I have purchased 2 boxes of biscuits in pune at a wholesale merchant . When i opened one box i realised there were several insects crawling around which let me to check another box with a video while unboxing it and the result were as i imagined..., I have video evidence of both boxes . Revert back for your video soon or it will be on media platforms which will let the public know that what qualities of products are you serving them under...

Purchased 6 pastries(4choco flavour and 2 other) costing ₹450/-
Once reached home and started eating, turned out that the pastries are Stale. It spoiled to extent that it cannot be consumed. It was stinking and was shocked as children ate without realising that. They developed vomiting sensation and uneasiness in stomach.
Complaint is on selling food that is spoilt and not fit for consumption by Karachi Bakery.

I find that the packing carton is different, as per the attachment.

I bought white forest cake on my husband’s bday in Karachi bakery, Peerzadiguda branch. For the past 2 months since this branch is opened we are regular customers here. However this is the first time we purchased a cake. To our dismay, we were sold a spoilt cake. The cake was sticky and spoilt. We were kept in an embarrassing situation in front of family and friends who attended the bday party. When the same was informed to the bakery management, they were reckless and are not accepting that the cake was spoilt. Instead, they were arguing that the cake taste is as such in Karachi bakery across India. We really were shocked to note that a good branded bakery like Karachi is maintaining such poor and unhygienic standards.
We are really disappointed by the quality of service rendered by this branch.

On 18/06/2020 we have bought 250gms of motichur laddu. When opened the box next day there was white coloured fungus on the laddus. We trust the brand. But we are totally disappointed with the customer service and quality of the sweets now.

Karachi bakers are getting raw materials in open auto with no cover at all. It’s a safety hazard and not following food regulations at all.

Issue: unsafe and uncovered cake base getting in by auto to shop. The cake base were full of dust

Hi - i ordered 1/2 kg chocolate cake at karachi bakery, chikkadpally branch on 07/10/2019 and found a small metal piece in the chocolate piece kept on top of the cake. Attached pics for reference. I called the branch on[protected] but went unanswered. I called [protected], main branch at banjara hills and was told the chikkadpally branch doesn't come under them as it a separate franchise. I also emailed the complaint to [protected]@karachibakery.com but got no response.

I went for karachi at 2 clock today I asked chocolate mouss paste then I went to the casher his name Suresh he asked cake price we said 60 but it's 70 aftr he gave 60 rupee's bill boy didnt take the bill he asked another bill again went cash counter asked to change bill but he refused to change he is not at all good he don't know how to talk with coustmer he didn't change bill he asked me to eat with that 60 rupee's bill take something with in the bill like he said !!! How can we eat with out like the food ?? Is there any rule not change bill in ur Karachi ???

This is ikramuddin, from hyderabad, india. Today i have visited karachi bakery for purchasing cake. The cashier have charge me for carrying bags which is 10 rupees which is huge.

Is this a telangana government who always say the no charges for a carry bag.

I request the government to please look into this issue and fine him. So that they stop charging for carrying bags.

To day aftrn we went to malakpet karachii, someone from the bakery came to us and talk absuing words, this is not the way to behave with coustomers if this happens again we are going to file a suit on karachi bakers for misbehaving with coustomers this is not the way to behave with the coustomers and acutually we are very regular coustomers to that branch and this not good to behave with coustomers

My son purchased a birthday cake for his mother from his pocket money on 13th nov to give a big surprise but it turned to be sour & smelly thereby none could eat it including guests. He took the back the next day & even the staff accepted & assured that anything worth rs 550/- which is the actual amount can be taken later on as required.
But to my surprise when i visited the store & bough few packs of biscuits worth rs 550/- which is the actual amount of pastry[protected] they refused stating that i can take only a cake & not other items against the same.
Further instead of feeling apologetic for providing a bad product they behaved rudely & were very arrogant.
Now what is the compensation against this as he was totally disappointed & so all are guests?

I took home with me a big box of karachi bakery's fruit biscuits from the hyderabad airport as i had heard so much about them but upon eating them a lot of those biscuits had small hair strands in them. I was disgusted and had to throw them away even though i had got it for my family i had to almost throw the entire biscuit box away. This is unacceptable. There is no hygiene.

I went to madhapur karachi to buy a cake
I was in que to pay the bill in cash, unfortunately there was a 100 rs note which has small stratch (Torned) at corner.
The employee refused to accept the note and which legal tender note
Meanwhile the branch manger i hope, asked to move aside from the cash counter, we asked why she said customer s are waiting
As the whole above conversation with the employee took 30 to 50 seconds approximately.
We are not interested to create the chaos their we moved aside and payed the bill
One thing i recommend to karachi to make their employees to speak properly with customers
I have seen this behaviour in kukatpally branch
I thought to through away the cake and not buy
But i'm not like karachi employees
I suggest you to keep a notice board and paste a print out which type of currency you will be accepting

A strand of hair was found in one of the biscuits produced from Karachi bakery . The type of biscuit was Scottish biscuits.
The product that the bakery provided was adulterated and unhealthy to eat .It is voilation of one of the human rights and I want to file a complaint under food safety and standards act 2006 . I have a solid proof in form of video where a strand of hair is clearly visible inside one of the biscuits. Video is attached below .

Not sure y i was charged rs 10 for a small plastic bag and also why it did not get reflected in my bill.

I don't understand why my complaint has to be 350 characters minimum.

Anyways, if it is karachi bakery management decision to take rs 10 for a small plastic bag, then i think they should reflect it on the bill. Else make the employee aware that they should not be charging rs 10 for a plastic bag.

Hi,
I visited karachi bakery, hyderabad airport, ground floor stall (In front of entrance) today around 6 in the morning. Bought 4 packets of biscuits which costed rs. 860 including a carry bag. However, i was charged rs. 1020 and when i asked for bill the person at the billing counter refused saying they were matching cash so providing receipt is not possible. Also, he said the swiping machine is not working and demanded cash payment.

This is completely unacceptable from a brand like karachi bakery. I don't understand what joy people get from bluffing the customers. Such a disgusting approach and mentality.

Dear sod,

I would like to complaint regarding ‎the products bought from your t3 international airport counter. On 01 jan in bought 05 boxes of cookies and biscuits from the shop located at igi airport terminal 03.

When opened it was found that 02 boxes of biscuits were badly crushed. It was very disappointing for me as my children are fond of your products and no one touched the same that day and were thrown off. I was unable to click pics for the other box as my kids fed the same to our pet.

I was a big fan of KB product and as usual during a trip to Hyderabad ended up buying their products from the Hyderabad airport on the 6th Dec 2017. To my utter dismay I found a live worm twiggling inside a sealed pack. I’m so very disappointed since me and my family love their products, this is simply not acceptable from all aspects. I had written to them but there has been no response. So no more KB in my house.

Im regular customer to karachi and i was very upset with ur staff at hyderabad airport arrivals area ms anjali.. She was very rude and dosent know how to talk to her customers... Very horrable facial expresions as if she is not intrested to help me... Who is she to say i should know how to choose.. Im very upset and she spoiled my day. I just asked her to make changes to my billing and edit my choice.. She ignored immediatly and had bi solution for my problem and was very very rude.. She dosent know anything about customer service

Karachi bakery is a brand and every one want to go there and purchase for familes, friends but they are playing with the health of consumers. They are sold product which was expired in aug -16 and i got that product in may-17. Look how they manage inventory and play with life of consumers.

Its humble request to you take necessary action against the company.

I have bill and product which i bought from them.
