hi, dear sir, I was brought a mobile from your store ezone home town vikhroli on 12 jully 2015. so after the five day i got problem in this cell phone, the touch screen is'nt working. Then day after that i went to the customer care of karbonn at Globule Telecome dreams mall bhandup, but that day this customer care was closed beacouse of EID festival on Satureday 18 jully 2015, so day after that sunday 19 jully 2015 same customer care was closed So I went to Monday at customer care their are your exicutive told me your not in the replacement process, beacuse the replacement process is only 7 day after purcasing date.after that they told me put your mobile for repairing for 30 or 45 day.
