[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobile — battery problem

my karbonn A 27 handset i submitted battery at service center on 17th sep 2013 for battery exchange under warranty. they bluffed me about 1 month to replace. again after 1 month when warranty expires they told me exchange is not possible. when i contacted upper level they created mannual job sheet to exchange battery. i also give them option battery on purchege price at 16th oct 2012. but till now they bluffed every week. my handset is dead since last 3 months after using 4 months.
