Karbonn Mobiles — Defective mobile

I have puchased Karbonn titanium dazzle 3 mobile on 8 th aug and on 17 th aug evening it stopped working showing only the welcome screen. The shop asked us to go to karbonn Klinic at Eternity Mall, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Dharamveer Nagar, Thane, Maharashtra 400080 where we can get an exchange of the phone. but after reaching there the karbonn klinic was a fish market where the staff is full tappori talking to clients in an unofficial manners. My wife was showing the girl mobile a toppori staff name Menon was shouting and telling that if it gets enter in their system only then you will get otherwise forget it with out even attending us in a very tappori language in which we ask him to appologise for the same as with out seeing the client they are very rood even the lady staff was working along with her baby in the office timing even she could not co-operate and said that we are over reacting as we have purchased the phone lost 5500/-, after that we have to listen to tappori staff. You should close the center immidiately.
