karachi bakery.
The filling is very very chewy and very difficult to eat.

This bakery is cheating people in hyderabad. we bought expensive cake from karachi bakery near jntu kukatpally. And the cheater bakery given us an old spoiled cake. little kids have eaten some pieces as they dont check the quality. the food inspection department is sleeping in hyderabad.

i wish this bakery and all the responsible persons their family eats a rotten spoiled cake and suffer forever

Khajaguda billing complaint faced 2 times and employee at billing misbehave and asked that I am telling lie.

I ordered six burgers at Karachi Bakery, Tarnaka. I have noticed that none of the people preparing food are wearing gloves not have hair caps on. You are requested to take necessary action.

I puchase Cashew Biscuit product of Karachi Bakery. When i unbox this product Larvae and nets were found. Biscuits Nuts are hanging by nets. Luckily my nephew didn't eat that biscuit And i have photos and video of that. M uploading that too

I bought focaccia bread from karachi near kajaguda, there is today & 1 more day before the due date but the product is already molten, tastes really bad and got side affects of it.

The security guard at a s Rao Nagar branch of Karachi Bakery needs to be fired for unruly and terrible behaviour and not following Covid protocols. I had purchased some bakery items and a pizza from their shop today. Since they take ten mins to cook the pizza I went to shop for other items at other stores and return to pick up my order. When I returned back the security man who was not wearing a mask or gloves and not following Covid safety norms started being nasty and mean with me when I was entering the store with my bag. Instead of telling me nicely to leave my bag out he started being mean and nasty to me. I was shocked and appalled as to why he was being so mean. When I told the manager about everything he didn't solve my issue and instead o[censored]nderstanding the customer and correcting his security guard he said you know nah how these security staff are. They are rowdy. It is no excuse for the security guard's nasty behaviour. He was constantly trying to give me excuses for his bad behaviour. We are patronizing the shop and spending our hard earned money to get good service and not be insulted by staff. The manager/owner is terrible and himself doesn't know how to talk to people. They should be taught how to talk to customers and not insult people. Please look into this matter and please get in touch with me to take it further. The security guard was throwing attitude but the owner was taking up for his high handedness.

Sir I bought this choclate cake costing 1000₹/- from mussarambagh Malakpet branch of karachi bakery .the cake was so terrible, bitter, caky, hard as stone .the whole function got ruined bcoz of that one cake ...karachi is the most famous bakery in whole hyderabad and also the oldest ..is this is how the products are sold without the Baker analysing how it would taste ...so bad on your part of this ...I would never buy the cake from Karachi .ever...but take a due note on this sir .

On 02-Jul-2021, i visited the store in budhanagar boduppal at 10.35 AM and have purchased on choclate pastry, one pineapple pastry and two packets of murmura. After i got home, we started to eat them but unfortunately the murmura were soft. When i called the branch, they replied that none of the customers faced similar issue, we have sold them yesterday also. Then i told that this is not about other but about me and i insisted i wanted to escalate this and get a refund. Although Mr. Nilesh was resistant, i went back to store and there when i asked about escalation process straight away he refused. This is not how customers should be handled for such a reputed company. So arrogant behavious of Mr. Nilesh, i am not sure if it is his right name or not, but that is what he told me. This is the time where all the businesses should focus on customer satisfaction especially when the product quality is not upto the mark. Unfortunately, i have given the bill back to the store and also gave 70rs for them to celebrate for their attitude. Although i dont think that is a problem because, there were no customers when i visited the store and all the bills are stored with in the system. So if you really want to please your customers, take an optimistic step ahead and proceed with the investigation process. &0rs is of course nothing for anyone, but what i want is that this Mr. Nilesh should be trained not to behave like that for future instances as you are placing a huge responsibility of representing your "Karachi bakery"s reputation through him in Boduppal. I hope you resolve this ASAP

On 9th june 2021 i bought a belgium butterscotch 1kg cake from hi-tech branch but when i cut the cake, it smell like rotten vegetables.when i am buying it i ask one of your staff and he said it's very fresh one but it spoils my entire celebration

I have bought KARACHI OSMANIA biscuit from local shop in bangalore and the biscuit has insects on top of it.
Kindly take necessary action ASAP or will move to consumer forum for the same

I have placed a prepaid order no 58210 on 22nd May 2021. It is not delivered till date. I got message on 27th that order will be delivered but didn't reached to me.
I checked with Trackon services with given tracking ID and got response that no such shipment is available in there database.
Please check and respond.
