Karbonn Mobiles — Battery backup

I have just purchased a karbonn machone this mobile has good features but its battery backup is so dull. It is not so good phone it goes hang when some apps are in process and we get a incoming call after receving call it hangs all time. two main problems are in karbonn machone it goes hang and its battery backup both. Do you will give any satisfactory solution why should i purchase korbonn mobiles. I will give its complain to the consumers websites i[censored] will not give any solution as soon as possible.
