I bought biscuits from karachi bakery, r. P. Road branch secunderabad yesterday. When i opened it, i found the biscuits very soft like cake & not crispy... The packet was fully sealed one.. I bought it for giving to my friends and relatives. Now i m not able to give it to them because biscuits are expected to be crispy. I spent 1000 rs on the biscuits, it has turned out to be waste.. I never expected this kind of service from them..

I have ordered a cake on 23/06/17 @6.30am via order no. 99297 online through karachi online order tab and paid successfully. But till 17:00pm the order didn't delivered post 25th call for followup with the bakery. The website created for partial information and you will not receive any confirmation mail post order. They have outsourced the online home delivery to a third part named "food inger" whose response is too poor. They don't know how to behave with customer even. I have called up karachi bakery shop not less than 10-11 times for the delivery and each time there is new answer to it. When not getting any way out called up the vendor they are saying speak to karachi bakery and we are not responsible to deliver on time.

Now who is responsible for what??? Difficult to know. Very very poor service from karachi bakery, hyderabad as well as food inger, hyderabad.

On this Friday Morning I was enjoying my favorite Karachi biscuits gifted by a dear friend of mine travelling from India. I eat almost 8 pieces of the biscuit and to my surprise one of the biscuits had 2 big stones. I almost chewed this stones and was about to break my jaw teeth. I am highly disappointed by the fact that a brand like Karachi Bakery does not take care of the quality of the ingredients used.

How come a 60 year celebrating brand with such premium price and worldwide recognition not even follow the basic principal of quality.

I am highly disappointed for the fact that even the smallest of bakeries take care of hygiene and a brand like Karachi Biscuits ignores it.

I have been a fan of bakery products since my childhood days in Mumbai and I have never faced such issues even from the local bakery products.

I could have broken my teeth today. Thanks to the fact that I was not chewing it too fast.

I will post this to all my friends and relatives and I will strongly recommend them not have any biscuits supplied by you. I do not want any of my near and dear ones to get hurt.

Attached pictures of the packet and the stones for you to work on it. I would expect a courtesy revert on the action taken on this. Else I am going to put this up in consumer court.

Today I visited Karachi bakery in nezampet with my pregnant wife and I ordered for 2 burgers and 1 veg toust, after I gave the order they I removed the table where we were supposed to site to eat, I asked the incharge of the shop and he was very rude and worst behaviour with customer, and he was started fighting with me, could you please take action on this shop and please do need full

I called Karachi bakery for an enquiry about a birthday cake (fondant cake -superman logo). The lady told that the cake can be done in 2-2.5kg and it will cost Rs 800/- for any flavour.
So we walked to the nearest Karachi bakery at Gachibowli to place an order and the staff argued saying it will cost Rs1000/- per kg.
We are totally dissattisfied with this whole pricing and also the staff seems to be so irresponsible. There is no pricing catalogue for the cakes. I don't understand how can any customer just blindly trust the sales person when they have different pricing options.
This seems to be very UNETHICAL buisiness practice.

I purchased 2 packets of Karachi biscuits from Besant Nagar chennai in Dec 2015.
when i opened it in January 2016, it has bad smell and worms inside it and the expiry date was well ahead of January.
i put my concern on FB and twitter.
finally someone from their management reached me out bearing mobile number : [protected] . they promised to ship me fresh packets to my Chennai address .
i keep checking with them but they are cold to response.
they claim to be In line with USPH, HACCP and ISO standards, periodical audit are conducted and quality tests are constantly monitored.

Today I have visited karachi bakery in Warangal(Hanamkonda). Ordered tandoori paneer pizza but the vegetables were rotten with dry cheese(must be ready to throw), along with paneer which is not at all fresh and smelling bad.

I am a regular customer for Karachi Bakery but this time i was totally upset that they are selling expired biscuit. That to not 1 or 2 days old but 15 days old packet. I purchased it on 3-Jan. The salt biscuit was MFD on 20/11/2015 and Exp was 20/12/2015. With lot of confidence i didn't even check the exp date at the shop. but when i opened the pack the was foul smell . Then only i checked the exp date and shocked to see the date. I called...

I have purchased a marbule cake in Karachi bakery at Nakkalagunta, Hanamkonda, Warangal district on[protected] . The cake weight is depicted as 500 gm and M.R.P is 150 rs . The serial no is[protected] . However the actual weight is only 360 gm . My phone nos are [protected] and [protected] .

i have purchased the food product named as "FRUIT BISCUITS " . . . . . . . . . . which it is fully packed and " M.R.P is displayed" on the BOX "But no PACKED-DETAILS"(i.e Pkd.no or the expiry) r not-displayed on It (and down of it denotes that:- BEST use before 2 months) where mentioned on the same pack !

But the truth is the biscuits inside the pack were quality less . . . . . . . and it is out-dated food product !

it is inconvenience for buyers to purchase a food-products without mentioning the "pkd.details i.e, expiry details of the product"

"As it is famous " KARACHI-BAKERY " in Hyderabad (PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT PLACES COME HEAR TO PURCHASE A BUNDLES OF FOOD-STOCKS TO TAKE BACK TO THEIR "FAMILY & FRIENDS" AND SHARE WITH THEM " the sweet moments . . . . . . but now a days these sellers were showing interests in collecting only money by selling expired food-items (putting common peoples in DANGER) (expired food which causes "FOOD-POISON")

MY REQUEST IS TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION ON THIS KIND OF ACTIVITIES OF THE SELLERS ! (FOOLING PUBLIC)( i have taken the pic's of the box which it has no-expiry details printed on it)

I had purchased 2.5 kilograms of cookies from Karachi Bakery, Hyderabad. It was done online and the payment was made online with credit card. However, even after three days of ourchase, they did not ship the item and when they did, I received all the packages in messed up condition! I had called them up regularly, but they were very rude, do not even know how to speak in English or Hindi. The delivery ultimately took two weeks to reach, and needless to say, did not serve my purpose!
These people are bloody cheats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
