[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — Faulty A99i - DONT BUY KARBONN BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP | |||
In December 2014, I bought Karbonn A99i for my wife. The mobile had all its letters jumbled up. If keyed in Q some other alphabet would come and so on. I called up Reliance Digital in Sahakarnagar, Bangalore from where I had purchased the same. They told me I had to get in touch with the Karbonn customer care. I called up Karbonn customer care, they directed me to some service centre in Domlur which is far away from my place. They gave me another so called service centre in Rajajinagar. I called them up half a dozen times and they were so customer unfriendly (pick the call and not answer; pick the call and talk to some one else; pick the call and talk rudely). The service centre is called one touch or something. I went there and there is no system in place... it is like a Kirana shop where you have to hustle your way to get attention. I saw it all and came back without giving the handset... because I expected poor quality service after all my journey to that place. There was no proper response.
